expected outcome, basic level skill (coding/administration/analysis) in at least

development/pseudocode, write and execute unit test cases

Delivery - IT Processes and Methodologies - Basic understanding of project

execution methodologies, team structure, communication and governance
models

Delivery - Customer Management - Manage customer expectations. Always be

professional in all customer interactions

Practice - Business Acumen - Be curious about overall project objectives and

how the solution fits the requirements

Practice - Solutions / IP Development - Propose and/or support good ideas

Practice- Capability Development - Focus on self-development
