Ir a Create ISO, Select default.xex / go to Create ISO, Select default.xex

J) Seleccionar tu default.xex de tu FIFA 16 donde copiaste el contenido del

patch / choose your default.xex where you copy the content

K) En Select folder pones la ruta donde quieres guardar el ISO / in select folder
you choose where you want save your ISO
L) Click en create iso / Click in create iso
M) Esperar / wait for it
N) Cuando se creo la ISO abrir Iso2God / open Iso2God
O) Click en Add ISO / Click in Add ISO

Output Location: dnde quieres guardar el juego en formato god / where
