Ms Rafferty, in view of Mr. Humphreys representations that
he has recently filed amendments setting for additional
causes of action that have not been briefed, same should be
excepted from your proposed order.
In the attached letter to the Clerk's office I have indicated
that the parties are being directed to copy me with any
additional pleadings that are filed and to do so
simultaneously with the filing of same.............I so direct with
this email.

Because of the previous confusion in the efiling with this traveling lawsuit:
-checking to verify there is a hearing Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. at
Fulton Superior Court
-confirming room location
-making sure filings received, attached
-am I correct that the AG never filed anything re: discovery?
I know the Fulton Superior Court judges have court reporters assigned to
their courtrooms. Does anyone know if there is there a particular one to
arrange to use in this instance?
