Chef Borg,

This is my second report on the night chef Giannis Servos.

After everything that happened, as he saw that he didnt take any responsibility
for actions he made, he became even more aggressive and unwilling to
cooperate.
He is intentionally sabotaging my work, making my orders intentionally late, not
buzzing the bell when order is finished, and my work as harder as he possibly
can. I am responsible for the orders and delivery and i dont want because of his
unprofessionalism to have complains, or problem with a guests.
Now, he is threatening me openly, for the things I have reported him, with the
most vulgar language you can imagine. Also, after warning he got, on Saturday
25th Ive caught him again smoking, while making a pizza. This is a problem to be
solved, and it needs to be soon as possible, as I dont want to put myself in
situation where I feel threatened or close to physical conflict. Please, I ask that
night chef need to be replaced with someone else. I am not the only one who
have issues with him, but almost all of night shift have a problem with Giannis.
