P&L Summary:

This tab displays the Revenue and Cost for a selected level (Cluster, SubCluster, Relationship, Tower) for a selected period and quarter.
By default , the plan and projection for the current quarter is displayed
along with the quarter wise data for the previous 2 quarters.
If actuals data is available for a particular month of a quarter,
QTD(Quarter Till Date) column is displayed which gives the sum of the
actual values available. The month for which only projection is present
is summed with the actuals and displayed as that quarters projection.

The cost is classified into :

1. Employee Cost
2. Non- Employee Cost

WON Employee Cost

Employee cost includes salary of the employees at TCS. On click of Employee
Cost, Mis mapping level data has been viewed for current quarter plan and
previous quarter actuals. Employee Cost Total has been viewed. Data can
also be viewed on click of Download icon.

On further click of Mis mapping Level 2.2 , the below screen is

displayed.
Won Level data can be viewed.

WON Non Employee Cost

Non-employee cost includes the other expenses apart from salary for
example Project Expenses, Travel and Conveyance etc. On Click of WON NonEmployee Cost the below screen is viewed. Data can be viewed on click of
Download icon.

On click of mismapping level 2.2 data, mismapping level 3 data is

displayed

On further click, Expense level 3 data can be viewed. Current quarter

plan and previous quarter actuals can be viewed in expense level 3
data.

On further click of expense level 3 ,won wise data can be viewed w.r.t
location split.

SWON Employee Cost

On Click of swon Employee Cost, swon category wise data is displayed.

For example, relationship wise, Delivery, Domain, Leave, Proficiency etc
data is viewed. On click of won category, mismapping level data is
displayed.

On further click of Mismapping level 2.2 data, won wise data is

displayed w.r.t location split. Won level data can also be viewed on click
of Download icon.

SWON Non Employee Cost

On click of swon Non-Employee Cost, swon category wise data is

displayed. In swon category wise data, revenue data can be viewed for
current quarter and previous quarter.

On click of the swon category Mismapping level 2.2 data is displayed.

On click of Mis mapping level 2.2, Mismapping level 3 data is displayed

On further click of Mismapping level 3, expense level 3 data is

displayed.

On choosing SWON in view by combo swon level data can be viewed

w.r.t location wise split. Can also view offsite data, by changing location

dropdown. Location wise data can also viewed on click of download

icon. Total data for location wise has been viewed.
