Abstract
In every age, always undertaken by the under-dog; we will find historically looking back
the few who always resisted the status quo. Those who were incorruptible with deep moral
values & beliefs towards justice, the purity of their creed and best of all monotheism.
However, the terminology has undergone face lifts appropriate for their age; today that term
has reached an apex "Extreme-Ism". Interchangeably used with "radicalization"...Ironically
enough the usage of these terms hasn't been enough to bring the desired trauma of media
fear it desires, therefore these terms find pictorial or negative imagery used in association
until the mind now irrevocably & automatically assigns those same images to the psyche of
anyone anytime they are heard. But, like any other paired stimulus with an otherwise neutral
condition, it begins to have a conditioned response after its pairing has been redundantly
practiced. These over exaggerated stereotypes turned lies, are none other than counter
measures of a more resourceful oppressor in utilizing subliminal means that are more
influential toward their targeted agenda. Applied to minority and other groups for political
means they counter the resistance to their oppressive or unjust dealings that are hidden from
the masses of people, and provoke unnecessary fear into a society; a society which then is
willing to be negligent upon itself in finding out the root causes to many ailments its diagnosed
with...
The world is witnessing gripping political unrest, double-standards of foreign policy &
international law that are all legitimizing the usurpation of the 3rd world (African countries &
undeveloped countries around the world) as well as the Middle East. Prompted up within
themselves (the western world) has been the fallacies of the housing bubbles and hedging
that has driven up investment in the infrastructure of many countries as well as other markets,
that later burst under the control of a few who manipulate the market. Disguised towards
foreign governments it's also been a means to driving governments to borrow thus threatening
their sovereignty & intrinsic wealth as America forces her reserve currency status on others
who are now obliged to carry her notes in trade agreements sealed in USA currency.
Weaker states are absorbed into NATO while the few remaining rogue states are
demonized and plotted against with proxy wars and other economical acts of war mainly

sanctions
A political agenda with a religious premise has then been the main spearheaded
action against eradicating Islam entirely although it's packaged and sold through the cloak of
terrorism. Why? Because Islam completely and holistically understands as well as explains
these last days as well as clearly forecast the political vehicle used in completing these
efforts. Confused and religiously misguided, the general population who buys only into the
political affairs of man is then blinded to the larger goal, which happens to be the most
significant portion to the agenda.
As a result extreme times have called for extreme measures.the term and actions for
the past 20-30yrs has been growing in its momentum as things culminate to the heights of
massive change planned for humanity beginning with world worlds, planned human reduction
strategies (Georgia guide stones), and satan-ism (which is beginning to emerge with
publicized openings of temples, something before kept within the shadows). However, what
has been labeled as extremism through media has only been the consequences of major
injustices by communities taken to action in exercising their rights as more and more
governments succumb to western demands at the abuses of indigenous peoples.
Historically extremism as always existed and unlike today, it was an undertaking of
noble cause. In fact, many famous people whom history has memorialized have to some degree
been the necessary resistance against the status quo in their respective times who took a
stand against the powers that were present. Now, many people would immediately be
prepping their mouth to respond on the historical accounts most notably recalled in history
who succeeded without violence.Yes, their successful campaigns of non-violence were
indeed a highly honorable regard, however almost always you will find those campaigns in
situations where armed insurrections would not have been successful had they been carried
out anyway, so their choices to resist by other methods was intelligent & unexpected as a
strategy I.e. Ghandi against the strength of the British... Of course this is not a work that is
geared toward defending violence of any kind; however it is a work that is trying to provide a
deeper reflection as well as a Defense for the need of justice by any means until it is
restored.unfortunately often times when corruption is left to grow in strength its removal will

always require blood-shed

Herein lays the dilemma! Without the masses of people quickly checking into the root
causes behind why the world is in such a great upheaval, I'm afraid the atrocities will only
worsen making any-n-everywhere potential targets for more corruption with its corresponding
resistance & retaliation, which is why we all hold a personal stake in the matter. The
misinformed and the religiously ignorant or otherwise arrogant are being used and have been
for quite some time now. Community fractionalization through classism has only been a
mechanism reapplied successfully in marginalizing not only the income gap, but also the hearts
& minds of individuals

Introduction
Man-made issues are of course meant to oppress & force other people into the
servitude of others through the various Isms that have been applied (Marxism, communism,
capitalism, Hinduism, Buddhism), all of which have a religious component merged with an
economic componenttried and failed or failing the world (lead by America) is turning fascist
disregarding human importance under that of profit. Divine order carries with it the complete
instruction of governance for all creation, which if adhered too only brings benefit. Therefore
any trials are not meant to oppress, but instead are there to help us grow. The human being
without constant discipline falls into decadence...it's only by mental/physical/ spiritual test
that he/she is able to exceed previous levels in aspiring to being better. Understanding this
we should then see all manners under our control as a means of fostering personal growth
through competition(s), physical/ mental challenges or arts etc.; As for the circumstances
that lie outside our control, we should see these affairs as a cleansing, purification, means of
repentance, reminder of the most high or a building of excellence through patience.the
creator is unto all things in control which also envelopes our personal choices; he is the
architect, the designer of our lives & what we will encounter through the worldly test that
prepares us for either eternal abode.
This is something that distinguishes those who submit verses those who refuse. Of those
who refuse they live much more difficult lives. Maybe on the outside things may appear
together, but looking though the shallowness of material possessions youll always find a lack
of love and trust deep within their inner circles; overwhelming stresses that require
medications to sleep, or intoxicants to cope with daily pressures...Trials when understood
properly alleviate one from worry and enlighten him/her to the mercies of the creator in trying
them....
"As recorded in Bukhari and Muslim" (traditions of the prophet s.a.w recorded acts); The
Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said, Whoever Allah wants good for him, he puts them to
test. He puts them through difficulties. Like a diamond or some metal that has to be burnt and then that
which is bad from it is removed so that you have that which is the pure; diamond or the pure gold that
remains. Put them to tests, trials and difficulties.

Reason for this is to: purify us from sins and wrongs that we have done, assist us in the true
realization of reality, and provide spiritual growth. Spiritual growth should be a normal
consequence to trials we bear.
[Al-Ankabut 29:6]

And whoever strives only strives for [the benefit of] himself. Indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds
{free from need of anyone}.
[Al-Ankabut 29:7]

And those who believe and do righteous deeds - We {Royal we of power not plurality} will surely
remove from them their misdeeds and will surely reward them according to the best of what they used to
do...
Research proves that trauma helps people to embrace their faith more so than the absence of trauma.
[Al-Hadid 57:22]

No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register {the book that
remains with Allah} before We bring it into being - indeed that, for Allah, is easy
[Al-Hadid 57:23]

In order that you not despair over what has eluded you and not exult [in pride] over what He has given
you. And Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful - -

So, it becomes apparent that everything from the best of things to the worst of things is well
within the encompassing knowledge and will of the creator. Although things often escape the
limitations of mans rationale especially those who refuse to accept divine decree; we find
within their lives more calamitous things occurring only on account to bring them back to their
lord. For some people it's the only time they remember Allah, so on that condition Allah
keeps them in a perpetual state of need for a time...only lighting the trauma briefly before
introducing yet another challenging ordeal. This brings me to the question I hear many nonbelievers say about eternal punishment. Using their human logic they come to the conclusion
of why will Allah punish someone for eternity for things they did wrong in a shorter life time in
comparison to eternity? The answer is quite simple when you contemplate the reasons of

calamities...had he/she been give eternal life in the world they would have gone on acting and
behaving in the wrong way indefinitely, therefore Allah is just in punishing them because he
knows the hearts {true intentions} of his creation.
Times of crisis again are meant to redirect humanity back to submission {his natural
disposition} toward recognition of his true self and divine framework that surrounds him/her.
Uncovering false beliefs, principles, ideals and behaviors that otherwise turn him against
his/her own harmonic state. One thing is for sure, we are way to insignificant to challenge our
existence with the creator much less believe as many people believe in negation of their
responsibilities of the pending accountability. It is in fact this Jihad {struggle} with the self
that poses to be the more formable adversary.
Religion is therefore the guide to resilience in our ability to bounce back, persevere,
and modify pre-existing thought, beliefs, behaviors in purifying the self in alignment with the
creator that bring forth a stronger you...Allah swt is ALL GOOD and even when things
appear evil, or bad there is good within it. This of course doesn't exclude the consequences
of humanities own hand in mischief

And whatever strikes you of disaster - it is for what your hands have earned; but He {Allah} pardons
much.
[Al-Ankabut 29:38]

And [We destroyed] 'Aad and Thamud {two ancient nations in Arabia}, and it has become clear to you
from their [ruined] dwellings {their corruption & wrong doing}. And Satan had made pleasing to them
their deeds and averted them from the path, and they were endowed with perception {which was
overlooked due to their arrogance so}. {Humanity is no different from his ancestors, and now like then
humanity is daring toward a severe punishment that is very subtly coming into full view}.
[Al-Muminun 23:71]

But if the Truth had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would
have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are

turning away.

The secular world with all of its failing man-made systems, is collapsing under its own
weight of deception and trickery that has created for mankind a very different rendering of a
world that is shared by all its inhabitants. It is therefore up to humanity to reformat its societal
norms by attacking the sources of injustice & decomposition of the public psyche. These
chaotic conditions are meant to further confuse the path that leads to truth while at the same
time keeps you and I from contentment by infusing artificial mind states upon the people for
control. Coping with life is a natural ability and something we are designed to undertake as
the creator has benefited humanity with the dominion of his earthly creation. Many things
within the lowly creation (of seven heavens) are bigger, stronger, & more magnificent than the
human being, but it's only through the benefits of the creator on man that man isn't over-run.
Our responsibilities of recalling humanity to justice & truth is something that is important to
the entire eco-system of each of our environments, like the cleaning of a home it's an ongoing
task, and while time periods have existed when humanity flourished, it was only when the
responsibility slackened that corruption resurfaced. Left unchecked, its contagious effects
quickly turn pandemic affecting the minds of the weak first, and arousing doubts through onesided philosophy that fails to be absolute or robust in applicationthese false ideals then
seek to justify their new cultural view-points through democratic majority rules although
rooted in evil. Outnumbered and often less popular than the glamour path of trickery, the few
who reach out and attempt the grandest of task are then seen as an outlaw type. ~Extremist
The West won the
world not by the
superiority of its
ideas or values or

rather by its
superiority in
applying organized

Culture
Culture.the word comes from the Latin Cultura which is a derivative of the
verb Colere meaning "Tending or Cultivation. When the word was officially entered into
the Oxford dictionary in 1510 it was listed under the meaning of "Training the mind or
acquiring manners. Hence the derivative of its application in relationship to human-beings,
and the full onslaught of training the mind has been the largest human experiment carried out
by private agencies under government directives to alter the minds of people through
psychological means (MK-Ultra, chemical ingestion, vaccination, & media programming etc.).
From an anthropological point of view, culture is expanded in meaning to encompass society
in terms of training that influences their way of life; simplified further we can then see culture
as a pre-determined behaviour of an environment. Determined behaviours will vary from one
community to another especially with those whom have older traditions & differences in
religion.however this understanding was long understood by the countries who embraced
Darwin-ism politically, which is why they have sought to rewrite and reteach history from their
perspective, validating with themselves their actions of colonizing the African & Asian
continents, as well as earlier doctrines that supported occupations of sham (holy lands of
Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, southern turkey, Arabia and what is now called Israel). In
todays regard, the world is primary influenced by western standards as the dust of
colonialism still blurs and stings the eyesight by methods of indirect rule...
Harvard professor Samuel Huntington says, The underlying problem for the west is not
Islamic fundamentalism it is Islam itself, a different civilization whose people are convinced of
their superiority culturally while also obsessed with the inferiority of their power. In contrast the
problem for Islam is not the C.I.A or U.S. Dept. Of Defense, it is the west itself. A different
civilization whose people are convinced of their universal superiority of culture & who believe in
the obligation of imposing their culture throughout the world {this is the true meaning &
application of globalization}. These are the base ingredients that fuel the conflict between Islam
and the west.
This statement
made by the

professor is both profound and very insightful in setting today's stage. Muslims know that
Islam & the Quran are from Allah (the creator of worlds) thus the superiority of culture is a
training that is rooted in faith and in accordance to divine will and submission that puts
mankind in harmony with the design of his/her being, something not born of ego and
established on military prowess such as what the west builds its ideals. In addition, The west
promotes secularism through a democratic model (secularism being the most important
component), which is the removal of Allah as sovereign, most high, and gives rule of law to
man-made precedence. Immediately the notion of man-made law as precedence should invoke
a since of unfair dealing and or fear of its usage as it has already been demonstrated
historically through the colonial era, and occupations of the holy land prior to that dating
back to the time of prophet Muhammad s.a.w. whose righteous predecessors opened those
lands and the known world from the tyranny of occupation giving recent history its second
golden age.
A political agenda with a religious premise; this is & has been the root of deception
for many centuries. Because religious values coincide with the fitrah (natural deposition of
the human being) we find that these values have resounding effects upon culture or the
behaviour of humanity, therefore the purity of revelation has always been under constant
threat of attack in altering it or succeeding with its complete eradication. After this first line
of Defense mankind is then opened up to culturally biased influences, and philosophies that
reshape the societal norms distorting previous beliefs with doubts and desires both by which
carry man away from his true self turning him animalistic in serving his whims that now become
stronger than his/her will driving them to obedience in association to their Lord. Although it
may be difficult for some to understand how our own desires become methods of
worshipWorship is obedience, and obedience is the source that promotes other actions
that most people tend to consider when they think about worship such as religious rituals.
However, rituals that lack intention (desire to do-so) are in fact the explanation behind the
concept of obedience to something; Wrong and Right are two paths that are followed which
derive in the heart & or mind each persuading the individual towards a choice. Choices reflect
the condition or state of the heart in reference to the higher-self in relationship to the lower-

self which is more so inclined toward following desire regardless of consequence seeking
satiation through temporary indulgences. Serving two masters requires disobedience to one
in order to be in compliance with the other, but when mans desires become his Lord and
societys culture teaches through retraining him to disregard the creator through secularist
ideas, the entire world and its well-being are now threatened. Herein lies the threat of the
current western state against the entire world, as entertainment, wealth, and other affluent
ways accompany this propaganda its adopted by a careless society which is failing to
understand the truth about its own internal as well as external dealings & both have long terms
effects. Like rust, corruption goes on consuming until theres nothing else to consume.
Radicalization is defined as a person or group that comes to adopt increasingly
extreme political, social, or religious ideals and aspirations that reject or undermine the status
quo, or rejects and/or undermines contemporary ideas and expressions of freedom of choice.
Status quo represents the current state of affairs, however because it's the current state of
affairs doesn't make those affairs rightthis is further highlighted by the use of the word
contemporary to explain ideas & modern methods of expressing freedom. Even the definition
used in trying to define radicalization is aiding the reader towards distorted views of
interpretation because the idea behind the concept would depend on what side of the issue
you stand. Ideas arent concrete facts nor are they resolute against the position of those who
are described in opposition. For example, many people might think of nudist colonies (where
individuals live in the nude publically) as something of modern expressions of freedoms, as well
as gay rights towards same sex marriage and adoption {which will serve to perpetuate
homosexuality as normal}.however, these expressions are not acceptable to the majority of
people's nor are they interpreted to be contemporary methods of expressing freedom; on the
contrary, it would suggest they are a good method of measuring just how far mankind (in some
countries) has decayed through evil actions disguised as good or progressive. In more subtle
ways of prefixed contemporary preceded hyphenated words are the actions or modified
usage of arts towards humanity through fashion, music, and movies all of which directly
influence the attitudes & perceptions of an individual towards themselves as well as what they

in turn display to the world.

Crippling the values of human-being are the obedience to desire: Obey your thirst {soda
commercial}; Just do it {Nike ad}; You only live Once {popularized phrase towards a
worldly view about life which disregards purpose and eternal life of the soul in hereafter};
Do as thy wilt {Allister Crawley, freemason, wizard whose dark magic & writings have lead
many people towards altered worship of Jinn {the race of Satan}
No matter who we are we can all find immoral issues within all of these so-called expressions
of freedom.

The Early Church

Now since all things are governed by the laws of physics, noting that all actions have
an equal and opposite reaction; I propose from this point forward that you consider both
sides of this extremism reference in labelling those in society who challenge current policies of
injustice in calling responsible parties to account as they are in return called radical. First is
that of radical efforts by those who alter truth in the first place, this creates a need to bring
about the necessary counter-radical efforts to defeat the implied falsehoods; therefore, I
suggest also that if one side of the coin is labeled extreme then too must the other-side since
they are of the same origin Therefore the early deceptions applied into the early setting of
the Christian church should be considered to be very extreme tactics that have distorted the
truth for billions while at the same time still fuels a rivalry that is pushing a scripted course of
events to their climax. Thus what is done in extreme measure in deception does in fact require
the same amount if not more in resistance by those who remain firm in truth defending it. The
pendulum swings both ways with an equal amount of momentum; always will we find a few who
are blessed to persevere through times of change when falsehood is promoted for the benefit
of those who manipulate the truth.

So why were there not among the generations before you those of enduring discrimination
forbidding corruption on earth - except a few of those We saved from among them {those saved
are those who recognize & remain steadfast on truth]? But those who wronged [themselves]
pursued what luxury they were given therein, and they were criminals.
The west aligns itself with the title of Judeo-Christian since Christianity is seen to
have emerged from Judaism given the bible its old & new testaments, but before we move on,
first consider these following verses from the Quran:

[Al-Baqara 2:113]

The Jews say "The Christians have nothing [true] to stand on," and the Christians say, "The Jews
have nothing to stand on," although they [both] recite the Scripture {meaning the same
book Bible} Thus the polytheists speak the same as their words. But Allah will judge between
them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ.
[Al-Baqara 2:140]

Or do you say that Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants were Jews
or Christians? Say, "Are you more knowing or is Allah?" And who is more unjust than one who
conceals a testimony he has from Allah? And Allah is not unaware of what you do.
Interjecting these verses as a source of further reason into the topic in hopes that you open
yourself up to what is really just a process of elimination by asking very basic questions.the
bible is best known to encompass the Torah (religion of Musa a.s.) and Injeel (religion of
Eesa ibn Mariam a.s.)Along with prophecy of the last prophet Muhammad s.a.w. that Jesus
prophesied about; it also holds within its contents passages attributed to other prophets
(alayhum salaam). The words of prophets are not clearly distinguished from the words of the
almighty or from third persons who are writing the accounts. With exception of a few known
cases known to us by accounts givenLastly, one my given point on comparative religion
differences, we know that Allah sometimes strengthens his messengers with the presence of
other prophets

When We {royal we of power not plurality} sent to them two {prophets present at same
time} but they denied them, so We strengthened them with a third {prophet}, and they
{those prophets} said, "Indeed, we are messengers to you."
But as for the major revelations of recent history {Torah, Psalms & Gospel} we know that
these prophets (who called messengers because they brought new law abrogating previous
laws in the form of books I.e. Torah, Gospel & Quran) didn't live at the same time period, so
for all of their now lost revelations (in the languages of those prophets) to end up in the same
book {bible excluding Quran} truth seekers must conclude to the tampering & man-made
book called the bible. Even though it still contains truth that has to be carefully discerned.
Thats of course not to mention all the historical, scientific and grammatical errors In
addition, almost the entire New Testament is written by Paul, a self-proclaimed apostle who
sought converts by any means necessary altering or absorbing other traditions into the pure
scripture. By the time Christianity moved to Greece then Rome, Jesus was paganized and
deified as an object
of worship.

virgin mothers, fathered by a heavenly deity. December 25, the day of the winter solstice

doesn't exist in the Hebrew alphabet although present in Arabic and Aramaic... BC does
stand for before Christ, however AD doesn't stand for after death.the annotation actually
stands to represent the European pharaohs rise to the throne Andouille which is Latin

meaning in the year of our LordIt is interesting to note that the purpose of the B.C.
/A.D. dating system was to make the birth of Jesus Christ the dividing point of world
history. However, when the B.C. /A.D. system was being calculated, they actually made a
mistake in pinpointing the year of Jesus birth. Scholars later discovered that Jesus was
actually born around 64 B.C.
The key words to keep in mind during your reading: Meryamun {Mariam, Jesuss mother},
Setepenre, Soter, which are words that were used to create the fictitious character
attributed to JESUS CHRIST in A.D. by Roman Emperor Constantine (Meryamun,
Setepenre, Soter were used in B.C). The images of Ptolemy, which are similar to the
images that are depicted as Jesus today, were forced upon the Africans {Egypt is in
Africa} and were ordered to be worshipped by the people of Rome. B.C. does stand for
before Christ, however as already mentioned A.D. actually stands for the Latin
phraseanno Anodullile, which means in the year of our Lord. THIS WAS
SOMETHING THAT GAVE VALIDITY TO THE CONSECRATION
OF THIS NEW PHARAOH SERRA-PUS and his rise of deity to the throne...

