Today id like to share with you all about the 7 habits of highly effective people, this is inspired by an international
best selling book written by Stephen covey, consultant of managerial and company leadership. Based on his
experiences of handling so many successful leader and company, he summarize that there are 7 habits which able to
make someone be a highly effective people, successful person. So lets go straight to the point.
The first habit, is be Proactive
Be Proactive is about taking responsibility for your life. You can't keep blaming everything on your parents or
grandparents. Proactive people recognize that they are "response-able." They don't blame genetics, circumstances,
conditions, or conditioning for their behavior.
Reactive person is always blame the environment, here are some example:
Reactive statement
If only jakarta doesnt have a heavy traffic, i
would have come to the office on time

Proactive statement
I need to wake up 1 hour early everyday so ill
never come late.

The second habit, is begin with the end in mind

How
to end

So before you wanna start any project, any target, you shouldnt start with how to start but instead how to end

The third habit, is put first things first

URGENT

NOT URGENT

IMPORTANT

I
(DO IT NOW)

II
(FOCUS ON THIS)

NOT

III

IV
(LEAVE IT)

The fourth habit, is think win-win

The fifth habit, is seek first to understand, then to be understood

Its all about empathy, whenever you are in debate/hard discussion, try to put yourself as other person and feel it.
We must learn to listen.
Youve spent years of your life learning how to read and write, years learning how to speak.
But what about listening?

The sixth habit, is synergize

"two heads are always better than one."

And the last habit, is sharpen the saw (physical, social.emotional, mental, spiritual)
This is the habit of self renewal
