The Maryland officers reported there were approximately 500 protesters on and near the front lawn of Baer’s house.
Montgomery County was not given a “heads-up” concerning the planned protest. Although a protest permit is Subscribe via RSS

The primary role of the Washington cops in this event was to protect the protesters. The D.C. officers had no
authority to act to disperse the protesters even had the homeowner been present and asked them to vacate the
private property. The event ended as a “dash one”– no arrests, no citations – according to Friz. The Montgomery
County units left the scene at 5:29 pm.

But didn't think things would get so naked so fast. Remarkably, the grasp on power has given this lot the
chutzpah to ignore 80% of the population while they pursue their ends. Like they know, somehow, there will
NOT be a reckoning in November. Curious, that…
Anyway, I can vouch for your statement. Cops are ready for action, especially in sleepy, suburban areas (much
like my town and Montgomery Cty are). Although trained, they are very, very raw and probably very
nervous/excited.
I'm not sure this isn't all part of their plan. Obama got elected by basically running against Bush. He can't do
that in 2010, though he will try.
If the democrats keep the house and senate, any of the negative campaigning against republicans will sound as
empty and false as it actually is. He needs an enemy to demonize.
And a GOP controlled house or senate would fit that bill very nicely.

I for one will welcome it because it's becoming increasingly apparent that the will of the people is ignored, the

2ND AMENDMENT - May 21st, 2010 at 8:17 pm
That would never happen in a state like Florida where concealed carry permits and a strong Castle Doctrine law
would have had Stymie, Buckwheat and the 499 other little UNION rascals either on the run or waiting for life
support. In FL, if your accosted in a public parking lot you're free to "clear a path" of safety.
But add a financial collapse, civil disorder and a couple of shooting wars to the possible scenarios. None of this is
far fetched- in the least- and it seems, anyway that The Powers That Be seem to be, if not planning for it, at least
very aware…
The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the

But pretty much every poll out there – even the doctored ones to put the best spin on it – say otherwise.
There is only one rational reason they're pushing onward. And hoccums razor tells it, its on purpose.

We are at war with the Federal Government but few realize it. An army of 500 people converged on the home of
a private citizen who happens to be a banker. No one was there to protect his family. Each state must now begin
to form malitias to protect our State Governments because the local and state police will not protect us against
these Marxist. What happens if these neo-Marxists do this to state Governors they don't like, the local and state
police may just look the other way.
Not if you're a liberal there isn't. It's perfectly fine. In fact, the police should not only have provided escorts, they
should have provided transportation.

But he does have the hot line to the white house, if he is wrong, and that phone is never ringing.
The Tea Party is mad but I am not sure they have figured out what exactly is making them so mad. It is the
growing control over their lives by public employee unions and their members.
Who has not experienced the hateful gauntlet having to submit to the masses of incompetent and underworked
Transportation Security Agency public employees with snotty attitudes who hold your very personal freedoms
in their petty, vindictive hands every time you fly. We don't see them as protecting us, but enjoying harassing
us. We pass through their "care" in total terror one false step and we are incarcerated in their bad attitude sense
of total power.
It used to be said the innocent have nothing to worry about growing state police powers; only the guilty. They
must not go through airport security. This government control over our lives with mean, bad attitude and
vindictive government workers is what is scaring our nation. SEIU stands for more and more and more of these
intrusions into our lives. SEIU scares the heck out of me and shows the terrorists did in fact win.
The government hired to protect, once they get an SEIU protected job will only terrorize us in the future. That is
what the Tea Party is all about.
And to add insult to injury, she attempts to use the tragedy of her son's death to secure preferential treatment?
That is despicable and insults the memory of her son.
Bankers who obey the law are not crooks. And when politicians change the laws to benefit their chance for
reelection, who's the criminal, the banker who followed the law, or the politician that changed the rules for their
own gain.
If bankers are convicted of breaking the law, by all means, throw the book at them. If they didn't, you're simply
seething over classic class warfare, and that is unworthy of debate.
Gives us a real 'oohrah' moment every time. Couldn't agree more. We, The People, Need to Reclaim the
Constitutional Government that stands as the greatest statement on Freedom ever put forth.
But this bunch is so onerous that law enforcement- and even the military- might not obey them, either.
A communist takeover is not a popular idea- no matter how hard the media pushes it…
I consider myself libertarian, which is also referred to as classic liberalism, because they left stole the definition
of liberal.
I pretty much agree with Madison entirely accept for his idea to write into the constitution, the authority for
the federal government to veto state laws.
I think what we're seeing now is that very principle being put into effect by the judicial system.
Suppose I don't like guns, which I don't, except for a Red Rider BB gun for stray cats in the back yard. Doesn't kill
them, but get's the point across.
If I lobby government demanding that since I (for the sake of argument) don't approve of guns, there fore no one
should have the right the bear arms, should government have the authority to tell you that you can't bear an
arm?
In my opinion no. And not just because of the second amendment. I don't believe government should have the
authority to make any of those decisions. Those are powers reserved for the states and the people.
Thomas Jefferson made what I thought was a great argument against the Bill of Rights. He said the problem is
future generations may come to view it as the only rights We The People have guaranteed under the
constitution, when in fact, we have all the natural rights granted by our creator.
If it's immoral for me to use government to take away your guns, why is it moral for you to take away my
prostitutes, provided we are in a mutually agreed upon contract?

