Pneumatic
Controller 0O400P, PI,PD
This controller complements the palette ot
ARCA controllers between the simple, robust
pressure controllers "Roboter” resp. rod tem:
perature controllers and the systems with stan
dard controllar and transmitter.
‘The exchangeability and variety of measuring,
elements provide for universel applicability
Service and spare-part storage ere standardized
to fow sorios.
In many application cases this controller has
proven its safety end reliability of operation
under difficult conditions, i. e. vibrations.

Bourdon Tubs Mossuring Elmont
The wide, powerful Bourdon tube is carefully drawn,
coiled and heat-treated 10 ensure a precise measuring
element, permanent in calidration, ard having exceptioy
ral overrange capecity. Phosphor bronze tubes are soft
soldered into cast brass sockets. Berrylium copper tubes
are silver-brazed to the sockets to withstand higher pres-
sures. Stainless steel elements are inert gas welded 10
provide max, corrosion resistance. Standard ranges are

Copeule Maseuring Elemont
The standard measuring systems consist of stacked
‘oaptule springs of nickel 42 The capsules are made of
two contoured plates which are brazed together. They.
have a long working stroke yet occupy minimum space.
A sturdy element with large effective area, this design
provides jrietionless operstion and precise indication.
‘The use of nickel 42 practically eliminates thermal shift
‘with wide variation in ambient temperatures. Capsule
apringe of toftcoldorod phosphor bronze and welded
Slainiess steel are available for ranges acc. to Table Il
These measuring elements are interchangeable with
Bourdon and temperature units

Slack Diaphragm Measuring Element
For extremely low gauge pressures, such as
‘open tank quid level, measuring elements with
slack diaphragm of molded Buna N are used.
‘Alea for low cifferential pressures which occur
with a flow or drat measurement these
elements are applied. The differential pressure
elements are also usod with controllers with
combined pressure/iacuum meesurirg range.
‘The adimissable static pressure is 2 bar. These
‘meaturing elements are only interchangeable
