Purpose / Instructions: The purpose of this document is to develop the strategy and plan for deployment of the
solution to the intended stakeholders. This document should be tailored as necessary to the specific project
being implemented. The instructions in this document are the italicized paragraphs and are meant to be deleted
once they are no longer needed.

1 Project Summary

People nowadays are depending on technologies, that if you dont have any of it, youll experience slow
processing and low products to produce. And also youll have difficulties especially if you dont have the
system that automatically tallies everything especially in your inventories. The purpose of my project is
to give the administration of our school the ease of evaluating the facultys performance in our school
so they dont have to waste more time, and also to decrease their works, and to eliminate paper works.

2 Deployment Strategy
This section recommends a number of different strategies for the FACULTY EVALUATION SYSTEM to consider
when deploying ITS. The strategies are grouped into the following three areas, such as the IT Cutover Plan
