Role: Project Engineer

Basic Engineering and Detail Engineering for BOP of ssLNG plant which
consist of 40 Nos of LNG tanks,10 LNG pump and 12 Load out system.
Instrument for tank and pump, SIL 3 PLC and process PLC selection and
specification approval for BOP
Functional Design specification, cause and Effect preparation and logic
implementation for BOP (Process & safety).
F&G, Flame detector, Gas detector (Explosimetric & open path type) selection
and layout preparation.
Software development for BOP and integration with LNG manufacturing plant
and power plant
Completed FAT
Looking after project management installation and commissioning.
Project planning and cost management
Safety Instrumentation System for M/S HPCL (Total 26 Terminals):
End User: M/s HPCL
Consultant: PDIL
Role: Project Engineer

 Design of loop as per SIF and to meet desired SIL Level of SIF.
Selection of instrument and PLC to meet target SIL Level.
Interface with third party system like ROSOV, MOV, RIM SEAL, Pipe line
PLC.
Erection & Commissioning of SCADA, SIL 2 PLC, ROSOV, MOV, Gas
detector system, Wireless Radar gauge, PT, Level Switch, fire alarm system.
Implement logic as per OISD standard and MBLAL committee
recommendation.
Philosophy preparation for fire water network and commissioning of fire water
system which include PT, fire engine & Jockey pump.
Closely work with DNV GL for SIL verification of Safety instrument function
for M/s HPCL as per IEC 61511.
Terminal Automation Project for M/s HPCL (Total 20 Terminals):
Successfully completed FAT, SAT of terminal up gradation project for M/s HPCL.
Job Profile:
Independently handled Terminal up gradation project of cost 500 Million (INR) for
HPCL 27 locations.
Successfully executed SIS project of SIL-2 ESD system of 1500 million (INR) for
M/S HPCL, 26 locations.
SIL verification study with DNV team for SIF verification.
Process Instruments erection & commissioning.
Project execution for Tank farm management system.
GE 90-30 & GE - PAC commissioning.
Installation & commissioning of field instruments like PT, Radar gauge, RTD,
VFT level switch, fire & gas system, mass flow meter, ROSOV (Pneumatic &
Electro Hydraulic), MOV, Batch controller, Densitometer, Density Probe, MSTW,
DSSV, fire engine, jockey pump.
Project management, vendor management and looking after of total project
execution.
Control scheme and FDS preparation for terminal automation, oil movement and
Oil & Gas distribution system
Provide support to a team of engineers and designers in carrying out detailed
engineering works and provide the necessary technical information for
procurement in compliance with tender specifications/data sheets and within
budgeted man-hour and project schedules.

Create/coordinate with factory and sub-vendors for documentation like wiring and
dimensional drawings, Inspection plan, third party inspection, test certificates and
other documentation required as a part of project deliverables, Coordinate with
sales channel/customer for approval of documentation