From what I got, the 14yr old son was home alone, the father was at his younger sons baseball game. The father
and the younger son did see what was going on past that I have no idea.
But society, in our opinion, has a duty- a moral, God given responsibility- to look after the the most vulnerable
in our society. Families are the first line of defense.
But laws regarding consumption of substances that are intoxicants- which have public safety ramifications- and
personal behavior such as soliciting prostitution-
should be undertaken with great caution. You do not want to overreach, but you do want to provide a
framework for a safe, and just society.
The 'anything goes' as long as it doesn't hurt me personally view of libertarianism can have huge unintended
consequences…
Also, Google: "The Sworn Affidavit Of Bishop Ron McRae" and read that as well. Then you'll have a much better
idea of just who and what the illegal Kenyan Muslim Marxist racist usurping White House squatter is.
http://www.zazzle.com/mrunpc*
Anti-Obama/Democrat/Communist stickers, etc.
This isn't a "protest", nor is it "freedom of speech"; it is intimidation, disturbing the peace, and a whole lot of other
things against the law; nick.
Who gets to decide what is and what is not moral? And who gets to decide who gets to decide? To me that's the
question.
If the authority is invested in the constitution, then its not in the persons holding office. If its not, then the
authority is in the hands of people, and those people change. The current administration in Washington is proof
enough of why that's illisconceived.
As a libertarian I believe that authority is best invested in the individual. And by individual I don't mean
anything goes. I mean that authority is invested in the parents raising children, in the small business owners
providing jobs and products and services. Invested in We The People to run our own lives and communities.
Government only makes that more difficult.
Of course some people will make bad choices, that's life, and they will have to deal with it. If that means drugs
and prostitution for some, I imagine the reality would look much different with it legal and out in the open.
So it's not anything goes, its that in my opinion the individual is the most capable of making personal decisions.
And no, I am not even slightly bothered that his blue blood boy was "scared." That's the point. I hope that they
are all scared. They should be. Hopefully junior and family asked dad what in the hell he did to infuriate so
many people.
And the informed citizenry has done so with regards to conscious altering substances. It will do the same with it's
experiments in CA with weed, and Oregon with assisted suicide. If he people decide the freedom is worth the risk
they'll pass- or change- a law.
The real debate is if the citizenry has the RIGHT to deprive others of their personal freedoms. That's where this
gets dicey…
KRISTALLNACHT!
On the nights of November 9 and 10, rampaging mobs throughout Germany freely
attacked Jews in the street, in their homes and at their places of work and
worship. At least 96 Jews were killed and hundreds more injured, more than 1,000
synagogues were burned almost 7,500 Jewish businesses were destroyed, cemeteries and
schools were vandalized….
The official German position on these events, which were orchestrated by Goebbels,
was that they were "spontaneous outbursts". The Fuehrer proclaimed that such
demonstrations are not to be prepared or organized by the party, but so far as they
"originate spontaneously", they are not to be discouraged either."
As a cover-up, it was decided the Jews be blamed for this event, and since Jews were to
