Problem statement:
The plant focus on the vertical integration of production, the company
created the latest and greatest fodder factory in Palestine. Where the
plant operates according to the newest control systems and within the
ISO9001 production quality standards. and uses Botanical input as the
sole source of protein in its products, and there are silos for storing the
fodder with capacity of 26 thousand tons in addition they established a
laboratory to analyze the fodder to ensure effective control over the
company's products for all fodder types.
But the main issue ,the plant does not have safety management
system to ensure that every thing on plant done without any
dangerous effect on workers, machines and visitors.

Main objective:
Preparing safety management system based on ISO 18001:2007 at
Palestine poultry co. (Aziza).

Methodology:
1- Having literature review
2- Making visits to the plant.
3- Studying the plant current situation.
4- Under standing main ISO 18001 principles.
5- Determine main requirement that need to implement safety
management system at the
plant.
6- Supervising the implementation ISO 18001 system at the plant.
7- Making fnal report.
