DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MERCELIDES S. SUMALPONG, Filipino, of legal age, single, and

a resident of Taguilon, Dapitan City am the absolute owner of a SHARE IN A
parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. P-28459, PER
Deed of Absolute Sale of Hereditary Share executed by Amada Bantilan
Delos Reyes containing an area of 3,260 under Doc No. 356, Page No. 73,
Book No. XII , Series of 2005 in the notarial register of Atty. Lawrence C. Carin
as made part hereof as Annex A.
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php.
10,000.00) Philippine currency, to me paid in hand by RUDIVINA E. PALA,
Filipino, of legal age, married to RAUL PALA and a resident of Taguilon,
Dapitan City, receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged to my full and
complete satisfaction, I, MERCELIDES S. SUMALPONG by virtue of these
presents, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY in a manner absolute
and irrevocable unto RUDIVINA E. PALA married to RAUL PALA FORTY
SEVEN SQUARE METERS (47 SQ.M) of my property as described above and
his successors and assigns, together with all the improvements thereon, free
from any and all liens and encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this 19th day of
September, 2016.