Era) (aka Soter) (Soter means savior) became the first European pharaoh of Egypt
through military force led by Alexander the Greek (a.k.a Alexander the Great). When
Ptolemy became pharaoh of Egypt, he wanted the Egyptians to consecrate him as a god.

Beloved of Amun (Amun means a pagan God) Chosen of Ra(Ra means a pagan God),

and because of the Egyptians refusal to acknowledge him as a God, he began killing the
people of Egypt, which caused the Egyptian priests at Memphis to give into his request by
agreeing to consecrate him to priesthood, in order to save their own lives. So, it is this figure
of late Egyptian history who would have been after the true Esa bin Mariam a.s. who adapts
unto himself all the deifying characteristics of prophet Esa bin Mariam a.s and his mother in
order to consecrate his own self-deity under the long list of pharaohs' who also regarded
themselves as "gods"...
These earlier events where the early adaptations that have been propagated through
the church in building a doctrine that has solely been hinged to a false belief while at the same
time promoting indulgences by Papal decree, something that is surely tied to extremist views
as they have sought to mislead billions of people upon a false ideal. Yes, for a price and
according to the indulgence, the church was selling pardons with Papal signature as a
gateway to paradise. PARDONS!!! The arrogance of such an ideal, for man {a created
being} to give him/herself the authority to pardon desired actions of disobedience towards
the creator who has clearly set laws of permissions & prohibitions. Unfortunately this
gateway was actually one not to paradise, but a gateway that was leading people to hell by
giving them false alternatives of atonement. This is also the central component behind the
Christian doctrine, established by Paul during the reign of Constantine and his counsel at
Nasea. Here, the pictorial images, days of the week, interjection of all the Greek gods; these
concepts were all incorporated into the newly endorsed religion of the Byzantine Empire
headed by Constantine. The books of the original disciples were ignored and kept from
inclusion into the bible [for example books of Barnabus & Thomas, which hold reference to
the last prophet foretold by Esa ibn Mariam a.s. with mention of his name Ahmad].

whom he was commanded to leave in the desert by Allah before fulfilling his test to sacrifice

migration to the area of Mt. Paran {the valley spreading from Mecca to medina} as a sacred
dwelling before just a barren landthis established holy valley of the first house of worship
Al-Kabah today the city is known as Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The actions of Ibrahim,
Hajjar, and Ismaiil have established the foundations of the hajj performed by billions of
Muslims since then continuing to present day
All of these deviations have altered the truth and given rise in belief based on false
concepts behind Jesus, for if one was to come after him this would reduce the significance of
his deification thus demolishing the entire foundation of the Christian creed. After all, if
the "Son of God prophesies of another, then what of himself? These are the careless &
thoughtless lies that have been interjected nonetheless the truth is constantly re-establishing
itself with evidences popping up all the time. One such evidence is an original transcript of
The gospels of Barnabus found in Turkey (Istanbul formerly Constantinople, the capital of
Byzantium). Many scholars have uncovered & confirmed the proof of the prophet hood of
Esa ibn Mariam a.s. (Jesus) As well as his prophecy of Ahmad. Yet, this truth has not yet
been officially disseminated to the world through the church that has always been aware of

Christian Reformers
The Protestant Reformation was the 16th-century religious, political, intellectual and
cultural upheaval that splintered Catholic Europe, setting in place the structures and beliefs
that would define the continent in the modern era. In northern and central Europe, reformers
like Martin Luther, John Calvin and Henry VIII challenged papal authority and questioned
the Catholic Churchs ability to define Christian practice. They argued for a religious and
political redistribution of power into the hands of Bible- and pamphlet-reading pastors and
princes. The disruption triggered wars, persecutions and the so-called CounterReformation; the Catholic Churchs delayed but forceful response to the Protestants. The
Renaissance Rebirth during Europes middle-ages ruled by temporal kings was also a time
of revolt. Seeking relinquishment from the shackles of the Catholic Church, reformers like
Martin Luther, Calvin, Hume, Henry VIII have all been historically noted for their
participating efforts in spearheading revolts (either isolated or public actions) that consisted
not only of intellectual assaults but that of war lasting 30yrs. Reformation and counterreformation came at a large cost politically. In the 30yrs of consistent rebellions and bloody
persecutions, came an accreditation for killing 40% of Germanys population
The key ideas behind the reformation was a call to purify the church and the belief
that the bible, not tradition (sourced from evolving cultural practices), should be the sole
source of spiritual authority {basically the sole source to what is believed}. Martin Luther
and the others were the first to skillfully use the printing press to give their ideas a wider
audience. Luther (1483-1546) was an Augustinian monk and university lecturer in
Wittenberg, Germany when he composed his famous (95 Theses, which protested the
popes sale of reprieves from penance, or indulgences (The same creed now believed by
Christians in their belief of Jesuss power to intercede giving people a seemingly passive way
to live sinfully without personal accountability). After being excommunicated in 1521, Luther
translated the bible to German in order to continue his vernacular pamphlets. After siding
with Germanys princes from peasant revolts in 1524, Lutheranism had become the state
religion throughout much of Germany, Scandinavia, and many of the Baltic States.
For the Swiss it was John Calvin, who in 1541 was invited to settle in Geneva and

encourage implementing his writings, "Institutes of the Christian Religion into practice.
Calvin very much paralleled the works of Martin Luther, stressing Gods power and
humanitys present fate of adherence by which a theocratic regime of enforced, austere
morality would emerge. Geneva very quickly became a comfortable place for protestant
exiles. Calvins doctrine soon spread to Scotland, France, Transylvania and other lower
countries within Europe. For the Dutch, Calvinism became a religious and economic force
for the succeeding 400yrs
Englands turn of affairs was provoked by a denial of the pope to the king on his
marriage being annulment to Catherine of Aragon. Upset in the matter and still without a
male heir to the throne, the king retaliated with his own judgement that he should have final
authority on matters in England and not the pope. He moved to confiscate the wealth of all
the English monasteries and allowed for the bible to be disseminated to the people. Prior,
the bible was read and interpreted by the priestly faction only requiring the people to blindly
follow in faith. By the time of Henrys death England was titled Calvinist-infused
Protestantism. During Edward VIs six-year reign there was 5yrs of reactionary Catholicism
carrying over to Mary the 1rst When Elizabeth I took to the throne in 1559, the Church of
England was viewed as a middle way denomination between Calvinism and Catholicism
complete with vernacular worship and revised prayer.
Slow at responding, the Catholic Church declaring the Lutheran and other reformist
doctrines as innovations, articulated these commitments through the council of Trent, which
met off and on from 1545-1563. Growing more resolute in literacy, new religious orders
notably the Jesuits combined rigorous spirituality with a global intellectualism; older orders of
mystic sects (Teresa of Avila) were also injected with new passions in efforts of renewing its
attractiveness, while inquisitions were being prepared in Spain and Rome to fight the threat
of Protestant heresy. What I find fascinating is all the double-standards that exist today in
relationship to directed rhetoric towards non-polytheistic Faith's namely Islam, which is truly
the only monotheistic, Abrahamic faith... Everything you find today, in rhetoric, action,
insurrection, war, reformation, counter-reformation, migration, refugee crisis, religious wars,
you will also find in yesterdays historical accounts in Europe. The irony is to concise to be

mere coincidence with today. It's as if the similarities are divinely willed in proving the guilt of
those who try to ignore their own historical records while pointing the finger at a new group
set on maintaining the purity of its scripture. Unlike the previous scriptures, the Quran is still
intact in the spoken language of the Nabi (prophet) who conveyed it to his people and the
world.this in and of itself raises the assertion of every effort made by Muslim reformers who
call the people in todays troubling times to hold tightly to what was revealed for it is the
absolute truth from your lord most high. Had these European revolts had similar
circumstances to formulate their argument then I believe the 30yrs of war would have ensued
much longer. Why? Because absolute truth is not easily overcome in short time spans;
instead it takes time to wipe away such evidences or plan discrediting campaigns and then
even after that's done, it requires constant warehousing & oversight. The promotion,
alterations and todays eradication of Christianity as well as its true message is a testament
of fact. Like a beam of light that shines through the cracks, or seeing the sun blocked by the
moon, the truth forever shines, glowing from beneath/behind obstacles put in its path causing
it to glow, although it is mired in filthy lies.
Often called progressive history, reformist and their effort is a portion of history that
is deliberately not taught in schools out of fear of inspiring future resistance towards status
quo efforts of today. Docile, and broken spirited the general public has lost the battle of
attrition, while also losing their focus on the war.directed towards a boogie-man by those
who pull the strings from the shadows; fixated on drawing connections between various
individuals, groups and organizations the government defines such people as radical, Marxist,
socialist, revolutionaries, leftists, progressives, or social-justice activist. Yet in still, the
progresses won by such noble undertakers is praised on one hand while demonized on the
other upon those figures who have reach iconic levels in death.
Unlike corruption which is implemented from the top down; Progressive changes occur from
the bottom up, but movements need leaders as well as rank-n-file activists. Strategic choices
that help win battles are the overall efforts that win wars.mobilization of people, picking &
framing issues for scrutiny, training the next generation of leaders who would be groomed to
understanding what it takes to making change and more so what is needed to sustain it. The

importance of research unlocks us from the narrow mindedness of opinion or personal

experiences opening the door to broader view points which would help in gaining allies in
struggles. Utilization of all resources at our disposal raise the voice of justice farther and
wider.then the barging of negotiation with opponents picking when to engage & when not
too. All actions need to not only be analyzed for their own merit but also for what countermeasures could be employed as a consequence. This is why the truth is very difficult to
erase, and understanding that the powers that be have moved from an outward attack or
response to that of an inward one. Erasing the human-being through psychological methods
the human being is being reprogrammed subliminally & consciously through lowly inclinations
of obeying desires and re-Enforced methods of conjuring up doubt especially on matters
that require faith. Desires are met & further influenced with media and the promiscuity of
today's society while doubts are implanted through beautified speech, philosophy,
conformity, affiliations and encouraged, personal choices to relinquish the soul

Revolutionaries or Commendable Leaders

Sooner or later, one day we must ask the question, "Why are there forty million poor
people in America?" When we begin to ask that question, we start raising questions about
the economic system, about a broader distribution of wealth. When we begin to consider the
broader effects we then should begin to question the capitalistic economy clearly seeing &
understanding the injustices its built upon... All Im saying is that the more we see &
understand outside of ourselves, we then begin to ask questions about the whole society
globally as we are interwoven affecting each individual. We are therefore called upon to help
discouraged beggars in life's market place, but first we must come to see the broken edifice
which produces beggars in the first place.
Among these brain-storming questions designed for critical thinking, we then begin to
ask the question, "Who owns the oil?" We begin to ask the question, "Who owns the iron ore
and other mineral deposits?" We begin to ask the question, "Why is it that people have to
pay water bills in a world that's two-thirds water?" Who owns the land?
Revolutionary leaders such as Dr. King whom the elite render in life as well as his
legacy of harmlessness, whom we see streets named after or holidays created to appease
ethnic groups or special interest in celebrating such a person...This particular outlook on the
harmlessness in fore-thought of Dr. king is a condition set on allowing his remembrance in
society as it is then taught & reflected in the harmless action of the people who reflect on
such a person for that day. Why isnt that such key issues and the figures who worked on
them not reflected upon daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or during ones entire life time in
continued commitment to the same service as they {those honoured} people readily offered
their lives dying to bring about change? Well, I will allow Dr. King himself to answer. In this
conundrum of life & history, there is such a thing as being too late. Procrastination is still the thief of
time.

However, is it that Dr. King was himself to be considered a passive activist or revolutionary?
Was he one without a sense of threat & why was he a person who was not seen militantly? Or
was he in fact a person whose bark was as big & loud as his bite? Well, if we leave it to history

we see that he is painted much differently in character as many of his irregularly heard
speeches would suggest. Many consider Dr. Kings early years of attendance at Crozier
Theological Seminar and then finally at Boston University where he studies systematic
theology to be the radical point in which reason begins to parallel faith in confirming his vision
of need for action {here thinking along the lines of Christians} acting upon their faith whom
King comments would be defined not by what they say, but by that in which they do in the
struggles for justices. All of these profound thoughts were crossing Dr. Kings mind as the
situation in Germany was intensifying. Christians who declared their faith were lacking the
necessary action against Hitler who was systematically seizing the country. Either through
beliefs that time would fix everything or intimidated; Dr. Kings analysis of these situations
was offering a projected foresight into the future invents of America herself that would follow
in the decades to come. Thinking outside the box, or better yet arresting the root causes of
systematic oppression, Dr. King is able to instinctively modify his thoughts from the
narrowed viewpoints of black and white. Also overlooking the biblical views of good vs evil,
King instead identifies the mechanism of employment that was being used in the German
example; the capitalist system that creates class-ism as well as imperialism that quickly follows
up in its decline or failure. To merely focus of the consequences of the larger mechanisms
by-products I.e. Black-n-White issues only would only be wasted efforts on uprooting the
disease rather than by attacking its source. Unfortunately, like many great leaders their
visions aren't fully understood nor shared by their audience who seem to get hung-up on the
beautifully, articulated oratory of these men. It does something in motivating but it does
nothing in teaching the deep consorted thoughts that bring the larger agenda into full view.
This is why once these leaders are gunned downed; the body of supporters quickly dies after
losing its head.
A true revolution of values will soon look uneasily on the glaring contrast of poverty and wealth
with righteous indignation. It will look across the seas and see individual capitalists of the West
investing huge sums of money in Asia, Africa, and South America, only to take the profits out
with no concern for the social betterment of those countries, and say, this is not just. It will look
at our alliance with the landed gentry of South America and say, this is not just. The Western
arrogance of feeling that it has everything to teach others and nothing to learn from them is not
just. A true revolution of values will lay hands on the world order and say of war; this way of

settling differences is not just. This business of burning human beings with napalm, of filling our
nation's homes with orphans and widows, of injecting poisonous drugs of hate into the veins of
peoples normally humane, of sending men home from dark and bloody battlefields physically
handicapped and psychologically deranged, cannot be reconciled with wisdom, justice, and love.
A nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on
programs of social up-liftment is approaching spiritual death.

In reading the quote you can immediately see the tremendous foresight King had, as was also
shared by JFK & Malcolm X in many of their prominent speeches; the very speeches that
invoked their assassinations for understanding too much. Unfortunately, many people still
don't understand the true stance Dr. King was making. In contrast to that of Malcolm X in
true identity of his efforts, both men were speaking to the established machine that was
driving injustices. However, when left to historians, media & government officials they
immediately deviate to the I have a dream speech. This alone undermines the true essence
of Dr. King reducing his effort and vision to mere black-n-white issues relaxed on the couch
of integration & so-called civil rights that are still violated today. This of course is to help
solidify the position of Dr. King on race as concluded by is fictitious victory resounded every
year on MLK Day brain-washing younger generations who have neither clue nor desire in
seeking out his true agenda. Radicalized by todays standards and assassinated for his
comprehensive knowledge, he was a man who was acting against injustice in his period of time.
Understanding the strength already had by the enemy, King is best known for his non-violent
statements, however the stance of non-violence was quickly expanded upon by other
movements {Black Panther Party} who understood the intelligence of self-protection; mean
while the opposing enemy took full advantage of their passivity in wounding or killing many
civil-rights supporters. A time of course has evolved in the amount of injustices which has of
course increased the amount of retaliatory expressions. Best put, the hypocrisy of a nation
is written in its greatest produced document ever "The constitution, whereby many
conditions are set to help bring about peace, prosperity and the pursuit of happiness. But,
these conditions weren't meant to encompass all men nor were those conditions meant to be
sustained as we today see the erosion of this living document from fascist imperialism

maneuvers of a country in serious decline. That hypocrisy is extended also the rest of the
world as America no longer projects herself as a beacon of hope...
All we say to America is be true to what you said on paper. If I lived in China or even
Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand some of these illegal
injunctions, maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic First Amendment privileges,
because they haven't committed themselves to that. But, if somewhere I have read about the
freedom of assembly. If Somewhere I read about the freedom of speech. If Somewhere I
have read about the freedom of press. If Somewhere I have read about the greatness of
America is the right to protest for rights, then I would come to expect and exercise those
rights

W.E.B. Du Bois (18681963) was a civil rights activist, sociologist, historian, polemicist
and editor. He was the first African-American to receive a PhD from Harvard and a
founder of the NAACP. In his studies and books he challenged Americas ideas about
race and helped lead the early crusade for civil rights. Du Boiss intellectual and political
battles with Booker T. Washington shaped the ongoing debate about the nature of racism
and the struggle for racial justice, summarized in his book The Souls of Black Folk (1903),
in which he described blacks "double consciousness" and famously predicted, "The problem
of the twentieth century is the problem of the color line." From 1910 to 1934 he served as
editor of The Crisis, the NAACPs monthly magazine, which became a highly visible and
often controversial forum for criticism of white racism, lynching and segregation, and for
information about the status of black Americans. It gave exposure to many young AfricanAmerican writers, poets and agitators. Du Bois was a socialist, although he often disagreed
with the party, particularly on matters of race. His writings had enormous influence on civil
rights activists and on the burgeoning fields of black history and black studies.

