EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The thought that the achievement of a venture ought to be measured by money related return alone has dependably been
challenged and has been all the more fervently in the wake of the budgetary emergency. In particular, there is a developing
faith in certain money related and political circles that speculations ought to be judged by their capacity to create both a
benefit and a positive social effect. Clean innovations, for example, sun oriented power, are regularly held up as a case of
how this new way to deal with contributing known as 'effect contributing' can work. Our plan here is to collaborate
three latest terms i.e. Impact Investing, Network Marketing and Micro Finance and make an organization who serves all
these three purposes and benefit the society positively and also create opportunity for unemployed and generate a platform
for all those who got the potential, but lack capital to go further in their plan to become entrepreneur. We Care Pty Ltd
has been established to bring together the bigger organizations social effort and the local community who can convert the
waste into something useful and generate micro finance to generate revenue.

The main drivers of this plan being the following:

A gap between society and the bigger organizations needing a social doing to achieve sustainability
People are the biggest power of any business driving the need of change in the current market scenario
The environment is getting depleted at an alarming rate

We Care Pty Ltd will build a network of people firstly in Australia and then expanding globally to bring together people
who care for the environment and want to get involved into a start-up which has a strong vision of making earth a great
place to do reside and do business supporting small scale creative business ideas and utilizing the unused potential of the
youth with unlimited skills by means of a platform. The main slogan of our company being Redefining SelfEmpowerment which simply aims to empower youth and skilled to redefine their potential and make a change to the
society.
The Mission our company has is to create a market where creative ideas get investment from people who want to do a
social impact and expect sustainability in their current business. It will lead to people will potential starting up their own
business with little or big investment and in the tenure of 2-3 years growing into a successful business. We being the
mediators will be benefited from both ends i.e. the organizations investing and the small business getting bigger in future.
For an investment of $50,000, we project dividends of $5,000 in year two and $ 10000 in year three, these are subjected to
predicted cash flows.

We Care Pty Ltd is company which enables a skilled person living anywhere in Australia having a great potential to run
their own business which their unique ideas to benefit the environment and supporting their lives as well; but lacking huge
capital investment involved. Also we vision the creation of a huge network of people forming a community having people
from different fields so in future the We Care Community have its own bifurcations such as:

Education wing
Environment wing
Health wing
Marketing wing
Empowerment wing and etc.

Then comes in play the investment required to make this mission possible we will go to different organizations who are
willing to invest into something which is leaving a great social impact which could be the following:

Our concept is to make a network of people from all areas of community possessing different skills but lack direction how
to utilize it to generate a revenue; also we provide them the capital for starting their business and therefore once they are
successful we get a share of the profit they earn. Coming onto the capital we provide them is generated by either doing
social activities or by asking the investment from big companies in the name of sustainability, which is very crucial for
such companies to do in recent times. See Appendices A

In the recent time everyone is concerned about the environment and there is not enough opportunity for people; so if some
platform is created which helps both, it will be a great venture. In a decade or two every organization will strive towards
being sustainable and people will become more and more independent and will widen their horizon and will go for startups by themselves. So getting into such a business will be a great idea and now is the time when there is enough scope for
our kind of venture involving masses and the big companies seeking investment into social causes.
