LITERATURE
Major difficulties facing the company are strategy selection,
ability to adapt in a complex environment and international
competition in the market. The most important issues are the
perspectives on strategic change in global organisations
and dynamics of structural change in organisational culture.

ETHICAL CONCERNS
Ethics contribute to organization quality, customer satisfaction,
employee commitment and build up the company profile and
reputation. Economic performance of nations and the
importance of reputation in creating value in business.
The project will have two main ethical considerations; the origin
of source material and personal information with all research
data or Information regarding employee/ managing director/
supervisors will remain private and confidential ensure fair and
legal treatment of person information. (Hoffman, 2002)