blame, they be held legally and financially responsible for the damages incurred by the
pogrom. Accordingly, a fine of 1 billion marks was levied for the slaying of a politician,
and 6 million marks paid to Jews by insurance companies was to be given to the state
coffers.
Kristallnacht turns out to be a crucial turning point in German policy regarding the Jews
is considered as the actual beginning of the Holocaust.
(Snyder, Louis L. Encyclopedia of the Third Reich. New York: Paragon House, 1989:201).
I know, I know, I'm not supposed to use that analogy, but just damn……………this is UNAMERICAN,
UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and something that has NEVER happened in the history of this nation, before.
I say that it is YOU who is a criminal and should be harassed and terrorized, at your home, which is probably
just a limey rock, which you live under.
I don't want some one to have the authority to force me to live according to their morals, there fore I'd be a
hypocrite if I thought it moral to force people to live according to my morals.
Which means no one has the authority to force any one to do anything – speaking in hypotheticals here – ergo,
if some one wants to use drugs or procure prostitutes via mutually agreed upon contracts, why is it any of my
concern.
That does not mean I'm against all rules and government. As a community we can mutually agree on certain
basic rules, and I think completely agreeable to employ enforcement of those basic agreements.
Its when government moves beyond those basic premises, and starts dictating our lives that I have a problem.
I'll take care of raising my family myself.
Intimidation, harassment, and disturbing the peace has NEVER been a "right" !
"No, I'm not telling you to get off my lawn. It's the Queen, SHE wants you off the lawn…No, I don't think she'll
negotiate…No, not even with another hive mind, yes the analogy is not lost on me, but try explaining that to
her…"
A check is a promise that you gladly pay some one Tuesday for a hamburger today. If you can't do that why
should a bank pay for your ignorance?
The TV personality that stated that when called they declined to come because it would only make matters
worse needs to retract his words and apologize. I like him, but he was wrong.
Meanwhile, someone needs to ask the DC police chihef why the hell his/her department didn't alerted the MCPD
that a caravan of busses was headed their way.
Yes, their government which encouraged through legislation such as the Community Reinvestment Act and so
forth (championed by Democrats) to force banks to loan money to people with no money down and low 500
credit scores. And if a bank didn't want to loan money because common sense shows that these buyers would
need at least a 20% down payment, these same thugs would protest the banks and call them racist. Grow up
people and start to look in the mirror for you do not know what you do nor have a clue in how business works. All
you want is free handouts and think it's okay to steal the wealth of others to get what you want then you go out
and protest when it doesn't work out as "planned" and blame it on capitalism. You who suffer from a total
misunderstanding to how free markets work where it has helped create a wealthy society where American once
led this world with electricity, internet, automobiles, airplanes, etc., but the reality of Socialism/Fascism is
based upon murdering over 120 million people to force people to agree to their principles (or lack thereof) and
then their economic planning led to food lines, poverty, starvation, and lowered the standard of living through
less productivity.

