My vision is that GPRC, hopefully as a Polytechnic

University, is a world-class education center, home to a
vibrant student community. Students who dont just
come for convenience, but choose to attend due to
excellence in academics and student life. Where
Student Voice is at the forefront of all decision making.
The following contains a portion of my priorities, our
priorities. We all know GPRC is great, but it can better,
and we know its best days our ahead. Together, lets
make this vision a reality!

The Polytechnic University model fosters the

active, applied, and experiential learning
environment that RDC and GPRC promote to the
benefit of our learners and communities. Given
autonomy over our own degrees, RDC and GPRC
will provide learners with pathways from
certificates and diplomas to degrees.

The right solution at the

right time.

 I am aware of what Athabasca University has done, and it is

the wrong direction to be taking. Thats why this is even

more important!

I will continually advocate for, and support all efforts, to

provide Grande Prairie with an institution that it deserves,

and that is GPRC as a Polytechnic University.

The fight is not over, it is only just beginning!