Upton Sinclair (18781968). A Pulitzer Prizewinning author, Sinclair wrote ninety books,
most of which were novels that exposed social injustice or studies of powerful institutions
(including religion, the press and oil companies). His 1906 novel The Jungle, which vividly
described awful conditions in the meatpacking industry, caused a public uproar that led to
passage of the Pure Food and Drug Act and the Meat Inspection Act. In 1934, in the
depths of the Depression, he left the Socialist Party and won the Democratic nomination
for governor of California on a platform to "end poverty in California." The states powerful
agricultural, oil and media industries mounted an expensive negative campaign to attack
Sinclair and help elect his Republican opponent. Sinclair lost, but his campaign mobilized
millions of voters, helped push FDR to the left and changed California politics for the next
several decades.

Walter Reuther (190770) rose from the factory floor to help build the United Auto
Workers into a major force in the auto industry, the labor movement and the left wing of the
Democratic Party. He helped shape the modern labor movement, which created the first
mass middle class. He led the 1937 sit-down at the General Motors factory in Flint,
Michigan, a major turning point in labor history. After World War II he pushed for a largescale conversion of the nations industrial might to promote peace and full employment. In
1946 he led a 116-day strike against GM, calling for a 30 percent wage increase without an
increase in the retail price of cars and challenged GM to "open its books." In 1948 GM
agreed to a historic contract tying wage raises to the general cost-of-living and productivity
increases. During his term as UAW president, from 1946 until his death in 1970, the union
grew to more than 1.5 million members and negotiated model grievance procedures, safety
and health provisions, pensions, health benefits and "supplemental unemployment benefits"
that lifted union members into the middle class and helped cushion the hardships of economic
booms and busts. In the 1960s he led the labor movements support for civil rights, was an
early opponent of the Vietnam War and an ally of Cesar Chavezs effort to organize migrant
farmworkers. Reuther became president of the CIO in 1952 and helped negotiate the 1955

merger of the AFL and CIO.

Malcolm X (192565). A onetime street hustler involved in drugs, prostitution and gambling,
Malcolm Little converted to Islam while in prison and, upon his release, became a leading
minister of the Nation of Islam, a forceful advocate for black pride and a harsh critic of white
racism. As Malcolm X, he inspired the Black Power movement, which competed with the
integrationist wing of the civil rights movement for the loyalty of African-Americans, and
wrote (with Alex Haley) the bestselling The Autobiography of Malcolm X. His fatheran
outspoken Baptist preacher and avid supporter of Black Nationalist leader Marcus
Garveyfaced death threats from the white supremacist organization Black Legion and was
killed in 1931. As a popular minister for the Nation of Islam, Malcolm X preached a form of
black separatism and self-help. One of his recruits was boxer Muhammad Ali. In 1964,
disillusioned by Nation of Islam leader Elijah Muhammads behavior, Malcolm X left the
organization. That year, he traveled to Mecca and, in his words, met "all races, all colors,
blue-eyed blondes to black-skinned Africans in true brotherhood!" When he returned to the
United States he had a new view of racial integration which was brought about from
encountering the truth about Islam and understanding Islam was the only system upon the
earth with the cure for all things that plague humanity. He was shot and killed on February
21, 1965, after giving a speech in Manhattans Audubon Ballroom. Many suspect that
Elijah Muhammad had a hand in his murder.

Michael Harrington (192889). His book The Other America (1962) exposed Americans
to the reality of poverty in their midst. In his 20s, Harrington joined Dorothy Days Catholic
Workers movement, lived among the poor at the Catholic Worker house and edited
the Catholic Worker from 1951 to 1953. The Other America catapulted Harrington into
the national spotlight. He became an adviser to LBJs "War on Poverty" and a popular
lecturer on college campuses, at union halls and academic conferences and before religious
congregations. Inheriting Norman Thomass mantle, he was Americas leading socialist

thinker, writer and speaker for four decades, providing ideas to King, Reuther, Robert and
Ted Kennedy, and other leaders. Harrington wrote fifteen other books on social issues and
helped build bridges between left intellectuals and academics and the civil rights and labor
movements. He encouraged activists to promote "the left wing of the possible." He founded
Democratic Socialists of America, which remains the nations largest socialist organization.

Muhammad Ali (19422016). Born Cassius Clay in Louisville, Ali became an Olympic
gold medal boxer in 1960, three-time heavyweight champion of the world, a highly visible
opponent of the Vietnam War and a symbol of pride for African-Americans and Africans.
He called himself "the greatest," composed poems that predicted the round in which hed
knock out his next opponent and told reporters that he could "float like a butterfly, sting like
a bee." In 1964, soon after winning the heavyweight championship, he revealed that he was a
member of the Nation of Islam, changing his name. Two years later, Ali refused to be drafted
into the military, stating that his religious beliefs prevented him from fighting in Vietnam. He
said, "No Vietnamese ever called me nigger," a statement suggesting that US involvement in
Southeast Asia was a form of colonialism and racism. The government denied his claim for
conscientious objector status, and he was arrested for refusing induction. He was stripped
of his heavyweight title, and his boxing license was suspended. He reclaimed the crown in
1974 by beating George Foreman in the so-called Rumble in the Jungle. For his boxing
skills and political courage, he was among the most recognized people in the world in the
1960s and 70s.

Michael Moore (1954). In the tradition of earlier muckraking journalists, Moore has used
his biting wit, eye for human foibles, and anger at injustice, faith in the common sense of
ordinary people and skills as a filmmaker, author and public speaker to draw attention to some
of Americas most chronic problems. His first film, the low-budget documentary Roger &
Me (1989), examined the tragic human consequences of General Motors decision to close
its factory in Flint (Moores hometown) and export the jobs to Mexico. The Big

One (1997) examined corporate Americas large-scale layoffs during a period of record
profits, focusing on Nikes decision to outsource its shoe production to Indonesia. His
documentaries in the twenty-first century have explored Americas love affair with guns and
violence (the Academy Awardwinning Bowling for Columbine); the links between the Bush
and bin Laden families in the aftermath of September 11 (Fahrenheit 9/11); healthcare
reform (Sicko); and the financial crisis and the political influence of Wall Street (Capitalism:
A Love Story). Moore also directed and hosted two TV news magazine showsTV
Nation (199495) and The Awful Truth (19992000)that focused on controversial
topics other shows avoided. The author of several booksDownsize This! (1996); Stupid
White Men (2001); and Dude, Wheres My Country? (2003)Moore is a frequent TV
commentator and regularly speaks at rallies to help build a movement for economic and social
justice.
My last two choices {in brevity} to highlight in my research are my two most favourite.
Favourite not only for their outspoken words towards injustices but for their renowned
actions in effort(s)that changed the course of their respective countries while also stapling
into the pages of history very prominent campaigns that have effectively reformed their
societies from prior injustices as well as alter the world geo-politically . However, in doing so
both encountered acts of violence, burdensome guerilla warfare, and later both rose to levels
of statesmanship. Im inspired from theirs dedications; however let me also state that I'm not
aspiring the violent component of their stories for future activist in unnecessary terms or
abuses; instead Im highlighting the tremendous bravery of both men {including their
encampments aiding them} in defeating the powers that oppressed them in turning the tides
of history. Excessive conditions warranted the excessive resistances as the laws of physics
explain that through theoretical principals of equal and opposite reactions. Both campaigns
against injustice although done locally {national level}, both outcomes affected the world
stage with many of those political affects still reverberating politically until present day
Ironically, I find it interesting that many men of this caliber were/are learned men i.e.
lawyers, doctors, engineers, published writers, athletes etc. who later turn their talents

towards the use of a higher purpose of what may perhaps define their life's actual
designation.
During the first democratic elections of South Africa, Nelson Mandela was well
known for being late to scheduled appearance many of which fellow countrymen would travel
the rough terrain from deliberately made barren remote villages. Not a well befitting
commemorates for such a figure, but his tardiness was mainly attributed to over ambitious
planning & not something reflecting deficiency in his character. Seen only from television or
from post cards and other elections material, Mandela the man was well anticipated by the
awaiting crowds of people who broke out into song and dance when the appearance of a dust
cloud trailed the motorcade approaching in the distance. But this was all the reaping of sown
seeds planted nearly 3 decades prior. A political aspiration personified into the being of one
man that blurred the lines of where the man began and the movement ended. Death was the
only thing that could separate him from the conundrum that was meshed into the symbolism,
father of a nation, embodiment of a movement, and status that rested on his shoulders.
His would be an example of non-martyrdom; nonetheless the majority of his life would be
preserved for recollection through his early efforts with the ANC, then a time capsule
through the years of incarceration at Robeson Island only to be awaited by the nation and
the world the very moment he stepped out of prison. Incarcerated but not silenced,
Mandelas legacy grew as well as strengthened as the people aligned themselves with his
conviction whose fate was now joined at the hip with the affairs for racial equality, civil rights,
and post-colonial democracy for the entire worldTo better illustrate the significance or
weight his situation carried, between the time of Mandelas initial arrest and his conviction at
Rivonia, several countries struggling for independence won their independence. Jamaica,
Trinidad and Tobago, Kenya, & Zanzibar all overcame their conditions, as well as a new civil
rights act being prepared in the United States. Mandelas campaign was destined to take
place and he was exactly the man created to deliver on such a task. His tribal leader status,
athleticism from boxing, tenacity, and study of law were all preparing him for the ultimate job
he was to live out to its completion. What's astonishing in addition to the 27yr sentence was
the conditions of apartheid itself remaining after other prominent figures & world events had

moved toward historical shifts in eradicating old political strong-holds. "The same mistakes
that we made in the United States and in the ex-colonies, FW de Klerk, last president of
apartheid era South Africa. The son of a national party cabinet minister and nephew of a
prime minister, De Klerk became president in September of 1989. After surviving 400yrs on
the southern tip of Africa, these Afrikaners (the Dutch term for white born Afrikaans who
gave themselves an identity in justifying their existence on the black continent) were now
realizing the loosened grip of British colonial rule. These fears contributed to the policies
that were meant to subdue extreme efforts against apartheid reformers by creating racially
segregated areas, blacks deprived of citizenship & the privilege that accompanied it,
passbooks which was meant to restrict the movement of the people within the country beyond
the necessary needs of the local economy, separate beaches, hospitals, schools, universities,
etc.In 1959 prime minister Hendrik Verwoerd's government divided black South Africans
into eight ethnic groups and allocated them "homelands" nations within the nation. The
move was a cornerstone of an Afrikaner nationalist dream to create a republic, but it led to
international isolation. De Klerk was a vigorous supporter. "I wanted us to take a more
adventurous approach to the nation state concept, but the project ultimately failed because
the whites wanted to keep too much land for themselves. Later, during the conditions induced
by Mandelas efforts in negotiations, it became clear that there was a big divide. On the
economic side, the ANC {African national congress} was fundamentally socialistic, the
influence of the Communist party was pervasive and they wanted nationalisation. They also
wanted to create an unelected government of national unity which would organise elections.
We insisted on governing until a new constitution had been negotiated and adopted by
parliament. One cannot say we are a healthy, dynamic democracy when one party wins almost
two-thirds of the vote. We need realignment in politics & Ill-gotten wealth... I am convinced
there will be further splits in the ANC because you cannot keep together people who
believe in hardline socialism and others who have become convinced of free-market principles;
principles that violate international laws in deception. The 2011 elections was a seized upon
opportunity for some much-needed shock therapy that excited the people at those elections
to use their rights to vote less with emotion and more through reason to express their

concerns about the failure of delivering justice. Had not the issues of reformation not
changed in the manner it did, ultimately South Africa would have become completely
isolated. The majority of people in the world with the growing momentum of Mandelas
popularity in sacrifice would only grow in intent of overthrowing the government. The
economy would have become virtually invisible or non-existent internationally we would not
be exporting a single case of wine and South African planes would not be allowed to land
anywhere and this would have inevitably provoked internally the equivalent of civil war."
Paralleling the same sanctions of deprivation amongst black-Americans, these
formative years and events made Mandela the most famous political prisoner in recent
history. The importance of continued sanctions that were now being applied to South
Africa was in fact of significant importance for Mandela who addressed an awaiting crowd
with a speech whose theme carried this message. All the factors that had justified armed
struggle still exist, therefore he called on the international community to further pressure the
established apartheid government with sanctions that would weaken the strong hold of the
government while at the same time strengthen Mandelas image now wholly embraced
internationally. Mandelas choice of words after his release was very well thought out, and
cleverly understood in how the opposition might try to manipulate Mandelas long awaited
release as something that surfaced from negotiations. Tactfully sound, Mandela uses the
significance of his release to reaffirm the black community of his continued sincerity against
apartheid as well as push the government towards the table of negotiations from the world
wide exposure of the press surrounding his release. The well-established apartheid regime
took time to weaken and then slowly unraveled by the sanctions that were called upon from
the international community. These outside pressures from foreign countries, no matter what
their truthful position, were now checked mated into saving face by well-played moves in
maneuvering through the traps by Mandela & his fellow party members in securing a defeat to
apartheid
Ernesto Guevara de la Serna

Born June 14, 1928 Rosario, Argentina Died October 1967 Bolivia Che
Guevara, theoretician and tactician of guerrilla warfare, was a prominent communist figure in
the Cuban Revolution (195659), and guerrilla leader in South America. After his
execution by the Bolivian army, he was regarded as a martyred hero by generations of leftists
worldwide, and his image became an icon of leftist radicalism and anti-imperialism. But again,
we are faced with the question of whether extreme-ism is or was valid in their reasoning to
oust the previous tyrannical government of Cubagod-willing when we look into the stories
of such men we then begin to see the deep contemplation that grows on their consciousness
to the point where they can no longer ignore the injustices upon the people. Nonetheless,
the faction that benefits in society that is the source of oppression upon the people will
always seek to vilify the actions & reasoning of such people; however the world-wide
acceptance of such people in life, only later grows to iconic levels undying in death, which is a
sort of silent but resounding acceptance of what these people have lived and died for. Like
anywhere in the earth, especially now we see that the majority of people's are oppressed; life
has not evolved in justice but instead has grown in more controlling applications. Therefore,
modernity is something that is perceived by the lesser percentage of democratic majorities
supported by wealth & materialism while the majority of the world is held to service in creating
a paradise for the wealthy.

The Motorcycle Diaries: Guevara was the eldest of five children in a middle-class
family of Spanish-Irish descent whom held leftist leanings political views, if needed defining,
in reference to living conditions & early influences upon himself as well as his family. Although
suffering from asthma, he excelled as an athlete and a scholar, completing his medical studies
in 1953. Compelled internally to self-discovery, he spent many of his holidays traveling in
Latin America. From his travels accompanied by a companion, Alberto Granado, traveling
by motorcycle he observed many disturbing images of great poverty among the masses of
people's as their travels continued. His worldview was changed by his nine-month journey,
which he began in December 1951, while on hiatus from medical school, with his friend. The
trip, which began on a motorcycle they called the Powerful (which broke down and was

abandoned early in the journey), took them from Argentina through Chile, Peru, Colombia,
and on to Venezuela, from which Guevara traveled alone on to Miami, returning to Argentina
by plane. During the trip Guevara kept a journal that was post-humously published under his
familys guidance as The Motorcycle Diaries. In 1953 Guevara went to Guatemala,
where Jacobo Arbenz headed a progressive regime that was attempting to bring about a
social revolution. (About that time Guevara acquired his nickname, from a verbal mannerism
of Argentines who punctuate their speech with the interjection Che.) The overthrow of the
Arbenz regime in 1954 in a coup supported by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency
(CIA) persuaded Guevara that the United States would always oppose such governments.
This became the cornerstone of his plans to bring about socialism by means of a worldwide
revolution. It was in Guatemala that Guevara became a dedicated Marxist. Surprised and
perhaps expecting different conditions from that he & his family were accustomed too, he was
severely strictened by what he was seeing. Questioning how such conditions could exist, and
contemplating such thoughts more deeply than what appeared on the surface, he concluded
to the imperialism of Spanish-American {South America} leaders & the hidden imperialism
of the west lead by non-other than America herself.this was in fact the hidden hand that
was subjecting the many different countries that he was traveling. Enabled with foresight,
seeing behind the matrix his eventual conclusion in solution laid in violent revolution in
anticipation of resistance from the established settlements of oppression. He came to look
upon Latin America not as a collection of separate nations but as a cultural and economic
entity, the liberation of which would require an intercontinental strategy.

Later making the acquaintance of the flamboyant Fidel Castro, his brother and a
small band of like-minded followers, Guevara seemed to have found the means by which he
would be able to fully actualize himself through actions in re-establishing justice to the masses
of people on the south-American continent by allying with the movement Castro was already
implementing. Viewing the smaller island country as a more suitable starting point, hoping the
momentum of their efforts would Domino into succeeding campaigns.

During the early 1960s, he {Guevara} defined Cubas policies and his own views in
many speeches and writings, notably El socialismo y el hombre en Cuba (1965; Man and

Socialism in Cuba, 1967)an examination of Cubas new brand of communismand a

highly influential manual, La guerra de guerrillas (1960; Guerrilla Warfare, 1961). The last
book included Guevaras delineation of his focotheory (foquismo), a doctrine of revolution in
Latin America drawn from the experience of the Cuban Revolution and predicated on three
main tenets: 1) guerrilla forces are capable of defeating the army; 2) all the conditions for
making a revolution do not have to be in place to begin a revolution, because the rebellion
itself can bring them about; and 3) the countryside of underdeveloped Latin America is
suited for armed combat. Acquiring a medium-sized boat, Castro and his band at arms of 82
men, sailed from Mexico to Cuba landing at Playa Las Coloradas. Upon landing this
famous quote has been preserved:

We reached solid ground, lost, and stumbling along like so many shadows or ghosts
marching in response to some obscure psychic impulse. We had been through seven days of
constant hunger and sickness during the sea crossing, topped by three still more terrible days on
land. Exactly 10 days after our departure from Mexico, during the early morning hours of
December 5, following a night-long march interrupted by fainting and frequent rest periods, we
reached a spot paradoxically known as Alegra de Po (Rejoicing of the Pious)".

~ Che Guevara~

Granma was the name of the yacht that was used to transport 82 fighters of the Cuban
Revolution from Mexico to Cuba in November 1956 for the purpose of overthrowing the
regime of Fulgencio Batista. The 60-foot (18 m) diesel-powered cabin cruiser was built in
1943 and designed to accommodate 12 people. The yacht was purchased on 10 October
1956 for MX$50,000 (US$15,000) from the United States-based Schuylkill Products
Company, Inc. by a Mexican citizensaid to be Mexico City gun dealer Antonio "The
Friend" del Condesecretly representing Fidel Castro. Castro's 26th of July Movement
had attempted to purchase a Catalina flying boat or a US naval crash rescue boat for the

purpose of crossing the Gulf of Mexico to Cuba, but their efforts had been thwarted by
lack of funds. Ironically, the money to purchase the Granma had been raised in the US state
of Florida by former President of Cuba Carlos Pro Socarrs.