"On August 9, 1932, the government decreed the death penalty for those convicted of ‘political’ murder. The
next night a band of Nazis invaded the home of a Communist worker in the Silesian village of Potempa and

"After years of preaching contradictions and of evading principles, these men were astonished to see the nation

mob. As they abetted this, They're as wrong as the thugs they "escorted".
Please try this in Fla. or Texas – the "castle rule" would solve this problem.

I'm not calling for total repeal of all drug laws, but how many billions has the US spent on the drug war,
compared to how successful it's worked?
It's an attempt to legislate morality, no different from prohibition in the early 1900's.
That is an absolutely ASTOUNDING statement. The police viewed their job as protecting the mob, while
simultaneously denying ANY protection to the homeowner–or his child?? Just what did the cops imagine that
they were going to "protect" the protesters FROM? A law-abiding citizen defending his home and family? This is
an obscene, egregious–and chilling–abuse of power. And most chilling of all is the gaggle of useful idiots who
actually condone the tactics of jackbooted thugs.

[...] I admonish my fellow freedom travelers to avoid the Nazi terminology when discussing the left but
sometimes it is unavoidable, if done in proper context. The SEIU staged a “protest” at a “Bank of America

1 . The government took over GM and gave a part of the company to unions..
2. Jammed a un-popular billion $$$ socialistc health care plan down our throats. Increased the national debt,
and spent more $$$ in less than a year than the past 4 administrations did in 16 years.
3. Hauled bank presidents, business owners and officials from a foreign corporation(BP) in front of congress,
there bascially treating them as criminals.
4. Wants a 'comprehensive immigration plan" This plan means to allow as many folks from south of the border
into the U.s., grant the 11 million illegals in the country provisional citizenship, right to vote, social benefits.
(Right to vote. . . .means just about a guarantee that Obama will be elected for a second term.
5. According to Obama, there are no "radical muslim terroists".
6. Staffed our government (at an executive level) with tax evaders and known anti-american believers.
7. A U.S. President who Cowtows to foreign leaders and aplogizes for US "transgressions".
Is he changing America???? You bet your butt he is, and just wait to see how much more he will change it until
we are right in line with europe, socialists, marxists and communists.

They will escalate these attacks since they are not being opposed. After a few attacks, Obama will have them
deputized and arm them. Its TIME PEOPLE. There are too many to fight but burning rubber tires and barbed
were used by the French people to defend their communities during strikes. We must be prepared to go to defend
Arizona, Arizona is the key.
These neo-Marxists sent 500 people backed up by 100 armed police into another state to occupy the home of a
private citizen who happens to work for a bank. This very same think happened in 1860. The 50 state governors
must react to this threat to the Republic. We are facing a 7 Days In May.
In most parts of the world, a 12 year old is considered an adult. If this adult defended his home, those cops would
have opened fire on the child. Obama may have planned this whole thing to create a crisis. It may be time for
Regime Change.
A group of 500 people need a permit to march so what were the Maryland police doing about enforcing the law.
Now the TEA will have to start enforcing the law. A nation of 300 Million people without the Rule of Law will
explode.

But the more I read into this, the more this thing seems to be some type of show to see if Obama has what he
needs to call an emergency.
Something just isn't sitting right with this. There are a lot of things that just aren't fitting. The lack of reaction
from by all the Beltway lawyers that live in the neighborhood. The lack of reaction from politicians, local, state
and federal. The lack of response from BoA. Some basic protocol and professional courtesy procedures between
departments. Things just aren't fitting.
Most people here disagreed with the bank bailouts, maybe you should read a post or two.
Government should be involved in what they are Constitutionally mandated to be involved in. Socialized
healthcare is not one of them.

unethical, what good is he to the man on the street??

rethinking their politics.

Demand the police personnel behind this are arrested immediately and charged with aiding and abetting
terroristic threatening. As party to an act of terror against innocent members of society once convicted they
should be sent to Gitmo…
Aren't we great and progressive? We elected a BLACK man! Look how far we have come! Used to be a man was
judged by his skin color – now we know he isn't even judged by his total lack of experience, commitment,
intelligence, lack of follow through or the fact that he can waffle like a drunk Ted Kennedy on a bridge!
Tea Party – this time we don't throw tea! Lets throw Barack, his Marxist staff and appointee's and most of
Congress in the harbor! Oh wait, thats already planned, we call it November!
Period.
And the Texas Trooper would have pulled off his his Ray-Bans, leaned over the DC cops, and said something
extremely pithy and to the point…
Then the offenders would have been marched to some deep south lockup…to meet "No Neck" and his gang of
freaks…
This intimidation of the banker's family is more of the same…more 1933 type behavior.
I'm putting that into my tactics bag…even if it escalated, the confusion it would cause for a few seconds would be
of great tactical advantage…
