stability(positivesequence)modelsforvariablegenerationtechnologiesare
needed.Suchmodelsshouldbereadilyvalidatedandpubliclyavailableto
powerutilitiesandallotherindustrystakeholders.Modelparametersshould
beprovidedbyvariablegenerationmanufacturersandacommonmodel
validationstandardacrossalltechnologiesshouldbeadopted.TheNERC
PlanningCommitteeshouldundertakeareviewoftheappropriateModeling,
DataandAnalysis(MOD)Standardstoensurehighlevelsofvariable
generationcanbesimulated.