The landing in December 1956 was intended to replicate the planned landing used
by Jose Marti, whose route was used during the war of Cubas independence in 1895. The
target landing was the city of Niquero in Oriente province. Awaiting the 82 banded
revolutionaries was an assortment of trucks, jeeps, food, and weapons along with another 50
volunteering men lead by Celia Sanches, one of the founders of the July-26
movement. Leaking and running days behind schedule, the Granma was spotted by a
helicopter, and the rebels were forced to beach the ship at a spot called Playa de los
Colorados, near the village of "Las Coloradas," about fifteen miles south of the designated
spot. The new landing area was more of a swamp than a beach, and the rebels were unable to
unload most of their weapons due to the muddy waters, the thick undergrowth plant life and
small crabs. Later, the troops regrouped inland and began to move toward the Sierra
Maestra. Unable to find anything to eat that first day; along the way, peasants and farmers
gave them food and water, until on December 5, betrayed by their guide, the rebels were
ambushed at Alegra de Po. They were forced to scatter again, and most were killed in
battle, or as they attempted to surrender. This only added to the misery of the 7 day voyage,
further testing the resolve & perseverance of these men in their determination. For eleven
days the remaining rebels, wounded hungry and scattered, evaded Batista's army, regrouping
on December 18 deep inside the Sierra Maestra Mountains. Of the 82 who made the trip
from Mexico, only twelve made it to the Sierra Maestra, including the Castro brothers, Che
Guevara (wounded and bleeding), Camilo Cienfuegos, Juan Almeida, Efigenio Amejeiras,
Ciro Redondo, Julio Daz, Calixto Garca, Luis Crespo, Jose Ponce and Universo
Sanchez. "We will win this war," said Castro, "we're just beginning to fight!"

After Castros victorious troops entered Havana on January 2, 1959, Guevara served for
several months at La Cabaa prison, where he oversaw the executions of individuals deemed
to be enemies of the revolution. Guevara became a Cuban citizen, as prominent in the newly
established Marxist government as he had been in the revolutionary army, representing
Cuba on many commercial missions. He also became well known in the West for his
opposition to all forms of imperialism and neocolonialism and for his attacks on U.S. foreign
policy. He served as chief of the Industrial Department of the National Institute of Agrarian
Reform, president of the National Bank of Cuba (famously demonstrating his disdain
for capitalism by signing currency simply Che), and minister of industry.
Guevara expounded a vision already prominent with the Soviet Union, China, and Vietnam;
of a new socialist citizen who would work for the good of society rather than for personal
profit, a notion he embodied through his own hard work. Often he slept in his office, and, in
support of the volunteer labour programs he had organized, he spent his day off working in a
sugarcane fields. He grew increasingly disheartened, however, as Cuba became a client state
of the Soviet Union {as would be expected for geo-political reasoning of the super-power};
He would later express his feeling of betrayal by the Soviets when they removed their
missiles from the island without consulting the Cuban leadership during the Cuban missile
crisis of 1962. Perceptually perceived through this expression as someone hell-bent on
destroying the world at any cost in reforming justice to common citizens; his less tactfully
feelings of betrayal are usually hurried in pin-pointing Radicalized views while contributing
to its political usage. However, was he so wrong in his feelings against the Soviets? Had
they not avoided conflict with the USA and left their missiles in Cuba then the world be a
much different place today. Yet, on the contrary, the decision not to check America in her
opposition prior has exposed the USAs hidden agenda of global domination, which

included all the covert funding for the "Mujahedeen of Afghanistan in defeating the
Russias occupation of the country, the fall of the Berlin Wall and soviet states in its union
with ever increasing expansion East to Russias borders today. All of these actions were in
fact the anticipated thinking & reasoning as to why he felt betrayed in the first place. Still
pushing world war 3, the USAs agenda of imperialism has never been misunderstood by the
revolutionaries, in fact they saw their actions as the under-dog, yet valiant in effort that
should have been supported to the end in defeating a ugly enemy who was already subduing
its hemisphere with subject oppression & influence of corrupt leadership who served western
principles. Thus Guevara began looking to the Peoples Republic of China and its
leader Mao Zedong for support and as an example
Among some of his other actions in helping Che win his global distinction would be
his December 1964 travel to New York City, where he condemned U.S. intervention in
Cuban affairs and incursions into Cuban airspace in an address to the United Nations
General Assembly. Back in Cuba, increasingly disillusioned with the direction of the Cuban
social experiment and its reliance on the Soviets, Guevara began focusing his attention on
fostering revolution elsewhere. After April 1965 he dropped out of public life. His
movements and whereabouts for the next two years remained secret. It was later learned that
he had traveled to what is now the Democratic Republic of the Congo with other Cuban
guerrilla fighters in what proved to be a futile attempt to help the Patrice
Lumumba Battalion, which was fighting a civil war there. During that period Guevara
resigned his ministerial position in the Cuban government and renounced his Cuban
citizenship. After the failure of his efforts in the Congo, he fled first to Tanzania and then
to a safe house in a village near Prague.
In the autumn of 1966 Guevara went to Bolivia, incognito (beardless and bald), to create
and lead a guerrilla group in the region of Santa Cruz. After some initial combat successes,
Guevara and his guerrilla band found themselves constantly on the run from the Bolivian
army. On October 8, 1967, the group was almost annihilated by a special detachment of the
Bolivian army aided by CIA advisers. Guevara, who was wounded in the attack, was
captured and shot. Before his body disappeared to be secretly buried, his hands were cut

off; and they were preserved in formaldehyde so that his fingerprints could be used to
confirm his identity.
Guevara would live on as a powerful symbol, bigger in some ways in death than in life.
He was almost always referenced simply as Che, so popular an icon that his first name
alone was identifier enough. Many on the political right condemned him as brutal, cruel,
murderous, and all too willing to employ violence to reach revolutionary ends methods.. On
the other hand, Guevaras romanticized image as a revolutionary loomed especially large for
the generation of young leftist radicals in Western Europe and North America in the
turbulent 1960s. Almost from the time of Guevaras death, his whiskered face, adorned Tshirts and posters speaks volumes towards world-wide silent acceptance. Framed by a redstar-studded beret and long hair, his face frozen in a resolute expression, the iconic image
was derived from a photo taken by Cuban photographer Alberto Korda on March 5,
1960. At first the image of Che was worn as a statement of rebellion, then as the epitome of
radical chic, and with the passage of time, as a kind of abstract logo whose original
significance may even have been lost on its wearer; though for some he remains an enduring
inspiration for revolutionary action.
Great men have two lives, one which occurs while they work on earth, a second which begins at
their death and continues as long as their lives and conceptions remain powerful.

Democracy
Unfortunately, what people have failed to realize is that democracy cannot equally
represent everyone under its umbrella nor is it meant too. As in its origins, specific groups
were banned from the overall democratic argument leaving at best only 20-30% of the
population. Restriction to slaves, non-citizens, women, the poor and adolescent ages...the
populace with the remaining representation was the smaller percentages mentioned who were
the business & ruling elite. Today similar mechanisms of exclusion are still present with
modern alterations such as: felons, voter registration, proper state identification, citizenship...
slaves and women were also applicable to exclusion but abolishment of the two has occurred
in most recent history. The image of democracy does well at giving the false illusion that
people make a difference in public matters, but really when you think about it most people
only pair the term democracy on the federal level, while on the state level where most people
are effected it goes seemingly unchallenged. Democracy has thus evolved under false
pretenses of freedom, with radical measures in itself as it is packaged and delivered around
the world with military insertion {either in hostile or rescue aid missions such as Haiti} instead
of the peaceful predicates it suggest in its own description as its sold publicly.
Originating in Ancient Greece, democracy is meant to be the rule of the people, but
you will soon learn that democracy is fundamentally flawed and incapable to do or be what
people believe it can.
Pure democracy cannot subsist long nor be carried far into the departments of state; it is very
subject to caprice and the madness of popular rage.

Just after the completion and signing of the Constitution, in reply to a woman's inquiry as to
the type of government the Founders had created, Benjamin Franklin said, "A Republic, if you

can keep it."

What an interesting statement...Why do you suppose he said this? Well, its because a
Republic is representative government ruled by law (the United States Constitution). A
Democracy is government ruled by the majority (mob rule). A Republic recognizes the
unalienable rights of individuals while Democracies are only concerned with what the group
wants or needs for the good of the public or in other words what has become the new concept
of social justice.
Lawmaking is a slow, deliberate process in our Constitutional Republic requiring approval
from the three branches of government, the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches for
checks and balance. Lawmaking in Democracy occurs rapidly requiring approval from the
majority by polls and/or voter referendums, which in turn is mob rule 51%, teetering on 1 vote
that takes away anything from the minority 49%.
Here is one example; if 51% of the people dont pay taxes they can vote a tax increase on the
49% that do, which is mob rule. Now here's an interesting point, something that you may have
not considered: In order for a democracy to maintain their power, these candidates must
adopt an ever-increasing tax and spend policy to satisfy the ever-increasing desires of the
majority. As taxes increase, incentives to produce decreases, this causes many of the once
productive to drop out and join the non-productive. When there are no longer enough
producers to fund the legitimate functions of government and the socialist programs, the
democracy will collapse, always to be followed by a Dictatorship. This is the cusp the
America finds herself today...what else explains the heightened police state of America, and
all of their outrageous actions resulting in so many deaths of black citizens? Not to mention
the implementation of Jade helm and other pre-martial law practices taking place around the
country reading those to impose it.
Article IV Section 4, of the Constitution "The United States shall guarantee to every
State in this Union a Republican Form of government, and shall protect each of them
against Invasion", the word Democracy is not mentioned in the Constitution at all...How
many knew that? So, tell me again what you think youre fighting to uphold? Furthermore,
what is America exporting in her ideals in trying to carbon copy the same misunderstandings

upon other people around the world who know better...?

The current President is the CEO of the foreign corporation {the conglomerate of
multiple companies represented by individual states} just as the different factions he orders
in the military are also called companies. America (the land now called America) was overtaken by military and established on the basis of military codes of justice; THE

course of the instrument, that is yourself, reclaims/redeems it.

On April 5, 1933, then President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, under Executive

Order, issued April 5, 1933, declared: All persons are required to deliver on or before
May 1, 1933 all Gold Coin, Gold Bullion, & Gold Certificates now owned by them to a
Federal Reserve Bank, branch or agency, or to any member bank of the Federal Reserve
System. Theres something else you should know: Everything, since June 1933, operates in
commerce! Commerce is based on agreement contract. Government has an implied
agreement with the straw man (Strawman) (governments creation) & the straw man
(Strawman) is subject to government rule, by the process of consent we voluntarily given into
by our parents ignorance in registering their children with the corporation of the
government...
So, lets see how this all ties into the politics of today....a list of events that have resulted
bringing us to present day implementation of New World Order with laws designed
yesterday for application today...
1st: In 1863, Lincoln instituted martial law. He ordered that the states (people) either
conscript troops and provide money in support of the North or be recognized as an enemy of
the nation. This martial law Act of Congress is still in effect today what it means is that the
President has dictatorial authority to do anything that can be done by the government in
accordance with the Constitution of the United States of America. This is the foundation
of Presidential Executive Orders.
2nd: The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 created a private corporation
(hereinafter Corp. U.S.) owned and operated by the actual government for the purpose
of carrying out the business needs of the government under martial law. This was done under
the constitutional authority for Congress to pass any law within the ten mile square of
Washington, District of Columbia.
3rd: In said Act, Corp. U.S. adopted their own constitution (United States Constitution),
which was identical to the national Constitution (Constitution of the United States of

America) except that it was missing the national constitutions 13th Amendment. The
national constitutions 13th, 14th and 15th amendments are respectively numbered 14th,
15th and 16th amendments in their constitution.
4th: The Corporation began to generate debts via bonds etc., which came due in 1912, but
they could not pay their debts, so the 7 families that bought up the bonds demanded
payment and Corp. U.S. could not pay; Said families settled the debt for the payments of
all of Corp. U.S. assets and for all of the assets of the Treasury of the United States of
America.
5th: As 1913 began, Corp. U.S. had no funds to carry out the necessary business needs
of the government so they went to said families and asked if they could borrow some money.
The families said no (Corp. U.S. had already demonstrated that they would not repay their
debts in full). The families had foreseen this situation and had the year before finalized the
creation of a private corporation of the name Federal Reserve Bank. Corp. U.S. formed
a relationship with the Federal Reserve Bank whereby they could transact their business via
note rather than with money. Notice that this relationship was made between two private
corporations and did not involve government; that is where most people err in understanding
the Federal Reserve Bank system-again it has no government relation at all. The private
contracts that set the whole system up & recognize that if anything therein proposed is found
illegal or impossible to perform it is excluded from the agreements and the remaining elements
remain in full force and effect.
6th: Almost simultaneously with the last fact (also in 1913), Corp. U.S. passes and adopts
(as if ratified) their own 16th amendment. It must be noted that this amendment has nothing to
do with our nation, with our people or with our national Constitution, which already had its
own 16th amendment. The Supreme Court ruled that it did nothing that was not already
done other than to make plain and clear the right of the United States (Corp. U.S.) to tax
corporations. We agree, considering that they were created under the authority of Corp.

U.S.
7th: Next (also 1913) Congress passed and entered the 17th amendment as ratified, even
though the states had no opportunity to ratify the same. This amendment is not only not
ratified, it is not constitutional; the Constitution forbids Congress from even discussing the
matter of where Senators are elected.
8th: In 1914, the freshman class and all Senators that successfully ran for re-election in
1913 by popular vote are seated in Corp. U.S. capacity only.
9th: In 1917, Corp. U.S. enters WWI and passes their Emergency War Powers, and
Trading with the Enemies Acts.
10th: In 1918, President Wilson is re-elected by the Electoral College but their election is
required to be confirmed by the constitutionally set Senate; where in the new Corp. U.S.,
only Senators were allowed to participate in the Electoral College vote confirmation. The
only authority that could possibly have been used for electoral confirmation was corporate
only. Therefore, President Wilson was not confirmed into office for his second term as
President of the United States of America and was only seated in the Corp. U.S.
Presidential capacity. Therefore the original jurisdiction governments seats were vacated
because the people didnt seat any original jurisdiction government officers.
11th: In 1933, the Trading with the Enemies Act is adjusted to recognize the people of the
United States of America as enemies of Corp. U.S.
12th: In 1944, under the Bretton Woods Agreement, Corp. U.S. is quit claimed to the
International Monetary Fund, and becomes a foreign controlled private corporation.
13th: Sometime after 1935, you ask Social Security Administration for a relationship with
their program. They create an entity with a name (that sounds like your name but is spelled

with all capital letters) and a depository account number in the Social Security General
Trust Fund (GTF). They give you the Social Security card which identifies you as the
single person with authority to control the entity they created (on review: you may notice that
the Social Security Administration was the creator of the entity, the GTF is its beneficiary
and you were made its Trustee.) More importantly: this capacity does not limit you or your
capacity to act in your sovereign capacity in any way.
14th: In 1968, at the national governors conference in Lexington, Kentucky, the IMF
leaders of the event proposed the dilemma the State governors were in for carrying out their
business dealings in Federal Reserve Notes (foreign notes), which is forbidden in the
national and State constitutions, alleging that if they did not do something to protect
themselves the people would discover what had been done with their money and would likely
kill them all and start over. They suggested the States form corporations like Corp. U.S.
and showed the advantages of the resultant uniform codes that could be created, which
would allow better and more powerful control over the people.
15th: By 1971, every State government in the union of States had formed such private
corporations (Corp. State), in accord with the IMF admonition, and the people ceased to
seat original jurisdiction government officials in their State government seats.
This should anger you, and this should bring you to account for yourself now
enlightened with facts...there is a reason they don't educate you in the schools on this
business...and there is a reason a lot of politicians are lawyers...the current president is a
constitutional lawyer...and they manipulate the law for the people why they operate under an
entirely different one.
So, when you look over the facts in detail, which laws and amendments are available to
those who are interested, you'll find that government isn't really government its
business...Therefore people shouldn't be encourage nor motivated to fix it for in doing so
you do nothing of benefit for yourself or others still held under this ignorance of the truth.
Instead, it is now your responsibility to continue to educate yourself aspiring to free yourself

from this large implanted conspiracy which is extreme in its application of deceit...next it is
your moral responsibility to share this information with everyone you care about and with that
encouragement movements in greater numbers can begin to work together to bring about
faster results for mankind is way behind in this evil plot. Your souls have been purchased, and
marketed through man's law designed to enslave you not by properly informing you, our
parents chose slavery by registering each birth with the state which falls under the federal
umbrella of corporate America as collateral. Information is power, being informed now returns
choice to the people so you can now choose not to be misled nor enslaved...Nonetheless,
they have kept up the illusion of freedom, which is really slavery through exploitation of your
ignorance as they watch you choose it for yourself...Democratic principles have thus swung in
support of conforming behaviour into alignment with culture which is mired & intertwined with

extreme measures of secrecy which are covertly attacking the very existence of humanbeings

Separation of Church & State

Ranking high on the agenda of mechanisms to put in place by the United States was
the separation of church & state dating back to the first decision in 1879, eight years after
the infamous letter of Albert Pike in 1871. The following are the documented decisions by
the Supreme Court on issues faced and the conclusion of why separation of church and
state from 1879 to 1993:

professional success. Reynolds v. United States, 98 U.S. 145 (1879) Court finds that the
federal anti-polygamy statute does not violate the First Amendment's guarantee of the free
exercise of religion. This was addressed by President Hayes and was a requirement if the
territory of Utah was to become a state.
Everson v. Board of Education, 330 U.S. 1 (1947)Court finds that a New Jersey law
which included students of Catholic schools in reimbursement to parents who sent their
children to school on buses operated by the public transportation system does not violate
the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
McCollum v. Board of Education Dist. 71, 333 U.S. 203 (1948)
Court finds religious instruction in public schools a violation of the establishment clause and
therefore unconstitutional.
Burstyn v. Wilson, 72 S. Ct. 777 (1952)
Government may not censor a motion picture because it is offensive to religious beliefs.

Torcaso v. Watkins, 367 U.S. 488 (1961)

Court holds that the state of Maryland cannot require applicants for public office to swear
that they believed in the existence of God. The court unanimously rules that a religious test
violates the Establishment Clause. (Compare this to todays issues)
Engel v. Vitale, 82 S. Ct. 1261 (1962)
Any kind of prayer, composed by public school districts, even nondenominational prayer, is
unconstitutional government sponsorship of religion.
Abington School District v. Schempp, 374 U.S. 203 (1963)
Court finds Bible reading over school intercom unconstitutional and Murray v. Curlett, 374
U.S. 203 (1963) - Court finds forcing a child to participate in Bible reading and prayer
unconstitutional.
Epperson v. Arkansas, 89 S. Ct. 266 (1968)
State statue banning teaching of evolution is unconstitutional. A state cannot alter any
element in a course of study in order to promote a religious point of view. A state's attempt
to hide behind a nonreligious motivation will not be given credence unless that state can show
a secular reason as the foundation for its actions.
Lemon v. Kurtzman, 91 S. Ct. 2105 (1971)
Established the three part test for determining if an action of government violates First
Amendment's separation of church and state: 1) the government action must have a secular
purpose; 2) its primary purpose must not be to inhibit or to advance religion; 3) there must be
no excessive entanglement between government and religion.

