INTRODUCTION
Pieroth Hong Kong is a subsidiary of WIV Wein International AG, a
German based international wine group which has been present in
Hong Kong since 1975. (Pieroth HK, 2011). The aim of the research
is to study:

How cultural impact can affect the business organization


performance?
It will analyse the impact of cultural issues as below:

Company performance

Marketing and diversity

New innovation and leadership

Strategic analysis and communication

Globalization and cultural dynamic (Conway, 2004)


It will explain employee aspirations, the company mission, objectives
and significance goals for creating more business opportunities in
order to increase the company performance. (Wiv, 2010)

METHODOLOGY

POTENTIAL DIFFICULTIES

To use as research methods and data collection (Wiv, 2010)


(discussions, meetings and annual reports) (Pieroth HK, 2011),
by the managing director of the company and also with a survey
and questionnaire. (Pieroth HK Facebook 2013)
To compare an annual sales report with last 5 years for Hong
Kong with other subsidiaries. To contribute to customer
satisfaction and analyse expert leadership. (Grant Robert
M.,2002) Through customer feedback deal with complaints,
research new information and communication technologies
(Van de Ven, 2004) eg., internet. Building equity into brands,
technology (Martin, Scott, Thompson, 2014), cultural
dynamics and networking through social media. (Pillai,
Gannon, 2010)

Obstacles of technology with product market development


and social change in globalization. (Pagel, 2012) Development
of strategic policies on the international product-market to
address the risk. (Brandly, 2005) Conceptualization is the key
problem to understanding the behavioral theory in a
international firm with culture convergence and conflicts
(Hiebert, Bradshaw, 2002). Product and brands strategic
approaches to international market (Bradley, 2005). The major
consideration of standardization multinational marketing and
customization to satisfy customers needs in the market.

Use of new innovation processes and methods of analysis of


daily operation systems (Bradley, 2005) and methods to
create team building and sensitivity training. With survey
feedback and advice form an action plan and research
improvement of product quality. Maximize company
effectiveness by behavioral theory implication. Create better

business performance then review and strategic paradigm

Through this research, it aims to find out various cultural factors that
would influence company performance. The possible outcomes
found via this research may include:

Higher profit and productivity

Higher customer satisfaction

Enhanced reputation; adopting a foreign-developed system,


balancing multiple development and market position for a
flagship product

Employee well being and motivation; adding a new and


complex dimensions with innovative methods for development,
appraisals with evaluation and rewards systems.

Engagement with organizational culture communication


performance; promote diversity and culture for organisation
benefits and improve supervisor-subordinate relationships in a

LITERATURE
Major difficulties facing the company are strategy selection,
ability to adapt in a complex environment and international
competition in the market. The most important issues are the
perspectives on strategic change in global organisations
and dynamics of structural change in organisational culture.

ETHICAL CONCERNS
Ethics contribute to organization quality, customer satisfaction,
employee commitment and build up the company profile and
reputation. Economic performance of nations and the
importance of reputation in creating value in business.
The project will have two main ethical considerations; the origin
of source material and personal information with all research
data or Information regarding employee/ managing director/
supervisors will remain private and confidential ensure fair and
legal treatment of person information. (Hoffman, 2002)
