and understanding of Time Management and demonstrated how time management is a critically important skill for successful
projects.
Your submission was also backed up with evidence of experience of managing project time at Leightons.
This competency and its supporting evidence, have demonstrated to me your experience, knowledge and understanding of
Project Time Management.
Francis, projects that succeed in meeting schedule have a good chance of staying within budget. The most common cause of
blown budgets is lack of schedule management.

Secondly, as you are aware this assessment is important as organisations/sponsors determine the success or failure of
projects in most cases on Was the Project achieved on Budget... Your assessment (Project cost management techniques)
demonstrated to me your knowledge, skills and understanding of the Cost competency (clearly and to the appropriate level).
Therefore recognising its importance.
Your assessment was also supported with detailed evidence of experience of Managing Project Budget and costs within
Leightons.
Finally, the supporting evidence, discussions with you, have demonstrated to me your experience, knowledge and
understanding of Project Cost Management is good.

A successful project manager and team MUST be great communicators! Project Management Communication is a skill that is
never perfected, can always be improved and is pivotal in being able to initiate and mobilise a project effectively.
Your assessment demonstrated to me your knowledge, skills and understanding of Communications Management (clearly and
to the level required).
Your assessment was also supported with a large array of detailed evidence of experience of Communications Management in
Leightons Projects.
Finally, the supporting evidence and discussions with you, have demonstrated to me your experience, knowledge and
understanding of Project Communications Management is excellent.

assessments together as follows:

Assessment 8 Project contract and procurement; and

Assessment 9 Project management plan.

As with all your previous assessments both were detailed and demonstrated your knowledge skills and understanding of the
competencies (and Project Management). The competency and final assignment were all backed up with detailed evidence of
experience in projects (and Leightons).
Finally, the supporting evidence, discussions with you (and your colleagues), have demonstrated to me your experience and
knowledge in the subject matter is excellent.