Court finds posting of the Ten Commandments in schools unconstitutional.
Wallace v. Jaffree, 105 S. Ct. 2479 (1985)

State's moment of silence at public school statute is unconstitutional where legislative record
reveals that motivation for statute was the encouragement of prayer. Court majority silent on
whether "pure" moment of silence scheme, with no bias in favor of prayer or any other mental
process, would be constitutional.
Edwards v. Aquillard, 107 S. Ct. 2573 (1987)
Unconstitutional for state to require teaching of "creation science" in all instances in which
evolution is taught. Statute had a clear religious motivation.
Allegheny County v. ACLU, 492 U.S. 573 (1989)
Court finds that a nativity scene displayed inside a government building violates the
Establishment Clause.
Lee v. Weisman, 112 S. Ct. 2649 (1992)
Decided Unconstitutional for a school district to provide any clergy to perform nondenominational [(what then would be considered denominational?)] prayer at elementary or
secondary school graduation. It involves government sponsorship of worship. Court majority
was particularly concerned about psychological coercion to which children, as opposed to
adults, would be subjected, by having prayers that may violate their beliefs recited at their
graduation ceremonies.
Church of Lukumi Babalu Ave., Inc. v. Hialeah, 113 S. Ct. 2217 (1993)
City's ban on killing animals for religious sacrifices [(Jew & Muslims both practice halal
slaughtering of animals, unlike inhumane techniques employed to kill animals as well as growth
hormones)], while allowing sport killing and hunting, and was considered unconstitutional
discrimination against the Santeria religion [(originating in West Africa Yoruba religion, and
brought to the new world of which the Yoruba religion dates & links back to Ancient
Assyria)].

After reading many of the decisions you cant help to wonder if America is truly a Christian
country as she claims to be.
The government is known to be 25-30yrs ahead of the general population in technology and
its only when they have moved on to something superior that we the people are given the past
technology to use in the consumer application. Take a look at this website
(http://www.justice.gov/open/declassification-faq.html). Here you will see how every 25 years or
so the government declassifies documents to the public on everything under the sun, which should
have never been keeping from the people. The Vatican does something similar; I have recently
learned they dont declassify the documents of the Pope until 80yrs after his deathWhy? How
does a democracy keep secrets when the definition and practical workings of a democracy is the rule
of people by the people! Secrecy doesnt exist in a democracy; at least it is not supposed to
happen. So, how well do you know what governs you? The cohesion of church & state has been
argued from two positions
1) The position of the liberal who suggest keeping government small and thus protect the
civil/religious rights of the individual.
2) The position of those who think that religious values are the sentiment to the laws that
govern the people promoting order.
With these two positions put forth, given to anyone of us to comment the opinions would be
countless, but face it most of these opinions would be coming from the emotions of the
people. The first formations of a city when truly thought about are not due to the
advancement of society with populations coming into close proximity to live. Examples today
of mega-cities of millions of people living literally one on top of the other; engineering marvels
if you wish to support that view with structures of all sorts. But, given the pyramids were built
thousands of years ago yet they still baffle engineers today, support the view that man still
lags behind the men of antiquity in ability. The lack of ability and resources (on all planes:
physical, mental & spiritual) is the reason people pool together into cities. Our ancestors
were far more resourceful than we are today, Resourceful in ways that are forgotten
practices rooted in laziness from seeking affluent life styles. Affluent life styles,
unsustainable even for the King who often has to surround himself with tactics of maintaining

power by any means. But how long does it last really? A lifetime perhaps, but no matter what
it is temporary and in many cases revolts and constant plots to kill people like this are sought,
so the affluent have to always barricade themselves from the masses in order to feel
safe. Now, with so many seeking the affluent life of luxury and ease with no skills to barter
other than what is demoralizing, lode, ignorant, offers no benefit to society etc. we now have
cities on the brink of chaos. Crime ridden because of human capture into concrete wilderness
that is unforgiving to survival, and with no land to go back to or means to leave. If you were to
stand on the roof top of a building threatening to jump you would be arrested, and placed in a
padded room where you would be fed 3 times a day both while in jail and the mental hospital;
but if you are starving and begging for food you will be passed by all day long and barely

Now, I would like to further defend the other point I have about the decay of people and the
degeneration of society by the formation of cities with a brief story if I may

There was a man who lived in a small village with no more than 50 people or so. He was
married with 3 children who worked the land growing vegetables and a few animals for dairy,
eggs & meat. His primary work was a fisherman in the hours before dawn. Each day he would
take his small vessel to the sea and cast his nets and catch his share of fresh fish. He would
then bring the fish home, clean the fish for the evening, and then have breakfast with his
family, play with his children, have a nap at noon, wake to afternoon reading, leisure or time
with his wife whatever he wished and dinner with his family every evening. So, on one
occasion after pulling in his nets and coming into shore he was approach by a young business
investor who had watched the man before and the success he had each day with his catch.
So, he decides to approach the man and he says hello, Im so and so a business investor;
have you ever thought about going into business for yourself? The man says, No. So the
businessman says, You should really consider it, with your luck at fishing you would do well.
The man says, Why would I want to do something like that. The businessman says, well, if

you fished a little longer and brought in more fish, and then took some home for food and the
rest to market to sell in 5yrs you could have enough for a large boat & a couple of helpers.
5yrs more a second boat with more helpers, and 5 more yrs. a third boat with even more
helpers and now also retirement. The man says, Then what? The businessman surprised
says, Then what? No more work for you paleyou would be home for breakfast with the
family, play with children, have a nap each day, wake to afternoon reading, leisure or time with
the wife whatever you wished and dinner with your family every evening. The man says, I
have all of that now, why wait 15yrs.
I think that this short story sums up the life outside the city and proves to all of us the quality
of life over the life in the city. The life of resourcefulness is full of good, and eases although
many would argue otherwise. One thing about the pace of life is that it is speeding up and
people now have to run. Multiplied over time people spend most of their time at work and
another large chunk of time sleep, which means realistically we all have very little time to
ourselves to be free. Exactly, you sayWork make lots of money until you dont have to work
anymore. The argument of some will never seize right? But, like the fisherman why do you not
recognize the bird in hand instead of the one in the bush? Owning land frees one from all
things in the earth, and allows you to be solely dependent on the creator for the necessary
means. Food, Water and shelter along with livelihood are all present in land ownership.
There would be far less if any, beggars or hungry people on the earth with land ownership,
something we never hear politicians saying in speeches.rather on the contrary, they do
preach the necessity of homeownership.but if you compare the two you would very quickly
be able to discern which is empty {needing sustenance to maintain} and which one comes with
resources that help fuel independence. In addition, land would cure the many gaps, and voids
of depravation that economist and so-called learned men deliberately look over in subjecting
the masses to service through jobs which serves to enrich them while they themselves own
large acreages of land that they frequently retreat to.Independence immediately begins to
combat losses in the economy while dependence further weakens it. Neither Land nor
anything of resources found in it {such as oil, water, mineral deposits, gold, silver, etc.} are to
be sold or hoarded by man or any group of men. These items, enveloped by the land were

created and bestowed to use {all humans} as a trust; therefore no human-being is in authority
to claim what he did not create himselffurthermore, it is anyones sovereign right to claim any
unclaimed land in reclamation for productive usage.
The land created by the creator of all things has made the land an open commodity for anyone
to reclaim which is neither private nor public utility. Jabir r.a. {a companion of the prophet
Muhammad s.a.w} said, the prophet s.a.w. said, If anyone brings a barren land into
cultivation it then belongs to him.

There are 4 conditions which make reclamation valid:

Impenetrable wall, Prophet Muhammad (saw) said, Anyone who surrounds a land with a wall
then it belongs to him. However, any other type of wall which is not impenetrable doesnt
make the land theirsDigging a well in a wasteland until he reaches water also makes the land
theirs as he has reclaimed it. If digging the well doesnt produce any water the land does not
belong to him, though he has more right to claim it and own it since he first began the
reclamation; If anyone supplies a wasteland with water from a well or river since this is most
useful than surrounding with a wall. Lastly, ridding a wasteland of excess water that causes it
to be infertile then it becomes his.
Two systems also used and mentioned in Islamic jurisprudences are musaqah { }and
muzaraah {}.
Musaqah is giving planted or unplanted trees along with a piece of land to someone to
plant them therein, water them, and perform the necessary work until they bear fruit. The
farmer then is to be given a specified share of the fruits from these trees, from unspecified
part of land {which serves to protect his right of shares from diseased portion of land, giving
him a share from what is good} while the rest goes to owner of land.
Muzaraah is giving land to someone to cultivate or giving a land along with some seeds to
someone to plant therein, and take care of for a specified portion of harvest

Umar Ibn Al-Khattab r.a {2nd Calipha, and companion to prophet Muhammad s.a.w.},
concluded a contract with the people of khaybar for them to utilize the land on the condition
that half of the harvest of fruits or plants would return to them as a proper share
Now in order for musaqah to be valid the trees in question should be of edible types
of produce, estimation of sharecroppers specified portion of produce, invalid to limit measure
of harvest because tree may only produce that amount leaving nothing extra, invalid to limit
yield to certain trees as they may be blighted by weather, and contract cannot be canceled
without consent binding share-croppers to up-keep for what will bring about good harvest.
For muzaraah giving seeds in addition to land is NOT a valid condition for
muzaraahalthough it is good means to hand over the land to share-cropper with seeds to
cultivate land by the owner.
Ibnul-Qayyim r.a {early Islamic scholar} explains: scholars who have stipulated this
condition that landlord is to provide seeds with land for muzaraah is based on speculative
partnershipbecause capital goes back to owner in speculative ownership; however in this
case its not correct because it goes against Sunnah {prophetic method of Muhammad s.a.w.
in khaybar applied by Umar ibn al-Khattab r.a}. The seeds, representing the owners
investment, would not return to owner. In addition, its forbidden for owner to take an amount
of crop equal to that of the seeds he has provided. The prophet s.a.w. prohibited it because
it harms peoples interest that may lead to dispute, and which also devours peoples wealth
unjustly
Planting food is a political actionproducing food is autonomy, sharing the food that
we dont use by giving it to neighbors or to the needy is a very strong social link, and cooking
is an experience that promotes happiness and well-being from providing our families with
healthy nutrition Poverty is the parent of revolution and crime Aristotle
Poverty is something that has nothing to do with money; its more so hinged to the lack of
resources, self-perspective & dignity. Poverty is therefore a condition that discourages
individuals by shifting their positive views about self or their situation to more negative ones
due to circumstances of the environment. Environments of starch desolation & hopelessness
that eventually rob positive thinking redirecting it towards thoughts that excuse aggressive
alternatives in the name of survival

Quality of life is actually much less regarded in higher GDP per capita areas verses that of
the lowest GDP per capita areas. Quality of life among the impoverished carries with it more
genuine & longer sustained moments of that are cherished rather than taken for granite in
opposition from rich or better-off counterparts. Often times we see notable charities given
for perceived good reasons in helping the poor, however that help is short lived because its
immediately absorbed from drastic need. Charity would take on a longer lasting initiative if
those monies were transferred into resources and jobs that would help to restore the broken
dignity & hopelessness of a community.
Case in point, it is not homeownership that would stimulate the economy long-term,
but rather land ownership and or land usage which would serve to immediately wipe out
poverty, and other struggles upon common peoplesBut life has made man a worshipper of
material gain through dependency; While at the same time it has handicapped him severely to
a fate that is inevitable to this condition. How can a government that was founded on good
words, but words that dont apply to everyone equally go on forever without one day
imploding? Even after freedoms & civil rights were granted the injustices have been kept in
practise until this day. This type of hypocrisy is a disease that gets worst as time passes and
when you finally get the diagnosis its too late to do anything. At this point you do your best
to medicate, and live with it until it finally overtakes you. The country is no different than this
analogy. Common-sense people, what ever happened to them? How can a government that
should reflect the people be saved when the people are divided? When do the people ever
discuss the common issues that all people on the planet have in common? We have all come
about through the creator, and none of us can leave when we want. Therefore, we must begin
to not allow stupidity to occupy our minds in the least. Dont lend an ear to it either, because
that is what ignorance does, it works over time enduring and eventually taking hold somewhere
until it becomes a movement itself against the truth.
Division? Theres that word often accompanied with CONQUEORthe internal
condition of current issues in America. The population divided on Class, Religion, Race,
Sexual Orientation, Gender, Political issues and so onAll of these issues are based upon
man made laws stripped of religious morals. All of the differences but we fail to see the one

main thing we all share; we are all humanSo then ask yourself would these same divisions still
be present if Religion was still followed in law? Which religion you may ask? I would very easily
respond by saying to you the law of the 3 major religions because they are all the same. The
law given to Musa a.s (Torah), Esa ibn Mariam a.s. (Injel the New Testament) (with a few
forbidden things lifted), and finally abrogated {By the last revelation of the creator} again
for Muhammad s.a.w (Quran) to last until the end of timeOne confirms the other and is a
succession of guidance given to man by his creator and of course you are free to your
opinion & thoughts but dont rule out truth
Personally, I see everything happening in America in two ways. (1) Shes reaping what
she has sowed over the years and (2) its the failure of a system inherited from Greek
philosophy and Roman design that is not robust to practical application, disguised and built
upon Pagan rituals which is disbelief in the ONE true CreatorDeeper still, the
nonexistence of being held to a higher moral value that we will all be held accountable to our
actions in this life. They say the fall of the Soviet Union was not war; instead it was
atheismthis sarcasm is packed with truth.
Yes, I understand that not everyone is a believer in the creator, nor to a day in which
we are all judged; so its hard to have consensus on these issues. However, I uphold my
opinion by further arguing that although the faith of our law makers may be different the
references of such values can still be upheld. I mean, really why is it then that religion is such a
big deal in the presidential elections if it isnt going to be followed after the person takes
office? Again, people buy into the polished lies of the politician and never hold them
accountable to these same religious values when you witness them doing something other
than what is legislated by the Creator & to what it is they themselves say they followHow
can Presidents sign bills to pass into law acts of same sex marriage when they claim to be
Christian and God talks about the Story Of Lut a.s. (Lot in English) who was witnessing
his people taking to homosexuality and were destroyed for it (Sodom & Gomorrah)Or to
Abortion (no story tied to it specifically but favorable verses that say it is wrong), or Interest
dealing in finance (when Esa ibn Mariam a.s. witnessed the Rabbis charging interest and
making business deals of charging interest in the house of worship)And of course the

Quran specifically deals with each one directly. So you see, Politics not only depicts mans
law, but they have gone into the business of changing the law of GodNo baseNo
referenceand if something isnt liked they just go against it anyway because the moral fiber
of the people is gone anyway.

Satan-ism
In secular democracies human being are a product of evolution, which justifies the ever
changing norms of society dictated by culture worsening although it's seen a progress.
Therefore, religion is looked upon as a hindrance for man in satisfying his carnal desires.
Religious limitations are declared personal choice, which shouldn't be forced upon the whole.
This choice thus sets the importance of the democratic model in persuading people's toward
the direction of majority 51% to win the right to the wishes of the people. The 41% is thus
over-ruled despite the more morally right or beneficial principals. These ideals of equality,
rationale empiricism and discussion with consent have all lead to the development of a new
idea called "Consenting Adults. Behind this new principle many arguments have been
argued, winning and setting new precedent over-turning old laws. As a result the sexual
revolution which was defeated in Europe with remaining old tradition based on faith, were
reargued in America. This time utilizing the "Consenting Adults concept, their arguments
were won opening the door wider than ever before towards a more promiscuous
society. Consenting Adults then mutated growing another branch in its science
called Mutual consent. The play on words now alters the law from adults to unspecified
individuals who mutually consent to enacted activities. Herein lies the disease of humanity
when the divine is disregard, the corruption and spread of the disease continues to grow like
a weed until the entire flower bed is covered. Playing with words in the slightest degree might
shift ideas and or arguments in new ways of bending the laws in clever, but devious ways
because English {unlike Semitic language} leaves room for implied meaning rather than
actual meaningthis distortion provides further confusion upon the untrained person(s) in
understanding laws that govern them. Insatiable the human appetite upon his/her desires,
once the disease spreads beyond a certain threshold, the entire community is left mired in the
muck. These are the examples we ignored brought through revelation of previous nations
who reached these same thresholds. Their fates in the end were utter destruction except the
Nabi (prophet among them along with the few that accepted his warning).

Have they not seen how many generations We{Royal we of power not plurality} destroyed
before them which We had established upon the earth as We have not established you? And We
sent [rain from] the sky upon them in showers and made rivers flow beneath them; then We
destroyed them for their sins and brought forth after them a generation of others.
Holy Quran 7:4

And how many cities have We destroyed, and Our punishment came to them at night or while
they were sleeping at noon.
Holy Quran 10:13

And We had already destroyed generations before you when they wronged, and their
messengers had come to them with clear proofs, but they were not to believe. Thus do We
recompense the criminal people.
Holy Quran 17:17

And how many have We destroyed from the generations after Noah. And sufficient is your Lord,
concerning the sins of His servants, as Acquainted and Seeing.

And those cities - We destroyed them when they wronged, and We made for their destruction
an appointed time.
Holy Quran 19:98

And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them
anyone or hear from them a sound?
Holy Quran 11:116

So why were there not among the generations before you those of enduring discrimination
forbidding corruption on earth - except a few of those We saved from among them {those
blessed with steadfast in accepting the truth and adhering to it} ? But those who wronged
pursued what luxury they were given therein, and they were criminals.
Holy Quran 11:117

And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers
{today described to be radical}.

The final two verses here carry with them the purpose of the reformist and echo the very
premise behind all that I am here. A caller to account for mans current affairs whenever
corruption begins to sprout up from the shadows
[Al-Maida 5:51]

O you, who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies {the party of Jews &
Christians that ally to combat truth {Islam} in nationalistic views such as Zionism}. They are [in
fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is [one]
of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people.

