DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
EL FIN DE CICLO ES EL 21 DE JULIO
A partir de este ciclo se habilitaron los siguientes campos de captura en el sistema de
control escolar en lnea :
NIVEL PREESCOLAR
Recomendaciones
NIVEL PRIMARIA Y SECUNDARIA
Evaluacin de Herramientas Fundamentales para el aprendizaje (Escritura, Lectura y
Matemticas).
Observaciones y/o Recomendaciones por Bimestre y Asignatura.
Observaciones y/o Recomendaciones Generales.
Nota: Estos campos debern ser llenados de acuerdo a los lineamientos acadmicos
utilizados por la escuela durante el ciclo escolar.
En este ciclo escolar no se utilizar el formato CREEL RODAC nivel primaria y REEL RODAC
nivel secundaria. Los folios de los reportes de evaluacin sern asignados en automtico
por el sistema.

DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
Las correcciones u omisiones debern coordinarse para preescolar por
zona, para primaria por zona, para secundaria por escuela y
telesecundaria por zona del 25 al 29 de Julio.
Las IAER, IAE Y RS se entregarn a partir del 23 de agosto para revisin y
firma, para preescolar por zona, para primaria por zona, para secundaria
por escuela y telesecundaria por zona
Entregar al departamento del 19 al 30 de septiembre segn calendario.
Nota: Los alumnos que se encuentren en estatus de Alta pendiente de validacin
en el Sistema, no le permitir imprimir su reporte de Evaluacin.
Los alumnos que se encuentren en estatus de Baja pendiente de Validacin en el
Sistema, a las dos escuelas (la anterior y la nueva) les aparecer debajo del nombre
del alumno la leyenda Inscrito en otra escuela, y no permitir la captura de sus
Evaluaciones, hasta la regularizacin de su estatus en el Sistema.

IMPRESIN DE REPORTES DE EVALUACIN Y

CERTIFICADOS ELECTRNICOS
La impresin es en papel bond, opalina o cartulina, tamao carta, color
blanco, no se permite el uso de hojas de colores, ni papel seguridad. El
texto es en blanco y negro o color. La impresin de los reportes ser de la
misma forma en que los han impreso bimestralmente.
Nota: Para imprimir es necesario dar clic al botn Cerrar
Captura, si les falta captura el Sistema le enviar la alerta
correspondiente y no les permitir imprimir.

El 18 de Julio se entregarn los Reportes de Evaluacin finales, para las

escuelas que lo hayan solicitado.
El 14 de Julio estar disponible la impresin de Reportes de Evaluacin finales,
para las escuelas que decidan imprimir.
Del 25 al 29 de Julio, perodo de Correcciones, Omisiones y Reposiciones.

SER LLENADAS CONFORME A LAS DISPOSICIONES ACADMICAS DE CADA NIVEL
EDUCATIVO Y CADA ESCUELA.
PARA IMPRIMIR LOS CERTIFICADOS SER NECESARIO QUE EL HISTORIAL
ACADMICO DEL ALUMNO ESTE COMPLETO, EN EL CASO DE PRIMARIA (SEIS
GRADOS), SECUNDARIA (TRES GRADOS). SOLO PARA AQUELLOS CASOS
AUTORIZADOS COMO S/A EL SISTEMA CALCULA EL PROMEDIO CON LOS GRADOS
DISPONIBLES.
