    the business performance. Play a key role in all the startegic decisions

    Assist the divisional heads to ensure smooth funcitoning of the divisions. Hold
    critical decision making power which could influence the performance of the
    respective departments

    Managerial and supervisory role with little decision making power. Job is generally
    implementation oriented. Bring potential solutions and ideas which can be
    implemented after approvla from senior management

    Non managerial work, works under supervision with decision making authority.
    Involves mostly routine jobs along with mentoring the juniors