Money

When you ask someone what is money, 99% of the time they will answer with only the
descriptions of what money isi.e. paper notes, bank account, coin, or loan In this
capacity people are tricked into the scarcity of money, which is correct with the current
financial system since the paper notes that are circulated are limited in print, which represent
the amount of debt created. Interest in addition, always exceeds the amount of money in
circulation; thus someone, somewhere will always default on payments as people compete in
earning. This concept of creating competition over that of cooperation subjects the
population to becoming wage slaves for currency that has NO VALUE besides the
value we put into it through believing in itI like to use the analogy of fireask yourself how
long would it take for a $100 bill to burn? Not long at all, right? A few seconds and its dust
scattered in the windbut ask yourselves, how long for salt, sugar, gold, silver, other metals,
dates, oils, personal skill, personal energy/labourand the host of all other things used or
potentially used as money? These things of intrinsic value would take longer than that of
paper, because they all contain value within itself and that value gives it sustenance or
resistance to the fire. Sure somethings would still be consumed by the fire, but in more time
than it takes worthless paper to burn. Money in the form of intangible assets contained within
ourselves is only depleted through lack of use and or physical exhaustion but then they are
replenished to use again.
Another lying example with nature is that of the treeits bark, with all its grooves stirs
rain water down along its trunk; this helps to feed the tree & it also washes the many
phosphates to the ground from insects defecation which fertilize the soil at its baseits a
give an take cycle of those who take also contributing back creating a cycle perpetuated to
sustaining the Eco-system. Eco-system is very closely relevant to the economic system of
humanity; and nature will provide infinite examples but humanity has to wake up in order to
see.
National money is not money, and it has only existed for the past 150-200 years When you

delve into this subject matter you will uncover the plot of manipulation and subduction of the
world in acquiring the hegemony of super-power & world domination that has always been the
agenda. As you will come to learn, banks dont deposit any form of wealth in your bank
accountsinstead they just alter the numbers in the account with new values of electronic
digits that enable you to purchase, thus selling the lie of functioning money. But let me tell
you, money is basically an agreement between the buyer and seller in the market place. These
agreements can vary in an infinite number of ways, but the most notable is the service,
product, or skill offered in fair exchange
Paper money (national money) is created on the premise of having financial backing
giving the paper note value for the recipient to carry to the bank for the gold/silver backing
to be transferred through debits and credits of people participating in the market place. But
the backing as long been departed from paper money, and the creation of money has
depended solely on the drive of consumption thus creating debt in order to print money.
National money isnt created by governments; in fact a mere 3% comes from the governments
involvement while 97% is created from the banks by something called fractional lending. This
enables them to lend your deposits in loans with interest to make money leaving only the %
required by the Federal Reserve in your account in case you ask for some of it back. I believe
that the electronic money shift of employers and direct deposits of pay enables the bank the
succession of fractional lending especially with a cash based lower classes who keep very
little in the bank, followed up by a weakening lower/middle class. If you remember in 2008, all
the runs on banks in the USAthousands of people requested the full amounts of the
deposits in which the banks were unable to repay due to all the lending and thousands of
people lost countless savings
You see, these systems that govern and have been put in place are not to benefit
humanity although the conveniences of technology may appear deceptionally otherwise; but
its exactly by technology that the few are able to control the many. With the exception of a
few like refrigeration; technology is supposed to add convenience and free up personal time,
but how many people still complain about not having enough time? How many people use the

technology in abusive ways to commit wrongs and invalidate the convenience? Technology
creates dependency over time as people are dumbed down from their own personal brain
power, and dependency creates control
The 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution states:
The Thirteenth Amendment (Amendment XIII) to the United States
Constitution abolished slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime.
In Congress, it was passed by the Senate on April 8, 1864, and by the House on January
31, 1865. The amendment was ratified by the required number of states on December 6,
1865. On December 18, 1865, Secretary of State William H. Seward proclaimed its
adoption. It was the first of the three Reconstruction Amendments adopted following
the American Civil War. The Thirteenth Amendment applies to the actions of private
citizens, while the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments apply only to state actors. The
amendment also enables Congress to pass laws against sex trafficking and other modern
forms of slavery; that would also include the D.O.C (department of corrections) which is in
clear violation of slave labor and low wages to inmates. "I'M BEGINNING TO
BELIEVE THAT `U.S.A.' STANDS FOR THE UNDERPRIVILEGED
Slaves of America" (Esposito and Wood, 1982: 149), wrote a 20th-century prisoner from
Mississippi in a letter detailing the daily violence he witnessed behind prison walls. His
statement resounds with a long tradition of prisoners, particularly African-American
prisoners, who have used the language and narrative of slavery to describe the conditions of
their imprisonment. In the year 2000, as the punishment industry becomes a leading employer
and producer for the U.S. "state," and as private prison and "security" corporations bargain
to control the profits of this traffic in human freedom, the analogies between slavery and
prison abound. This year the U.S. prison population cascaded past 2,000,000, with millions
more under the jurisdiction of the criminal justice system in local jails awaiting trial, in INS
{Immigration Nationalization Service} prisons awaiting deportation, or in their homes linked
with criminal justice authorities through ankle bracelets that track their every move.
Therefore what we are suggesting, especially in the case of black people in America

(although we encourage the effort no matter where you be and potentially would like to link
countries as well through the same efforts) is to organize on the local community levels
amongst yourselves with listings of skills/services, products, commodities, and or food (dairy
& crop) itemized to the person. Of course, this all sounds much easier than it really is & will
take a much larger effort in order to see the tangible dividends of manifestationbut Im
speaking mainly to that vibrant disenfranchised youth who are politically active, who are
aware of the problems and are falling victim to these problems today, and who are young
enough to see the future events unfold. This is for youSo many older people are set in the
ways of being bought and used to always come and down play issues with media coverage
and speeches. Its about tangible action NO MORE about what they can do. Never will
you see the likes of Oprah, many black professional athletes, actor/actresses, or musical
artist defending political issues because they have been ordered to remain silent and
furthermore not to participate in the liberation of black people. When you truly understand
the fiction behind paper money then you will understand the glorification of it in promoting its
false truth. It can all be turned off with a couple of strokes on the keyboard, so obediently
they do as they are toldWealth today comes at a price of selling your soul, not from the
hard work people often tell you in their personal success stories
Thus we must see that money lies in the blood, sweat, tears, creativity and ingenuity
not meaningless wages designed to force competitions among people through a system
designed to strip you of yourself and wealth. Your time is moneyand what you do with that
time should be up to you to do what you are best at doing; not carrying out tasks someone
wants you to do. Look closely at that last statement and tell me if you dont see the
enslavement of people within it? Do you currently do what you want to do? Or are you doing
what someone else has forced you to do? State based jobs will eventually run their course as
they are dependent of national money; its thereby inevitable the return of personal barter
and independence of cooperating groups much like tribes of the past. Mankind should see
the fallacies of previous empires in their collapse, and prevent such courses of action. Free
yourself move off the grid and become more resourceful. Let those who disbelieve or mock
laugh today as the people of Nuh (Noah) a.s did when he was building an Arc upon dry land

100 of miles from the sea. The flood will surely come, and its better to be prepared.
Business is an essential transaction that is probably the most common among the few
unavoidable mechanisms that facilitate human interaction(s). It is through trade that our
human basic needs are met and provide the cylindrical recycling use of what Allah provides us
from his provisions...
However business has taken on many different face-lifts in accordance to how it is
conducted or better yet what defines its moral conduct in making business transactions valid
while paying less attention to what makes them invalid. These conditions are violated through
ignorance of financial/ trade agreements, in addition to the deliberate distortions of mutual
consent making profit attained by any means necessary permissible.
Quran: Say [Muhammad], indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom he wills of his servants
and restricts [it] for him. But whatever thing you spend [in his cause {which means spending on
good things and charitable means] - he will compensate it; and He is the best of providers.
[34:39].
Natural incentives that drive business beside need is that of profit, which in turn helps to
perpetuate future business for both the buyer and seller; however profitable business should
follow proper legislative means that help to keep business transactions valid and blessed by
the almighty. All of such conditions have in-lying wisdoms that are meant to protect the
wealth of people whether they be sane or insane, capable or yet immature, informed or not
yet...along with these safe guards to prevent the deliberated or careless destruction of
wealth; Allah has decreed the overall regulations of fairness in business. When these
wisdoms are followed the succession of business is promoted and the elimination of infighting
are decreased by enforcing mutual consent 3& awareness. In addition these 8 options further
protect the seller/buyer:
Buyer and seller both have the choice to confirm or rescind the transaction as long as

Prophet Muhammad (saw) said: Selling should be only on mutual consent...

neither has departed from the place of the transaction 4.

2. Prophet Muhammad (saw) said: if both parties speak the truth and point out the

defects and qualities, then they will be blessed in their transaction; but if they tell lies or hide
something, then the blessing of their transaction will be destroyed.

 Both parties can stipulate (during or after transaction) a time period to accept or rescind
the deal as long as both parties agree.
Deception of buyer or seller gives either the right to rescind the deal
Protection against Cheating (such as not milking animals to improve the
Perception of the amount of milk they produce).
Defects (hiding known defects).
False price
Difference of Price
Any changes in Quality
All of such conditions cover the fundamental concepts that will occur, and thus bring
divine wisdom that is meant to intercede & conclude all of our affairs that will foster justice
while we ourselves are otherwise inclined towards worldly gains... Among the conditions of
valid/ invalid transactions lies the prohibitions and permissions that further direct the believer
in what his/her business can entail while prohibiting other items or services. For example: the
sale of intoxicants, dead animals, pigs & or idols is strictly prohibited. As already mentioned
Allah is the best of providers, increasing upon whom he wishes while restricting upon whom he
wishes; nonetheless many Muslims fall short of this belief and seek to supplicate their
provisions buy mixing their business with the sale or trade of prohibited affairs. These
conditions related to the commodity are the guidelines that make it clear for us which the
shariah outlines in details covering all aspects of these conditions, while fiqh can be further
disseminated down to specific individual cases, specific locations, and applied reasons used.
Furthermore, the sale of weapons or information that insights or enables aggression
(including aggression against Muslims); instead we are directed to let our affairs be in
cooperation of piety and righteousness [5:2]. Lastly, something many of us Muslims have
forgotten and violate frequently is business transactions at the time of the adhan. O you,
who have believed, when the {adhan} is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuaah
{Friday}, then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you,
if you only knew. [62:9].

Most scholars say, that this is in regard to the 2nd adhan, which is the adhan that the
imam takes the minbar; however the commanding respect of the adhan extends to the call of
prayer for the obligatory salah as well with this mention in Quran: [such are niches] in
mosque which Allah has ordered to be raised and that his name be mentioned therein,
exalting him within them in the morning and the evening are men whom neither commerce nor
sale distracts from the remembrance of Allah and performance of prayer giving zakah. They
fear a day in which the hearts and eyes will turn about that Allah may reward them [according
to] the best of what they did and increase them from his bounty. And Allah gives provisions
to whom he will without measure. [24:36-38].
Unfortunately, Muslim leadership, culture and the ruwaybidah of community leaders
who now work to change the affairs of Muslims to look secondly toward Allah in seeking
worldly gain and or in catering to non-Muslim tourism, and business have worked to drive out
all the knowledge and love of what has been provided for us in dealing justly among ourselves
as well as allowing us the opportunity in a critical time such as this with the state of world
economics, a tangible example to witness these profound tools of guidance to the rest of the
world. As a result the scarcity & fear of poverty has induced different thoughts in minds of
Muslims. Among these many branded thoughts come the ideals put forward by those who
work in government to change the Sunnah of Allah and his Rasool (saw) on how to conduct
fair and just business.
When the prohibitions of Allah are over stepped then a punishment surely becomes
evident as all sorts of unjust transactions begin to occur. Stealing, cheating, price fixing etc.
all become common practice, and in some cases seen as halal in business with non-Muslims, or
peoples of other Nationalities often selling the same products at inflated prices (riba fadl).
This rip off is a form of riba because money is given without receiving useful return (fairness
of value in purchase). This condition is partly due to another form of riba we see in common
practice which derives from forcing impoverished conditions by preventing Muslim men &
women from gainful employment, which is the driving force for many into other areas of haram
business as they exhaust the possibilities of their own patience. These are growing
conditions, that I see more so applied in the Muslim lands in forcing their acceptance of

western modeled cultures of business. At the same time one mechanism is sustaining
impoverished conditions, while another is dangling the trickery of usury {riba nasia} through
obtaining loans from the fractional, fiat currency banking system. As Marx later sought to
demonstrate in Capital; money was commoditized labour, the surplus generated by honest
work, appropriated and then reified in order to satisfy the capitalist classs insatiable lust for
accumulation. (Ferguson, 2009)
Perhaps the largest systematic agenda of usury {riba nasia} put into action was that of the
petrol- dollar. The shift from the gold standard after its collapse in the proceedings of the
Brent Wood Accord, the United States under then president Nixon and his Secretary of
State Henry Kiesinger met with the late King Faisal of Saudi Arabia comprising a plan for
the worlds number #1 exporter of Oil to agree and also stir the rest of the OPEC nations
to sell their oil in the Dollar currency. These efforts paid off in making the USA dollar the
world reserve currency taking over from the sterling pound. With this new status and backing
of a new commodity, every other nation that is energy dependent on oil then needed to
purchase American currency in order to purchase oil. This in turn gave the American
government a license to print money, which is no longer backed by the gold standard
(otherwise worthless but now tied to oil production), in order to make available notes for
countries seeking to trade currency for oil purchase. Fiat currency 5was then implemented
into the affairs of daily business with America now exporting her debt throughout the world
in trade at the cost of foreign nations relinquishing their sovereignty (wealth) through forced
conditions that have driven many nations into borrowing from the World Bank or IMF, which
brings those countries under the control of the west. Sovereignty is the price that countries
pay in trade with the American model because the values of currencies are not unequal in
their backing. As a result the New World Order has forced many nations into NATO and
other conditions because they are victims of this global system of riba nasia...

The Birth Certificate

Born into an altered reality than that originally bestowed by the creator, mankind has
been duped into a reality that undermines his freedoms in all aspects of his/her being. Even
the intangible essence of the self is being undermined to serve opposite of his/her purpose
of creation making even the spirit of the human-being a commodity that is sought by evil into
worldly servitude of his/her physical self in negation to the higher principles of aspiring to
nafs-al-mutmutmainna {the fully actualised self-} by feeding & purifying the spirit. Trapped
within the matrix, where the truth is often stranger than what is false, only the ones who have
eyes that see and ears that hear are able to see the extreme conditions that have been
undertaken in enslaving mankind.
Issued on special bank bond paper and authorized by the American Bank Note
Company, the birth certificate is actually a certificate of informing (which the parents are
called Informants) the government of the Birth of a child from maritime law (law of water,
mothers womb), to that of civil law (law of the land, represented by birth). Within two weeks
and three days each Certificate of Live Birth is to be filed in Washington D.C. Evidence
reveals that there is even a Federal Children Department established by the
Shepherd/Townsend Act of 1922 under the Department of Commerce that appears to
be involved in this process in some way. Every citizen is given a number (the red number on
the Birth Certificate) and each live birth is valued at from 650,000 to 750,000 Federal
Reserve dollars in collateral from the Fed. The original birth or naturalization record for
every U.S. Citizen is on file in the official records in Washington, D.C. (you get to keep a
copy!) and the property and assets of every living U.S. Citizen is pledged as collateral for
the National Debt!
Back in 1913 the United States fell short of cash, by the end of WWI the national
treasury was depleted from wartime funding. Panicked, the country was searching for ways to
print more money in order to increase the money supply and get the economy going again. In
order to do so collateral was needed, but the country had exhausted those possibilities.
Looking at the last resources on hand, the country considered floating its citizens as
collateral in order to obtain more loans. This was effectively assigning a portion of the total

national debt to each individual citizen divided by the total population. Thus the United
States created the federal reserve act {president Franklin d Roosevelt}, which established a
private central bank (the federal reserve bank)with plans of regulating the amount of money
the U.S. Government could borrow or put into circulation.
Birth certificates are created with fictional names appearing on them although they
resemble the actual person. Spelled out in all capital letters, this representation is the
corporate self-created by the government, while the true self is never explained grammatically
or lawfully by all capital letters. This corporate self is the representative who fulfills the
condition of the bond {birth certificate} by adhering to the codes of the contract established
on their behalf. This is the reason why in a court of law we are asked to state our names and
whenever we sign documents that refer to the corporate self then we are in fact waving our
individual rights to that of the corporate entity. The corporation generates taxes & wealth
over its lifetime repaying the collateral the government has borrowed against.
So, what does the Bond wordings refer too? 1a). Bond, Is usually a formal written
agreement by which a person undertakes to perform a certain act (as fulfill to the obligations
of a contract)... with the condition that failure to perform or abstain will obligate the person ...
to pay a sum of money or will result in the forfeiture of money put up by the person or
surety. 1b). One who acts as a surety. 2).
An interest-bearing document giving evidence of a debt issued by a government body or corporation
that is sometimes secured by a lien on property {the human-being} and is often designed to take care of

Banknote, A kind of negotiable instrument, a promissory note made by a bank payable to

the bearer on demand, used as money, and in many jurisdictions is legal tender. Along with
coins, banknotes make up the cash or bearer forms of all modern money. This is where things

warehousing receipt.like a commodity you must always know the physical location of

As for warehouse receipt, is a warehouse receipt, which is considered a document of
title, may be negotiable instrument, and is often used for financing with inventory as security.
Once a state issues statements of birth with the U.S. Department of Commerce, then
notifies the Department of Treasury who then takes out a loan to purchase a bond, the Fed
holds this security interest in the bond from Department of Commerce, where they then have
the liberty to invest it in the bond or stock markets. The Treasury then issues Treasury
securities in the form of Treasury Bonds, notes, & bills using the bond as a surety for all new
securities. This cycle is relative to the future revenues of the legal person whose name
appears on birth-certificate. Translated into common terms, this means the United States is
guaranteeing to its purchasers of their securities the lifelong commitment of labor & tax
revenues for every citizen with a birth-certificate as collateral. This mechanism is created
simply by superimposing the lawful, true name of the child into a legal, juristic name of a
person. Thus birth-certificates are created so the issuer can claim exclusive title of ownership
to the legal person created

In a nut-shell this is pretty much the details of American history told and
taught in American classrooms...

But is this actually American history? The answer is no...Cover-ups are being
unmasked in their efforts to covering up the truth. If you really sit down & analyze the matter
what you'll find is distortion of events and people along the timeline. In American history
black peoples have always been regarded to in terms of slavery; while Indians were given
tribute of "indigenous" origins due to mass genocide that even their own story can't

hide...Truth of the matter is blacks have always been present during and prior to their story.
Present in every American campaign in winning its independence and already present in

November of 1620 when the first pilgrims arrived. History from their perspective is full of
holes both deliberate and unknown...their history begins with the Greco Roman calendar

denoted by the B.C. and A.D. system. The B.C. (before Christ) is dully noted by most
people; however the A.D. doesn't stand for After Death (for Christ) as they would have
you to believe. It actually means Anno donnlini which translates too "(in the year of our

Lord)". But for now lets pause on that notion and go to some interesting facts about early
history.

