Data Handling: Students will learn to convert information from their research
into a numeric representation when creating their infographics
Number and Measurement: Students will learn about scale and proportion by
inquiring into how our body looks like and drawing it accuratly.
Language Arts
Reading: Students will use text codes to help them take notes while reading texts.
They will learn how to find important information and paraphrase.
Writing:
Students will inquire into explanation texts and they will write various explanations
on how different systems in our body work.
Viewing and Presenting and Listening and Speaking:
Students will work on using their voices efficiently to present work.
Students will evaluate different sources of information to gain a deeper
understanding of the central idea and lines of inquiry.
Library Tools:
Students will learn about infographics and how they can be used to present work.
