Project Description: MINT application is being used by GENPACT IT helpdesk

where if an employee raises a ticket, Mint application will keep all the mails of
respective tickets. It is being accessed by IT Helpdesk people and assigns ticket to
concerned persons for further resolution. Status is updated in application once the
ticket is closed. Load Testing was done to identify performance bottlenecks in INBOX
and Reports generation module.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Got Silver Award for Handling GE Penske project as a single
