Pembelajaran Individu tidak selalu menjamin
terjadinya pembelajaran organisasi. Namun, tanpa
pembelajaran Individu , tidak akan pernah terjadi
pembelajaran organisasi (Peter Senge)
Tak seorang pun akan mampu mengukur seberapa
besar sumbangan PM terhadap produktivitas dan
hasil akhir (luaran).

Kita tidak menolak datangnya perubahan. Namun, kita menjadi resisten


ketika perubahan itu ditujukan kepada diri kita.
