This matter having come on to be heard by Bill of Information filed this day by the Office
of the Attorney General alleging a violation of 23-15-899 of the Mississippi Code, and finding
that the Defendant entered a plea of nolo contendre to said charge, the Court hereby finds the
Defendant guilty and orders as follows:

1) The Defendant shall pay a fine of $500.00, plus court costs, fees, and state
assessments of$

Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority in and for the State and County

aforesaid, the within named Marvin Sanders, Assistant Attorney General for the State of
Mississippi, who, first being duly sworn and deposed, charged on his oath that: On or about June 1,
2015 through August 10, 2015, and in Hinds County and Madison County but with the acts
constituting publication or dissemination occurring in Hinds County, and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, George A. Williams did willfully, unlawfully, and intentionally participate in the
authorship of and/or paying for and/or distribution of a printed campaign mailer referencing
three elections on August 4, 2015 for Madison County Board of Supervisors positions as well as
the election for the August 4, 2015 election for the Republican nomination for the position of
State Auditor that did not bear upon the face thereof the name and the address of the author and
of the printer and publisher thereof, in violation of Miss. Code Ann. 23-15-899, and against the
peace and dignity of the State of Mississippi. ~
