 RULES AND REGULATION FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
 Age Limit for junior Solo/Single dance competition participant should not be less than 5 years
and not above 14 years of age.
 Age limited for seniors group dance each member of the dance troupe/group should be above 14
years and below 21 years of age.
 Participant should submit photocopy of birth certificate duly signed by any gazetted officer.
 Submit your participation / entry form with your latest passport size photograph along with C.D
of your own song choice.
 The song must be Nepali/ Hindi or English. The length of song must not exceed 3 min 30 sec for
auditions don’t forget to write the title of the song or name of the album.
 The entire participant must follow the above cited criteria otherwise their participation will be
cancelled without any information.
 Your candidature will be cancelled
a) If you found indiscipline, indecent during the event.
b) Drug addicts and criminal background participants are not allowed to take part in the event.
c) Any illegal and unethical act related to show or its premises committed by any member of
participating group, their registration will be cancelled.
 Decision of the judges will be final and bindings.
 Protest related to dance event will be not entertained in any cost.
 Organizing body or selection committee reserve all the rights to alter or modify the scheduled
and venue at any point of time.
 Participants should bring their own equipments, prop, lunch, etc.
 Only one escort or dance instructor is allowed to enter inside the venue.
 Venue for audition Gorkha Dharmasala Singtam.
 Date : 10/06/2010, Time : 8 am onwards
 If anyone fail to participate in audition he/she or they are not allow to take part in other round.
 Registration fee :
a) Single Dance for Juniors Rs. 350/- b). Senior Group Dance Rs. 700/-

 A handsome cash prize will be awarded to the winners and runners. And committee will sponsor
them to take part in state and national level dance competition within a year only.
  The events are solely organized to aware the young generation about the drug abuse.

I agree that the “SIKKIM DANCE KA MAHA MUKABLA” shall be the exclusive owner of all
copyright, intellectual property and other rights in and to the program and my performance during the
auditions for the programme and is free to use, assign, and licenses, sell them worldwide and use them
any manner.

I hereby agree not to claim any right in my performance or the program and not to sue
“SIKKIM DANCE KA MAHA MUKBLA” for any reason under this agreement. The decision of the
judge is final decision.
