Here is my feedback and recommendations about the evaluation that I made with the last
person that I interviewed.
I am supposing that I will give my recommendations and feedback to general manager of the
human resource department.

Hello general manager my feedback of the person that wants to cover the vacancy of our
company is the following:
He is very professional; He was arriving 30 min. before the interview, However He should be
prepared with all documentation, ready to use it, because in spite of his punctuality during the
interview there is a part that mention if He has all His document ready to use it, and he says
ops! I dont have my identification but if you give an opportunity I will bring it with me the next
time.
About his organization, He is not completely organized, When I checked his Curriculum Vitae, I
found some text about his experience that are not completely clear, its this means that He has
all texts mixed, He started on his last experience on his last job and suddenly He writes about
money, just for give you an example, so I thing think He must to be more organized.
I was checking some lack of abilities, that He has about environment work, when He was
interviewed He never begun the conversation, most of the time I was who started any topic, so I
think he should be more communicative.
I finally and the most important topic in the interview is the Knowledge, he has a lot of
knowledge in his position, he has won awards during thru his carrier, and I thing think we can
hire him and we should give him and special training about organization, and empowerment
courses.
My strong recommendation is we should hire him be hired.
