Dear Erlin Bill,
We are pleased to confirm the terms of your employment with iQor Philippines, Inc., an iQor company
(together with its various affiliates, "iQor").

Salary/Wage: Php60 Per Hour
Non Taxable Allowance: PHP 25/Hr (paid up to 75 work hours per pay period).
You will be eligible for our Variable Incentive plan, under which you could earn performance
compensation. These payments are contingent on your being employed with iQor at the time they are
made.
Payments Other Than Base Salary: You agree that any bonus, benefit or other payment given by the
Company to you in excess of what is specified as Base Salary shall not be considered salary that you
are contractually entitled to, but will be considered a gratuity that the Company reserves the right to
discontinue or revise at any time. You also understand that any payments provided by the Company
above and beyond Base Salary shall not be considered an established practice or precedent.
Benefits: You will be eligible for the miQor Benefits Program as per company policy.
Transfer and Reassignment: During your employment, the Company may reassign you to any work,
program, or location for any period of time to meet its business needs.
Probation: You will be considered a probationary employee for six months following the effective
date. The Company will evaluate your performance and behavior in terms of your performance
appraisal score, metrics, attendance, behavior and professionalism based on the Companys standards
for regularization of employment, the policies in the employee handbook, and the policies that may be
specifically applicable to the program. Your employment will always be subject to your compliance
with the rules outlined in the Company handbook that may be updated from time to time. At the end of
that period, you will be eligible to become a regular employee.

Standards for Regularization of Employment: The following are the minimum requirements you
must meet to become a regular employee at the end of your six-month probationary period. Failure to
meet any of these requirements may result in the termination of your employment. iQor may revise
these requirements at any time.
Training.
You must successfully complete training by attending each hour of classroom training, achieving the
minimum assessment score required by your program, and by successfully completing the nesting
period.
Attendance and Punctuality
You must abide by iQors attendance policy. You must show up for your scheduled work on time,
work your scheduled hours, and take your required breaks. Unplanned absences, leaving without
permission, tardiness, and working less than your scheduled hours are prohibited and constitute cause
for termination of probationary employment.
Job Competence
You must prove your knowledge and understanding of your job. You must demonstrate the ability to
perform your job and learn additional skills as your program may change from time to time. You must
be able to understand and follow instructions given by your supervisor.
Attitude
You must show a positive outlook towards iQor. You must show a willingness to learn and overcome
job difficulties. You must maintain your positive outlook even when under stress. You must show
respect to your superiors, your colleagues, subordinates, iQors clients, and the clients customers. You
must work well with others, especially others within your work team.
iQors Rules and Regulations
You must comply with iQors rules, regulations, and Code of Conduct. You must complete any
Company-required courses related to iQors rules and regulations.
Work Quality
You must meet company-wide and program-specific performance metrics throughout your
probationary period.
Termination: iQor may terminate your employment in accordance with local laws and Company
Policy. Should you decide to voluntarily terminate your employment, you may be ineligible to be
rehired if you provide less than 30 days notice prior to your departure.
You agree and understand that your working hours may vary based on the shift work schedule since
the Employer's main and regular operating hours are at night. You may qualify for night differential
based on your schedule, if applicable .
Background Check: By signing below and/or your electronic signature accepting the terms of this
letter, you agree that we may procure both (i) a drug test and/or (ii) a report of your criminal history up

to and including the last ten (10) years of activity, both where applicable and not prohibited by law.
You also agree that your employment is contingent on your criminal history not containing any records
that would disqualify you for employment based on either our policy or the policy of one or more of
our clients for which you will be providing services.
Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation: As a condition of employment, you agree that (1) during and
after your employment with iQor you will keep confidential, and not use for the benefit of or disclose
to any third party, any of iQors trade secrets or business information, (2) during your employment
with iQor, you will not permit your personal interests to conflict, or appear to conflict, with the
interests of iQor or any of its clients and (3) during your employment with iQor and for a period of
twelve months following termination of your employment, you will not directly or indirectly solicit
any iQor employee to leave the employ of iQor or any client to do business with another company that
is in direct competition with iQor.
This letter represents our mutual complete understanding of your employment terms at iQor and
supersedes any prior agreement (oral or written) that you may have, but does not constitute an
agreement for employment for any specific period of time. You agree that any disputes relating to your
employment will be filed and heard under Philippines (or otherwise applicable) law.
