objectives
I will be co-teaching with
Ms. Williams
to help you be successful in your
grade level ELA class.

94-100 = A

77-79 = C+

This is a safe place where you will be learning in a variety of ways.


Teaching will be structured to meet each persons individual learning style.

Students in my reading class will


work on strategies to help with
dyslexia, Alexia and memory. We
will also be focusing Phonics First
and Structures as we try to increase
our vocabulary by learning Greek &
Latin root words.

understanding of the math number
sense that may have been
developmentally missed in
elementary school.

Things you should bring to class daily?
* 2 pencils with erasers (a must in math)
* small pencil sharpener
* pen optional: however, if you use one you will
also need white out or an erasable pen
* homework folder with completed homework

Other Supplies Needed
One 1 inch binder with clear front cover sleeve to be
used as your goal/progress binder
1 box of Kleen-x and a bottle for water
(hydration is very important to the brain for learning.)

Homework;

Students should be reading for at least


20 minutes each night and keeping a log.
Students should also be working on their
Multiplication and division facts nightly
so that they can develop mastery.