According to renowned American historian and linguist Leo Weiner of Harvard University,

one of the strongest pieces of evidence to support the fact that Black people sailed to America
before Christopher Columbus was a journal entry from Columbus himself. In Weiners book, Africa
and the Discovery of America, he explains that Columbus noted in his journal that the Native
Americans confirmed black skinned people had come from the south-east in boats, trading in goldtipped spears. American Narcotics were also discovered in Egyptian MummiesThe

discovery of American narcotics in Egyptian mummies has left some historians amazed.
Recently, archaeologists discovered the presence of narcotics only known to be derived from
American plants in ancient Egyptian mummies. These substances included South
American cocaine from Erythroxylon and nicotine from Nicotiana tabacum. German
toxicologist Svetla Balabanova reported the findings, which suggest that such compounds
made their way to Africa through trans-Atlantic trade that would predate Columbus arrival

Moving back in time, its also historically known that the land was once one, solid land
mass they refer by name "Pangaea (sometimes spelled Pangea), the most recent of a series
of super-continents on Earth, formed about 270 million years ago and broke apart about

200 million years ago". From the depiction in the video of the expanding earth which explains
the rift of the movement of continents.
The Pacific Ocean and its vastness are pretty much self-explanatory and understood that it
has remained the primary body of water on earth, but as for other bodies they were created
by land rifts that opened up and began to spread apart. Something to consider is what
evolutionists have put forth from the concept of land mammals having evolved from sea going
creatures. Well the Pangea truth sort of throws a nice left hook towards this creation model.
The sea floor is for the most part very new as when compared to the earth itself because
prior to land rifts much of the known seas were in fact not there...Considering that, and some
of the areas in which these theories gathered their evidences were in fact born of the land
rifts themselves.
So, knowing that the land was one, it should be easy to also conclude that people
were settled in different regions prior to the rifts, and like the animals species of Gallopocous
Islands they were just cut off from main bodies of land. This would explain why Mummies of
Ancient Egypt and traces of narcotics found in their mummification only found in the region
now of the Americas. Much easier to understand that people who traveled Pangea were not
so broken off from other areas where they may have traveled from and returned frequently
with items from those regions. Many historians have voiced the opinions of traders who sailed
the Atlantic, who then setup trade routes once the findings of the Americas became
somewhat stable in conveyance back & forth. Sure a workable hypothesis; but that of an
already existing presence is much stronger and would also lend knowledge to the presence of
a far off land in oral history passed down through the generations of a time when the land
began to open up and drift apart.
For example: the distance now between continents happened over a long period of time.
Initially maybe only minutes, or hours to cross then increases into days, weeks, &
months...That history would have given those who set out a surety in what they were
embarking on instead of an expedition into the unknown abyss of the open Ocean. Again,
noting the prior given testimony of the Greek historian: "Back in 445 B.C., the Greek
historian Herodotus wrote of King Ramses III leading a team of Africans at sea with

astounding seafaring and navigational skills."

If they had prior knowledge and then also become experts of navigation making use of the
stars, they would then appear to others as something of a phenome when accompanied by
new comers.

Well, the story has an interesting robbery of character and images that are also applied to
Jesus and other figures that also carry the same story applied to him and that of their

this A.D. dialogue date back to the Roman occupation of Egypt and what is known to be

basically counting backward from now is only 2015 years; while B.C. goes negative for

Carbon dating notes the age to the earth, trees, fossils, sea floor, etc. but the oldest known
fossils of modern humans have been discovered in Herto, Ethiopia. An international team
led by researchers from the University of California, Berkeley, found the skulls of two
adults and a child dating from 160,000 years ago. Now, most everyone today knows that
Jesus (Eesa ibn Mariam a.s.) wasn't born on December 25th, and his exact birthday is also
not known...We can also deduce the same for Adam & Hawah (Eve) that the precise time
for them on the earth is unknown, but that it must pre-date the oldest found fossils of human

beings. In fact it is now easy to begin to see this deliberate "white-washing" of history, and its
applied secularist methods in re-teaching history to an indigenous people stripped of their
past. Legislation has long been used up until this day by emperors, kings, presidents, and
collaborating governments to bury the truth while they in turn writing themselves into
history. New evidences of early human habitation are constantly being found, a few sites
have produced dates of human habitation as early as 50,000 years ago and more. Sites such
as Pedra Furada - Brazil, Monte Verde - Chile, and Fells cave in Tierra del Fuego - Chile,
are enabling us to paint a new and more complete picture, of the early history of the Western
Hemisphere...
The Christian account in Genesis doesn't agree with science and the known traits
that creation is brought about in terms of things that grow/ life of organisms and thereby
sustained. This is in no way to poke fun at those who follow the faith, but instead should help
to point out the atrocities in question that have purposely been put there to distort history
and truth. For example: Just two of many scientific distortions...Genesis 1:1 In the beginning
God created the heavens and the earth.2 Now the earth was [a] formless and empty,
darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the
waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light, and there was light. 4 God saw that the light
was good, and He separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light day, and
the darkness he called night. And there was evening, and there was morningthe first day.
I hate to skip ahead, but this has perplexed me, and many others, for many years. As
we see, on the first day light, the earth, water on the earth and the heavens are created. But
if we look ahead to day four, god made two great lightsthe greater light to govern the day
and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. So if the stars, the sun, and
the moon are not created here, what EXACTLY constitutes the heavens? And what is
the source of the light? As most people realize, what we consider a day is how long the
earth takes to rotate on its axis one time. And what we consider day time would be while the
portion of the earth we are on is facing the sun, while night would be while the portion of the
earth we are on faces away from the sun. So, if the sun has not yet been created, it begs the

questions, what was the definition of day, night, evening, and morning at this point in
the creation? How can any of these concepts exist without the sun to give them meaning?
6 And God said, Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from
water. 7 So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the
water above it. And it was so. 8 God called the expanse sky. And there was evening, and

Most people understand this to mean the creation of the atmosphere. And read as such it
makes sense. Except for the pesky fact that without a source of heat, such as the sun, and
with no air pressure, such as the lack of an atmosphere, water cannot remain in a liquid state.
Water in such an environment would rapidly boil, turning to gas, then instantly freeze turning
to ice crystals. This would have already happened on the first day when this water was
created. So at this point to speak of water would be illogical.
9 And God said, Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground
appear. And it was so. 10 God called the dry ground land, and the gathered waters he
called seas. And God saw that it was good. 11 Then God said, Let the land produce
vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according
to their various kinds. And it was so. 12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed
according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And

On day three we see that land has been created, and plant life has arisen on this land.
This despite the fact that plant life as it exists on earth requires energy, which comes from
the sun. And even the most basic reading of the text will show that the sun is not created until
the next day. Again we are seeing another logical impossibility in the story of creation,
I don't mean to go off topic to far, but for what its worth it should began to speaks volumes
towards just how far people have been misled, and we ourselves are to blame for blind
following instead of thinking critically towards the information we read. The truth you will find
is Ultimate and science conforms to it, not the other way around.
The reason I brought the talk of the bible into this subject matter is because since the

earliest accounts of slavery in America 1554, but historically they would rather the date be in
compliance to the arrival of the pilgrims to suggest one not here before the other besides the
Indians whose history they don't understand at all; they have used religion as a way to further
mask the truth in identity to a people with a long history that dates back to the beginning. As
black Christians, black people are effectively claiming the conversion of religion to their
former slave masters and thus forfeiting their rights of being indigenous. This in turn offers
you know legal rights under the Constitution because it only applies to citizens, thus by
maintaining this immigrant status the people are disenfranchised often unknowingly so. This
is a clever trick, which has been propagated by the continuation of Christianity towards
blacks in America, and further perpetuated today by mega-churches and their clergy. This is
the point where history plays a huge role. NOT all black peoples came from Africa during
Trans-Atlantic slave trade, but those who did verses those who didn't who are they? That's
where your own research would help fill in the void.
Slaveries story is actually told in reverse so that today the blacks in America still see
themselves as immigrants who were brought to the land instead of, in a lot of cases, already
being there. This is why if one is lucky enough to do so, will find that their family records may
end in the beginning years of slavery without an ancestor who ties them back to Africa,
because they would be from ancestry already in America. A reason for this is, the Indians
who primary exist on prisoner of War camps (this is how the government recognizes them on
reservations), but said in a moderate fashion of politeness; they are sovereign which gives
them an autonomy of self-governance and detachment from the USA government. The
black man if he came into the truth about his own history collectively too would have the
option in declaring what history has denied him, and thus subjected him too. This is a very
crucial factor something that deserves the biggest & brightest of peoples to further carry the
torch...
The Black Washitaw of Louisiana were documented by the French and Spanish to
be one of the Black nations who existed in the Mississippi Valley and the
Southern/Midwestern U.S. before the Louisiana Purchase in 1805, in which France sold
their lands without their consent...The USA would later go on to lose its case against the

family.
So, what does this all have to do with anything? Well, all of these parcels are part of a
larger picture broken up with all its pieces scattered about. This book will only serve to
provoke your thirst to further hunt along this path I have set you on towards all of the
documented proofs and truths. Historical finds in Caves or Caverns in Illinois, to the
agriculture land plots shaped in the form of a bird in Louisiana, to the hidden archaeological
finds of Egyptian remains in America already mentioned. The book, "A History of the

native peoples. I say that because i was fortunate to speak to my grandparents in the south

Take note of the last statement of the last quote. The legislation by the peoples'
representatives is subject to the limitation prescribed by the superior authority. That
authority is the Constitution. This is also supported by California.
Jurisprudence 3d. In volume 13, we read beginning in section 223, on page 396 the following:
"When civil rights are recognized, and declared in the constitutions, they are not thereby
granted or created, but are merely guaranteed against federal and state impairment."
On page 401 of the California Jurisprudence 3d, Volume 13:
"It has been pointed out that the Declaration of Rights differs from the great English
charters in that it is not an assurance to the individual from a sovereign, but is a command and
a limitation of power on state officials BY THE PEOPLE WHO CREATED
THE FORMAL GOVERNMENT. These sections imply possible oppression
and ARE DESIGNED TO ENABLE THE VICTIM TO ASSERT HIS
RIGHTS, EVEN AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT". Citing Begerow, In re
133 C 349, 65 P. 828.
This clearly states the Sovereignty of the individual, "the victim," to hold the government
accountable for violations of his rights. If government is held accountable to the individual,
then government IS NOT sovereign and the individual IS Sovereign.
"Constitutional rights may not be infringed simply because the majority of the people choose
that they be. Nor may a constitutional prohibition to transgress indirectly by the creation of
a statutory presumption any more than it can be violated by direct enactment; the power to

create presumptions IS NOT A MEANS of escape from constitutional restriction."

"There have been powerful hydraulic pressures throughout our history that bear heavily on
the court watering down constitutional guarantees that give the police the upper hand. That
hydraulic pressure has probably never been greater than it is today. YET IF THE
INDIVIDUAL IS NO LONGER TO BE SOVEREIGN, if the police can pick
him up whenever they do not like the cut of his jib, if they can "seize and "search" him at their
discretion, then we have created and ENTERED A NEW REGIMEThe decision
to enter it should be made only after a full debate by the people of the country. Terry v.

Simply, the government is limited in power and authority in their responsibility. They
CANNOT act outside the Constitution because the Constitution gave them only limited
authority and power. As stated, just because they can create legislation, they cannot
supersede or escape the constitutionally mandated restrictions. UNDERSTAND
THIS! There is in fact a push in government to do away with the Constitution, which is why
we see less educated people on is context & utilization.
"Many Americans have a wrong conception of what their state legislature is supposed to be.
They look upon it as a sort of secondary lawmaking body which concerns itself mainly with
minor questions that are not of sufficient importance to engage the attention of Congress.
"The citizen should take more interest in his state legislature. He should be more concerned
about its personnel and powers. For this body, to a greater extent than Congress,
determines his political privileges and his immediate relationships. It regulates his civil rights
and duties, secures him in the tenure of his property, and makes most of the rules that govern
his daily movements. To do these things efficiently it is essential that the state legislature be
properly organized, truly representative, UNHAMPERED BY NEEDLESS
CONSTITUTIONAL RESTRICTIONS, and endowed with adequate
authority. "Congressional book published in 1937. In this published by Congress called
The Story of the Constitution, the issue of sovereignty is discussed. On pages 31-33

under Part III we read: The first three words of the Constitution WE THE
PEOPLE declare by what authority the United States of America is ruled. Having won
their liberty and independence by force of arms, and having experienced distress and danger
because of an imperfect union, the people finally succeeded in forming the more perfect
Union which is ordained and established by the Constitution. "The liberties enjoyed by
Englishmen were wrested from the Crown. The American colonist claimed these liberties as
their inheritance, and won by force of arms, the final right to them and to further ones which
had been fostered by the conditions of the colonial governments. The government of the
United States IS NOT a concession to the people from someone higher up. It is the
creation and the creature of the people themselves, as ABSOLUTE
SOVEREIGNS." Please note two statements. The first is "(T) he government of the
United States IS NOT a concession to the people from someone higher up." This clearly
states there is something or someone higher than government. The second statement
identifies who is over the government, the people. Their position is one of absolute
sovereignty and is plural in form, not a singular form. That the people are sovereign means
the people all together form sovereignty. "... The people themselves (plural), as absolute
sovereigns (plural)" meaning each natural born person holds the position of a sovereign. This
is also pointed out in the last case (Terry v. Ohio (1967), 392 US 39 "If the individual is no
longer to be sovereign..."
Frederick Cook Moorehouse (1868-1932) presented the problem in its truest form in his work
The Problem of Democracy. In that work he stated...The problem of democracy is not the
problem of getting rid of kings. It is the problem of clothing the whole people with the elements
of kingship. To make kings and queens out of a hundred million people [(Or be it the population
in question)]; that is the problem of American democracy...
I follow this by a quotation from a retiring president, James K Polk, who served only one term.
When he retired from the Presidential Office in 1849, he made a very clear and concise
statement on the sovereignty of the individual.

society has become ill, reflecting if not severe symptoms then minor symptoms of a variety of
disorders. This is because society has undergone very large transformations which have
eroded the morality, religious-values, and shyness into a shameless behavioural culture
grouped by a majority is right type of wrong & right yardstick. All of such ailments of erosion
have directly affected the hearts of people turning them black, hardened and eventually
inverted to non-recognition of a true sense of truth or falsehood.these characteristics are

perceptions of how the world should be, which gives definition to Culture. Many of these
perceptive ideals in recent history, have derived from Darwinian principles, which have
produced corrupted thinking of race superiority validating the actions behind colonialism,
slavery, and today the export of cultural, carbon-copying through a format of
globalization.this description of globalization isnt withheld only to business, rather it is the
process of complete manipulation & control methods for controlling & influencing
behaviouras a result, life itself has become extreme in accordance to the encompassing
extremism that surrounds all facets of existence.
Holy Quran 2:8

And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah and the Last Day," but they are not
believers.

Considering the manipulation(s) of society in deviating the thoughts, beliefs and
actions of people, we need to reflect briefly on the delicacies of the human being and the
victimization of the populace from applied psychological weaponry. Psychological methods
re-introduced & applied on a grand scale of fostering a new breed of human. Similar methods
of Jim Crow are now being reapplied to the masses of people less focused on ethnic
direction, but rather concentrated on class. Today, celebrities have been utilized in providing
working models of false American dreams designed to promote chase, which in turn helps to
fund its existence. At the forefront of weaknesses are the desensitization of people through
emotion and or lack of it in response to hypnotic, hourly, rotation of conditioned stimulus
paired with otherwise neutral images that help to manifest new reactions & behaviour in
people {conditioned response}.
Diseases of the body are opposite to its being sound and in good health, it's a
degeneration that occurs in its resulting failure which reflect in its abilities of natural senses of
perception & movement.diseases of the heart in retaliation of perception cause blind nesses
or deafness {as both the eyes and ears succumb to the illness in the heart}; in addition, the
eyes & ears are the two most prominent methods by which mankind is guided. So, when they
are sickened by the heart {corrupted} they drive the rest of the body toward degenerative
conditions that facilitate declined movement {bodily function} which cause the entire body to
suffer. Corruption in relationship to bodily function means using the body wrongfully against
prohibited things; another example would also be what the body takes in through ingestion,
absorption & consumption. Prohibitions of food, drink, & excessiveness all play a key role in
how the body functions, which in turn affects our individual moods & movement.

For example: anagonist drugs are drugs that mimic behaviour of neurotransmitters; cocaine
for dopamine binds to dendrite to excite neuron(s).
Antagonist drugs are drugs that stop or reduce
neural-transmission; binds to dendrite to block neural
transmission. Neurotransmitters are bio-chemical
signals produced by our foods, drinks, and other

consumptions that are then converted into electrical

impulses that regulate appetite, memory, emotions,

muscle, & movement. Neurotransmitters not accepted

by receptors must be removed from the synapse gap

{process of re-absorption through use of enzymes} for

the next stimulation whenever triggered. Of these
neurotransmitters some are associated with

psychological and physical diseases. Having identified over 100 chemicals in the body, we
can certainly then begin to see that are bodies are nothing more than finely tuned machines
that house the true essence of our being. Merged with the true self {spirit of divine origin,
pure in its alone state} with that of the earthly substance {dirt which carries within it many
different minerals, & water} we find ourselves now at constant struggle between the dual

nature of ourselves. Our bodies thus take on the qualities of what it is fed, and as a result the
bodys reactionary function directly affects our overall condition
Truth and falsehood therefore shouldn't be held to just concepts regarding the
mental, but should rather be expanded into the correlation of behaviour including physical
movement for this would be the manifestation of cognition.the actions of the mental process
are animated in daily routines of individuals in society which depict or carry with it the reality
of perception in the mind. The brain, being part of the physical body is nothing more than a
tool that is utilized by the spirit that gives it interaction with a tangible existence. Hard-wired
through the nervous systems in the body, all of its involuntary, automatic, and voluntary
movements are thus regulated and prioritized within the brain much like computer prioritizes
commands input via peripheral devices which simulate human senses...
The mind on the other hand is the spirits interaction and feedback from the brains processes

deriving meaning & interpretation of the outside world. Again, the necessary fulldevelopment of the brain and proper nutrition directly the physical bodies abilities which in
turn increase its function or prohibit its function in ability effecting the spirits ability to
perceive its reality truthfully with full-range of motion mentally/physically in functioning
cognitively in its environment. This brief explanation further gives insight into the verses from
the Quran, above when people become disconnected from truth and begin to perceive things
falsely, which also encompasses our actions. Between sickness and death are the illnesses of
the heart.The heart dies due to total ignorance and becomes ill with fragments of
ignorance.

And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet except that when he spoke [or
recited], Satan threw into it [some misunderstanding]. But Allah abolishes that which Satan
throws in; then Allah makes precise His verses. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.

