Leadership.

1. Discus the differences of the four leadership behaviours.


Focus more on the advantages and disadvantages in a particular working
situation/condition.

Authoritarian, the leader has a self-confidence that he


deserve to be on top. Paternalistic, he can encourage people in
doing things and guides them. Participative, it makes
subordinates be active on their works. Lastly, Laisse-faire, the
leader should be the one to act.

2. Considering the attitude and culture of the Filipinos nowadays, in a broad, what
do you think is the best leadership behaviour to be adopted by the President to
improve the quality of life of the Filipinos?

As for me, the best leadership behaviour that I should


adopt is that, Paternalistic. Because, I should encourage other
people to do their work and I can also guide them.

The difference between the three is how each components


focuses is such things. For example, CWTS is in charge for the
general welfare. While LTS focuses on teaching iteracy and
numeracy. Lastly, ROTC, which focuses on military trainings.
