Earned leave

Confirmed employees will be entitled to 12 days per calendar year of earned leave,
provided that the employee has worked for 12 consecutive months with a minimum of 20
working days per month. However, staff with less than 12 months of
continuous service are eligible to apply for annual leave on a pro-rated basis.

allowed a maximum of 30 days paid medical leave per fiscal year, and employees with
less than 6 months continuous service shall be eligible for medical leave on a pro-rated
basis.
Paid hospitalization leave will be granted when recommended by the Companys
appointed doctor or any registered medical practitioner. If hospitalization is prolonged
beyond 14 working days then any additional days beyond the 14 working days shall be
considered hospitalization leave.
Confirmed employees will be entitled to 6 days per calendar year.