[That is] so He may make what Satan throws in a trial for those within whose hearts is disease
and those hard of heart. And indeed, the wrongdoers are in extreme dissension.
And when hearts harden or weaken by doubt or servitude towards desire(s) {desires have
become ones Lord}, shaitan {Satan & the evil of men} throws in culture, philosophies, other
governing methods such as democracy in efforts to distort or replace divine guidance
{right/wrong} which then becomes something of a great trial upon society as it then falls into
perpetual adjustment to all the chaos that ensues in maintaining order.
Holy Quran 74:31

And We{royal we of power} have not made the keepers of the Fire except angels {who only obey
in carrying out the commands of Allah}. And We have not made their number {the many angels
assigned} except as a trial for those who disbelieve- that those who were given the Scripture will
be convinced and those who have believed will increase in faith and those who were given the
Scripture and the believers will not doubt and that those in whose hearts is hypocrisy and the

disbelievers will say, "What does Allah intend by this as an example?" Thus does Allah leave
astray whom He wills {those who seek not the truth} and guides whom He wills {seekers of truth,
and righteous actions}. And none knows the soldiers {all of creation is at his disposal to bring
benefit or destruction} of your Lord except Him. And mention of the Fire is not but a reminder to
humanity.
The heart that is sound can withstand temptation, while the heart that is inclined to its
desires is satiated temporarily by indulgence. Temptations today, come from a host of
glamorized actions as well as olfashioned peer pressures that stir people in their behaviours
or acceptance in conforming to status quo, but the resilient heart that is sound isnt fearful of
disenfranchisement & can remain steadfast upon truth even if carried out alone.
Holy Quran 33:67

And they will say, "Our Lord, indeed we obeyed our masters {today equivalent to our bosses,
misguided religious clergy etc.} and our dignitaries {leaders, presidents, Kings}, and they led us
astray from the [right] way.
These enhanced affiliations that group around public philosophy, instructed through
culture, modelled by celebrity, emulated through observation and worshipedIs today a
poisonous blend of the blind leading the blindThus every living thing has understanding
according to aspired to levels of attainment. This understanding in turn derives the intentions
as they are then performed through actions we carry out from our choices; life is therefore a
condition for the existence of knowledge, which directs intent & ability to perform actions
from our personal choices. However, it is important to recognize that just having knowledge is
not cause enough for attaining guidance if one doesn't act according to his knowledge, and
ignorance in opposition is not an excuse for unaccountability or personal
responsibility.Nonetheless, life has adopted extreme characteristics in cultural evolution.
Identity of personal goals leads to every important aspects regarding intentions which
accompany all our actions, therefore surely each of us acquires in the end that which we have
intended. Psychological motives should then be understood to not directly relate to
biological survival of the individual or species, but instead they are rather derived from
emotional, cognitive, & social needs. Cognition is easily translated to behaviour and

behaviour is the condition pertaining to life that we are discussing in its alterations of
extremism in general terms & usage more so as a general term of evolved methods of sports,
living, media, and entertainment. Show casing life's mutations of extreme-ism in daily life; in
comparison this waters down Extremism in political terms. Dimming the illumination of its
usage, we find a shadow in contrast to extreme-ism in reflection to the entire way of life which

Satiation
strengthens desire
while fighting it
helps to remove its

And each [story] We relate to you from the news of the messengers {each story of prophets

A companion of the prophet s.a.w by the name of Muaawiyah (ra) reported the
prophet (saw) said, "When Allah wishes well for someone, he bestows upon him the
understanding of the deen (fiqh). These preceding verses and Hadith from the prophet
(saw) open the door to discussion for questions we might have in regards to our current
scholarly leadership and what exactly they are doing to benefit Muslims.The first thing that
may cross the mind is the Calipha {Islamic state}, and why isnt there not any work being done
on bridging all the gaps between Muslim leadership from the affairs of state level to local

down learned men of this Ummah. Instead, let this be a reminder to us all that the Muslim
nation does not revolve around men, rather it revolves around the book of Allah & the
principles that establish this deen; Something that even Christian reformers were in

recognition of as it correlated to their thoughts of purity. Therefore, we have a responsibility

to suggest correction whenever we see it is needed, while each Muslim is also responsible in
acquiring knowledge, so that evil and corruption can be prevented no matter where it arises.
This effort loses its ability while the majority of Muslims lack basic understanding of fiqh

{Islamic jurisprudence} as it relates to all affairs of life & interaction. Fiqh reforms cultural
views upon truth and the Sunnah of the creator, which we never find changing from one

nation to another in singling him out, while the daily affairs of man fall under very just, and

easy applied principals that that have been divinely abrogated with successive guidance that
if adhered too, would sustain the wellness between men

2010, President Barak Obama during his U.N. General Assembly speech,

surprised the audience when he was caught quoting a famous Muslim cleric; We must declare
war against war so the outcome will be peace upon peace. These words have since then
been coined the "The moderate words of Islam spoken by sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah,
who traveled to New York to meet with Secretary General to the U.N. Mr. Ban koi-moon;
he {bin Bayyah} later addressed the general assembly in the presence of various heads of
state. But, why is the sheikh addressing the UN? Why is he not addressing the Arab
League of Nations or better yet calling for meetings with various reputable clergy from
around the world on addressing the same subject matters of Syria, and problems with
ISIS? Addressing the UN as an individual who is Muslim is haram {forbidden} since the
U.N. Recognizes NO authority above itself. This is shirk {violation of the sovereignty of
the creator in Asma-wa-siffat {attributes}, rububiyyah {his lordship} and uluhiyah {his oneness in obedience & worship}}. The Reasons why derive from the charter of United Nations
organization; As an organization that is clearly secular, makes any person (Muslim) who visits
to discuss issues surrounding you and I as Muslims a very serious crime, which would call for
immediate accountability. The United Nations as we know it is an organization that is being
utilized to bring about a one world army, with an agenda to swallow all nations of the earth
into its control; culminating with WW3 which is why we see the encircling today of rogue

states like, China, Russia and Iran mainly for their resistance in bringing about pax-judaeca
(rising out of the demise of Pax-Americana). Pax-Judaeca would symbolize the cap-stone of
the pyramid celebrated with the appearance of the anti-Christ who will emerge claiming to be
who he is not...

However, despite the long list of accomplishments and current standings, it's been the
most current spotlighted events that have come under question. Prior to the United Nations
visit there was another gate-way event on March 27-28 of 2010, where the famous

fourteenth century scholar sheik-ul-Islam ibn Taymiyyahs (rahimullah (d.728/1328 AH)

infamous Madrin fatwa came under unprecedented international scrutiny. This prompted
an international conference of Muslim scholars {whom many invited fall short of the title} to
convene on the very city of Madrin, where ibn Taymiyyah first issued his famous verdict.
According to various press reports, the venue was indirectly funded by the British &
Turkish governments who played host to 12 speakers whom all shared their personal

interpretations & arresting ideas that would come to genetically mutate the a-famed scholars
prior reasoning, which lead him to his verdict.

Of the twelve speakers, sheikh bin Bayyah included, where those who embodied a

mirage of different credentials from young and old, traditional vs. Cyber sheikhs, some
better known to western Muslims for Islamic circuit lectures, charisma, and comparative
religion dawah. The majority of who had never served in any administrative capacity to date.
Furthermore, beside sheikh bin Bayyah, most others were not trained in the school of
thought of the late great sheikh ibn Taymiyyah, his legacy nor his published works in great
detail.
One month later, after the conference, sheikh bin Bayyah appeared on Al-Jazeera
in interview where he seemed to be preoccupied in his replies with addressing the dangers of
Islamist seemingly inspired by a 2006 book Muslims under non-Muslim Rule
The sheikh was attributing this book towards the efforts of recruiting European and other

Muslims to lands of Muslims currently engaged in war. Discrediting the work, the sheikh
declared the misinterpretation of Amaliyya qati (operation of killing) along with the
word Yuqata translated in the book as combat. As a result, the sheikh has been viewed as
being indirectly biased in his genesis of ibn Taymiyyahs fatwa based on a book that outlines
the earlier scholars verdict for Muslims living in Muslim lands under non-Muslim rule. In
addition, the sheikhs two most prominent students Habib Ali al-Jifri from Hadhramount,
Yemen (Sufi) and Hamza Yusuf, founder of zatuna institute Berkeley, California (Sufi) are
also charged with influencing the sheikh upon many jurisprudence matters. These suspicions
arise because the sheikh is on record for earlier publishing verdicts that favoured Islamic
groups in fighting American soldiers seeking to occupy their lands.
After the conference Turkish sources released information on the zatuna institutes
prior contact with the mayor of Madrin requesting permissions to set official plans for this
meeting prior to its facilitation. I have personally heard from sheikh Hamza Yusuf using an
hadith from Sahih Bukhari in renouncing the need for a caliphate while at the same time
promoting the favour of current governance of non-Muslim states over Muslims; the prophet
s.a.w narrated by At-Tirmidhi, "There will appear at the end of time people who seek the world
with religion. In front of the people {Muslims} they wear clothing made of wool {but also means
they dress to appear pious}, their speeches sweeter than sugar but their hearts are the hearts of
wolves {they are very fond of wealth}if Muslims reflect on this Hadith alone, excluding the
efforts of teaching Muslims, this is largely all we have.traveling speakers delivering repeated
talks which they are compensated for directly, indirectly or both.Again, I'm not bashing
anyone.but we need not fear in calling a spade a spade, nor fear any backlashes for each of
us carries a responsibility as Muslims in keeping ourselves straight as well as our brothers and
sisters. Those who are averse from the truth, then they have the problem

already desired dissension before and had upset matters for you until the truth came and the

ordinance of Allah appeared, while they were averse. Holy Quran 23:70

Or do they say, "In him is madness?" Rather, he brought them

the truth, but most of them, to the truth, are averse. Holy Quran 43:78

We had certainly brought you the truth, but most of you, to the truth, were


averse. Holy Quran 2:130






And who would be averse to the religion of Abraham {monotheism}
except one who makes a fool of himself. And We {royal we of power, not plurality} had
chosen him {Ibrahim a.s.} In this world, and indeed he, in the Hereafter, will be among the
righteous.
For sheikh bin Bayyah, it seems as though these recent events seem to synonymously
accompany his students growing popularity whereby they either accompany him and are
treated con- jointly with the sheikh by the hosting audience as qualified clerics in
jurisprudence; or they act as official translators (Hamza Yusuf for English translations) for
the sheikh bin Bayyah in which they seemingly seize the opportunity to employee the sheikhs
status in speaking from themselves beyond the sheikhs own words.
Truth of the matter is early Muslim history is painted with revolts which many of our
earlier scholars have risen in favour through their heroic sacrifices in preserving the purity of
Islam. Sometimes these revolts were concluded academically, while in other times it took
armed action against injustice. Human casualties and collateral damage are imminent when
insurrection is not successful so, violence is always a last option, except when there is an
invading army.Differing from our predecessors in understanding the political side of Islam,
most Muslims today fall short of the movement that is embodied within the book of Allah in
establishing his religion in the earth, which through the sovereignty of the creator, the
sovereignty he has bestowed upon his creation is restored.Never do we see other creatures
in creation whether in the animal kingdom, nor in the organic-plant kingdom subservient to
another.nor do we see ever problems within their sharing or wrongful misuse of the ecosystem as they fully abide by it laws follow their respective design & position within the whole.
This is what it truly means to be Muslim.submission to our creator, not disobeying nor
following our own whims, but rather following the creators guidance in benefiting all not the
few who work to subject-gate others into service to them.
Redundant and stubborn, the sowers of discord and mischief don't sleep nor take any
days off when it comes to achieving their plans, so it is of utmost importance for men & women
to prevent evils at any place it rears its head seeking to influence. The Muslim reformer like

that of the Christian examples are one in the same in regards to seeking to maintain the
purity of the source, and not allow the tampering of men with other ideologies to alter these
sources towards cultural preferences this would open the door for its entire corruption.
Stronger than the Christian example as mentioned, the Quran remains intact & memorized
by millions, which is why the complete extinction of Islam is under suggestion by all the various
wars, attacks on Muslims, false-flag operations to increase fear in imagery creating a boogie
man that legitimizes these arrogant wars? In addition, we should understand from the
preceding example, the foremost of reformers should be that of the scholars in adhering to
the true source. But we live in a time where most men have a price and or they are easily
intimidated into submission to corruption by threat of prison or death. Therefore, the task of
preservation in helping to protect the weaker among us will require even the average Muslim
to raise him or herself to the task of seeking correct knowledge & practising it. After all, that
is the call of Islam.ad-deen-ul-naseeha {the religion of patient advisement &forbiddance of
evil}. The task of reformation and sustenance of right morality that arises from its practice is
built right into the daily, mundane, repetitive actions from the smallest to the largest of them.
Even as the aggressions to the obviously unstated reason to their true agenda
remains vague; Of course, no statesman is going to openly make such an admission in order
to not mobilize the nearly 2billion Muslims world-wide from a political statement & keep
cloaked the real agenda. Nonetheless monotheism as it has always been is the only governing
system that aggressively threatens the new world order system of satan-ism. Why do I call it
satanic? Well since the senior Bushs state-of-the-Union-address in 1991 his arrogant
admission of this plan was noted & identified further following ritualistic scheduling for the
black-magic instituted into these affairs as 911 occurs 10yrs later to the day. On the back
of the dollar in plain view for anyone to read it states Ordos Novus Seclorum, and the
definition of secularism is the elimination of God in all affairs of life.god absent from life is
satan-ism.
Secularism being the most important part of this democratic model, working to strip
God from the daily affairs that Islam has built into it; thus diplomacy with allied Muslim
countries such as Yemen, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Tunisia, Libya, Algeria, Mauritania &

Morocco in closing Islamic schools that were long before part of the historical make up &
character of these countries. This is part of the diplomatic charter of inducing the cultural
war on Islam that threatens to undermine its purity by attacking the morals of Muslim youth
mainly at conforming to more so cultural practices. Additionally, secular divides further
suppress purity such as Sufi-ism, which is enforced in the masajid around the country
{Morocco}. Many of which are already police states after war(s) or in reasoning presented in
guarding against open threats. The police are part of the corruption in protecting the
foreigners and capital investment while the people are driven to spying and policing
themselves with civilian neighbourhood guardians of motorcycles & cars doubling as
informants to police who live among them (usually one in each building). Encouraging deep
love for nationalistic pridethe falsehood of hidden economic mechanisms & influx in
investment of foreign builders for French and other ex-patriots; has turned Muslims here
completely careless of Muslims elsewhere. Reformation is something that is fought tooth and
nail because it's taught to be a radical affair that was cleverly packaged in the false-flag
accounts that portrayed bearded Muslim men as terrorist. Emotionally captive, and lacking
true knowledge of Islam, the country has quickly declined to resemble most American or
European cities in culture, holding on only to older traditions as a source of tourism and
conversations pieces of nationalistic pride Terrorism campaigns around the world always
carry with them very suspicious meetings or interactive relations prior. Overlooked by
conspiracy theorist monologue, the evidences or suggestive evidence to investigating the
truth is buried by the traumatic events that block reason with emotionally driven journalism.

Muslim country {in reference to what majority declare their faith}, isn't a well-protected
country, most of the police are on foot or motor-scooter in the cities, and positioned at the
entrance & exit of towns & larger cities. The military is occupied with the border against the
Algerians who hate Morocco (because of their partnership with former colonizers or
countries who create war with Muslims such as France, as well as its partnership with
America (Treaty of Marrakech); also in the southern portion of the Sahara where
infighting still continues to this day behind a premise of land disputes from the nomadic tribes
who have wondered without restriction for millennia in the south-Sahara portionSo, for all
their violence to just abruptly stop, this wouldn't be an accreditation to their magnificent
police force which would also include other countries with similar terror attacksNonetheless
those attacks, later televised depict the suspects as bearded men whose imagery has turned
the country {Morocco} against its own traditions helping to foster further changes of cultural
Islam that fall in line with Western values of cultural change upon Muslim countries. I was
having a conversation with a prominent Moroccan Doctor who was telling me of a discussion
he was having with a government official about these attacks, whereby he told the government
official, "You have two choices, you can portray these occurrences in a way that will hurt
the country or in a way the will help the country heal itself and move forward. The doctor,
after a short pause, answered my curiosity for me and said, "They chose to hurt the country
instead. Since then, Men with beards are hated more so in the country than they would be
in non-Muslim lands furthermore the country rejects the Sunnah of the prophet s.a.w.
entirely regarding only the Quran (Quran-nee-un). Unlike the bible who has it prophetic
tradition enclosed into the same words of God & other 3rd party contributions from scribes;
the Quran is entirely the word of God, where the Sunnah is of two types: Hadith al-qudsi
which is also revelation in the form of answers to questions put towards the prophet s.a.w.
from questions his companions asked, then there's Hadith-an-nabi, traditions (actions,
words, acceptances and forbiddance) from the ways of following the prophet s.a.w.the
Quran cannot be fully understood without the Sunnah because the Nabi {prophet} is the
conveyor of the revelation. This is something that Christians lose in significance as men

attempt to interpret the meaning of verses in Sunday sermons instead of understanding what
the prophet(s) were saying allowing for the right direction in deeper thoughts of
contemplation. Of course the original texts are also lost, which further hinders its true
guidance compounded with misunderstood language laws of Semitic language in translation

qualities of

character which if

found in a person
makes him/her a

pure hypocrite, or

the one who carries

a portion of

hypocrisy until they change; when he/she speaks they lie, when entrusted they betray, when
he/she makes a covenant they prove treacherous, and when they quarrel they become evil
with insults.
Today we have authorities over us whom people adhere, but given the choice wouldn't
follow.therefore that removed choice enforces rank while true leadership would respect
choice. Falling short of otherwise apparent qualities, social status, wealth, or lineage {of
succession} is thus promoted as qualifying entitlements. As a result, disappointments ensue
On the contrary, Why do good leaders make you feel safe? Well, the best choices usually
identify ability and characteristics that create an environment of safety for its people who
then better bond and open up to feelings that reflect the environment in reciprocating
exemplary duties & actions of others. Motivating people into participation instead of
exclusion Leaders arent those who go first or are privileged over the many others, rather
they are those who sacrifice self for others. Through this recognition there is a culture that is
created that further adapts self-sacrifice from the other members. This honest, transparency
of a group builds trust to levels where each member is entrusted into the protection of the
other, Avoiding attribution theories of pinpointing defects within our own behaviour or in
others, or internal causes when focusing on someone else's behaviour or attributing ones
own success to internal causes and failures to external causes.All of these perspectives
contribute to the erosion of brotherhood and distort its cohesion.

Todays dawah {efforts of propagating Islam in truth to non-Muslin} has to take on a

practical, tangible model instead of remaining locked into past history and conveyed at
present only by conceptual means. Having an actual practical model would help to free
people from seizure of choice that helps to confine humanity in servitude. A Living model is
tangible proof, proof that would counter act the deliberate high-jacking of public opinion and
public display of portrayed backwardness of Muslims and there countries. Unfortunately,
human-being fall on the fallacy of forgetfulness while truthful historical accounts further hide
the truth. Therefore the sole use of recanting historical accounts does nothing in proving
otherwise especially to the weak in faith or non-Muslims who are limited to what they see only
in influencing their belief. While pure Islamic studies is also something that is also lacking, it
remains among the highest of priorities in educating the average to the most advanced of
Muslims in guarding against misguided deviations as the world continues to aspire its own
traditions of changes. Tangible proofs would also force to the surface the deceits that are
held by those who have implemented the lies or omissions in previous revelations, and further
help to establish sound representatives in Defense of Islam when it is falsely attributed to
terror acts designed to deface, threaten or better yet behead Islamic leadership. Tangible
models would eradicate fear and provide a format to re-building a Jamaat {brotherhood}
established on truth, not fear-mongering that serves the interest of enemies of
truth.Restoring the sovereignty of the people better enables them to take back the power
that has been seized by unjust governments around the world that drive divide & conqueror
tactics. Lastly, the restoration of people's ability to self-govern would immediately help to
counter economical depressions alleviating poverty and its use in constraining people in jobs
{either directly or indirectly} that defeat justice for humanity.
