EXPERIENCE
3-6 years experience in relevant area

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively support for product development, cost reduction & material localization projects.
Metals selection & Characterization for Diesel fuel injection systems
Failure investigations of field complaints and validation trial (Endurance, Fatigue)
Surface treatment support
SEM-EDX analysis and evaluation - Soot, Deposit, Particle.
Efficiency projects co-coordinator
To conduct training materials engineering topics
load chart management
Competency development of lab engineers

Deep understanding about heat treatment and surface treatment processes

Hands-on experience on microstructure analysis and hardness measurement
Knowledge about casting and forging defects
Basic knowledge about SEM analysis & Fractography & familiarity in FMEA
Strong analytical & problem solving abilities
Good Communication, presentation and networking skills.
Willing to work in shifts & travel on short notice
Laboratory management system as per ISO 17025
Hands-on experience on XRD measurement
Knowledge of NDT methods & steel making
Familiarity with allied processes such as metal forming, machining etc
