1. Overview

The purpose of this document is to describe in detail business requirements for

Air Asias Itinerary Island Transfer Project. In this project Airasia will introduce new
Island Transfer service to their customer and we need to display this Island
Transfer services details in our Itinerary PDF file.

2. Project Scope
2.1.In Scope
The scope of the project is defined below:1. We need to implement Island transfer details in current itinerary PDF file.
2. This Island Transfer services implement only for FD carrier code. Thailand
domestic flights only.
3. Creation of new tokens, fee, and charges details in database.
4. Changes in invoice section of Itinerary PDF file for Island transfer services.
5. We need to implement Disclaimer message below Island transfer details
section.
6. New sections of Island Transfer need to be implementing below Must
Know section.

AirAsia.

3. Business Requirements

3.1. Island Transfer services on Skysales

Island Transfer services will be implemented on AirAsia website. Implementation of
Island Transfer on AirAsia website is out of scope for BCS.
Details are provided in attached document.

1) Customer makes booking along with Island details through AirAsia website.
2) This Island Transfer information will be denoted by BF carrier code in Sky Speed.
(Please refer the snapshot below)

3) We will need to implement Land+Sea Transfer Details in Itinerary PDF

Note: Station codes for Island segment need to be hide.

4) We need to implement Disclaimer Message below Land+Sea Transfer

details.
Note: Disclaimer message will be display only if transfer point is
different for a round trip
For example
Depart: BKK -> TST -> KKK -> LNT (Transfer via TST)
Return: LNT -> KKK -> KBV -> BKK (Transfer via KBV)

5) Invoice section of itinerary PDF file will be displayed like snapshot below
Note: Placing charges of Island Transfer services in invoice section is in
scope
