General information
This project is made of 1269 sets villes. Mostvillas are 2 layers snd
parts are 3 layers.
Entering sit=
Before constructing, with the help of the survey engineer sent by the
cient the map of plane control point, coordinate, location of paint,
elevation and the survey position systems that are offered by the
dient should be received.
Te get comectly conditions of the contel point and survey position
system, the plane control network should be checked, which is
offered by the client. When checking, GPS and Electronic
Tacheomete can be used, and rigorous adjustment must be adopted.
The checked result should be report to the client and supervisor
engineer.
Eredion of the site control network
Erection of the horizontal control network
According to horizontal control point offered by the client, a whole
horizontal control network in site should be erect. The erection of the
horizental control network should be divided into the first class and
the second class. Adopt GPS to erect the first class contol point
every 300m and sdopt Electronic Tacheometer to erect the second
dass pointevery 100m. The adjustment should berigorcus.
Erection of the elevation control network
According to elevation contral point offered by the client, 2 leveling
points should be erect atright place in site. Annexed leveling should

be adopted to achieve the elevation of the three contrel paints and the
others in cther field. So the elevation of control points is coherent
Transfer the height system of the contol points to working field te
contral construction. The second horizontel control point can be
sccordance with the elevation control paint. The error should be fit to
the locate criterion.
Construction survey
Erection of the building horizontal control network
According with the second step horizontal control network, erect
construction axis control network of every building, and pairs of
contal point must be the only form. The control point should be
500m or 1000m sway from axis.
Erection of the building elevation control network
According with the elevation control points, adopt snnexed leveling to
eed building elevation points to control vertical construction.
Foundstion construction survey
Due to isolate foundation pitis not very deep, so lead the axisl control
network that had been erected te foundation pit and check the relation
between the axis. If the relation is comect, fine part line, eccavation
line, column location line and control line can be lay out. Through
@evation contol point on ground with leveling instrument, elevation of
foundation pit and foundation constuction can be controlled.
Construcion survey of structure on the ground
when the construction height achieve to height =0.000, the axis
should be lay out. Check it and lay cutthe axis to the column and
above floor.
Line out the height
On every building, measure level line 1.0.0m from the first floor vertical

points to form relative three points when constuction is on the top of
the structure, collste the elevation point that had been transferred
from the fist floor before leveling If the relation of the points
transfered is comed, lead horizontal line 1.00m to outside of the
structure according with elevation of the average point to contral
construction of plane structure of every floor.
Finishing snd equipment instsllstion survey
Lead axis of siructure construction to outside construction and make
mars, which will contol cutide installation. Every room of
construction should be made —+1 line on ground, each wall and ceiling,
which will control inside installation.
Surveyors
Because this project is huge, the survey workload is big and the time
limit for a project is short, professional survey engineers and
comparstive surveyors will be needed.
Formwork
Selection of formwork system
According to the character of this project constuction, steel form is
used in columns and wood form is used in beams and boards.

The spacing of vertical support bar under the besm is 900900mm.
Under the slab, its spacing is 12001200mm.
Except for the quantity of turnover utility of scaffold, half-story quantity
of scaffold is used for curing support. The scaffold for curing support
might be removed after the conarete stength reaches the full strength,
while other scaffold could be removed afte reaching the half of the
strength for the slab and 75% for the beam.
Timber 100100 is used for the longitudins|and transverse rips of the
beam. Timber 1002100 is used for the longitudinal rib of the slab and
fimber 50x100 is used for the transverse rib of the slab with the
spacing of 200mm.
Removal of formwork
The general principle of removal is: Firstly stripping the formwork be
seded Iste and soon striping the formwork be erected firstly
When stripping the horizontal formwork, curing support is essential for
meeting the requirement without random removal.
After striking the formwork, some stains or residus should be
removed immedistely and brushed the release agent.
The forms and shoring materials should be stacked according te the
proposed location and sequence.
Stripping the form strictly according to the requirements of the rules,
no sllowance for stripping the form in advance for shortening the work
time and econemizing the materials is available.
