LENOVO PEACE OF MIND OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms & conditions apply to the Warranty Plus B Series (the Offer) by Lenovo India Pvt Ltd. (Lenovo or the Company)
to its end customer (the customer, you, your).
Please Read & Understand the Terms & conditions given below:

1)

The Offer provides for extended Two Year Extended Customer Onsite Warranty coverage for Product purchased by end
customers during the Offer Period. (Except B Series with Intel Pentium Dual Core / Pentium Quad Core processors which is 2 yr
extended carry in warranty). This offer of Additional 2 Years Warranty (Carry In / Onsite) NOT APPLICABLE on B SERIES
with Intel Celeron Dual Core Models.

2)

Offer Period: 1st October 2015 to 31st December 2015. The Product needs to be purchased from Lenovo Business Partner in
India during this period. However online registration for the Offer is open till 10th January 2016.

3)

Free extended warranty coverage means 2 year extended CUSTOMER ONSITE WARRANTY. The extended warranty shall
commence from date of expiry of standard 1 year warranty which is the base warranty for the Product. . (Except B Series with
Intel Pentium Dual Core / Pentium Quad Core processors which is 2 yr extended carry in warranty). This offer of Additional 2
Years Warranty (Carry In / Onsite) NOT APPLICABLE on B SERIES with Intel Celeron Dual Core Models.

The Lenovo CUSTOMER WARRANTY shall be governed by the terms and conditions provided along with the Product and / or
available at www.lenovo.com/warranty.
The Offer is applicable only on purchase of certain Lenovo products (Product) specified below.
For availing the Offer, eligible customers need to register in the online portal www.lenovowarranty.in by agreeing to the
terms and conditions of the Offer. The website shall be open for registration only during the Offer Period and no further claims
shall be entertained beyond the Offer Period.
For registration, you need to login your claim with the serial number of the Product purchased, your contact information and
also upload the scanned copy of invoice, scanned copy of serial number from outer box. Upon registration, the website returns a
successful registration mail along with a Ticket Number. On validation of all documents the dispatch details will be sent through
a mail, else a rejection letter will be sent stating the reason for rejection.

Lenovos nominated supplier Kestone Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd will send email confirmations on receipt of the
correct serial number and details from the customer on the redemption website.
The confirmation time for the warranty extension under the Offer would be maximum 3 weeks from the day of document
validation.
Lenovo will not entertain any direct enquiries from customer towards this offer. Queries need to be routed to the companys
Authorized Business Partners from whom the product has been purchased. In case of escalations please use the above given
contact matrix.
Lenovo reserves the right to verify the sale at any point and where Lenovo considers that there is any breach of the terms &
conditions or any fraud, to refuse / discontinue the benefit of this Offer, or seek reimbursement for any Offer benefit.
Lenovo reserves the right to cancel, change, modify or withdraw this promotion or its term and conditions without assigning any
reason or without giving any prior notice.
Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer. All Products of Lenovo are also available without the Offer,
at the regular prices.
This Offer is NOT valid for any organizational purchases, educational institutes or special price clearance cases and also not
valid for purchases made by companys Business Partners, National Distributors or companys Employees, neither for them not
for any of their relatives.
Purchases made from online website i.e.www.thedostore.com are eligible to avail Lenovo Warranty Plus Offer.

This offer is valid only till the availability of stock of Products.
The decision of Lenovo, on any matters in relation to or arising from the Offer shall be final and binding.
All disputes would be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

25) Customers purchasing Products of the below mentioned series which are manufactured on or after
2015/04/01 (YYYY/MM/DD) are eligible to avail Lenovo Peace Of Mind Offer..
