NARRATIVE Originally dispatched as an alert I with engine filure.T was communicating with ARFF 112 about upgrading at the same ime I believe dispatch upgraded to alert I. The plane appeared to have some type of major fallureof the left engine. Parts Fiew every which way and punctured the outer shel of the fuselage and left indentations in pars ofthe wing. The plane was et 35000 feet when this happened and had 99 souls on board. Once on the ground 110 swepe the runway for debris and 112/bat 1 checked on the plane.
