UNP-CAT Evaluation Software

Overview of the Project

In the admission of University for Bachelor Courses, a student should have
taken and passed the Admission Exam. Thus, the result will determine what courses
will be available to be taken. The software will analyze the exam result and will
determine the performance of an examiner, evaluated by subject areas such as
Mathematics, Sciences, Psychology and Language. The software will suggest the
examiners what program/s to be appropriately taken based on the evaluation. This
will guide the upcoming student to their career.
Problem Statement
As observed, there were students that doesnt possess the skills required by
the program they enrolled to. This might be a factor in the drop of number of
students at the end of the program. There are always students who are confused
with what path to be taken on their college level. There were students who drop out
from their programs because they were not used to do the required skills or
probably they think and they feel they are not belong to the program they gone to.
A scenario could be, a student enrolled in Mathematics but is poor in the subject.
We can say that the skill can be a huge factor.
