THIS DAY in open Court comes the District Attorney, who prosecutes in and for the
Seventh Circuit Court District of the State of Mississippi, and moves the Court to enter a
Remand Order in the above-styled and numbered cause, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, is of the opinion that said Motion should be sustained, based upon the
following, to-wit:
Defendant has been screen and accepted for participation in the Pre-trial
Intervention Program and the Defendant along with counsel, has executed the Pre-trial
Agreement as required for participation in the program.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-styled and
numbered cause be and it is hereby Remanded to the Inactive Docket. It is further ordered
that any outstanding warrant in said cause be "recalled". Further, should the State desire
to reopen said cause, the State shall make a request to the Court for same.

COMES NOW the State of Mississippi by and through the Assistant District Attorney in and
for the Seventh Circuit Court District and moves this Honorable Court to enter this order preventing
the Defendant Michael Molleston from having any contact whatsoever with Dr. John Davis, the victim

in this matter. The Defendant is prohibited from contacting the victim in person or through others, by
phone, mail or any means, directly or indirectly, except for mailing or service of process of court
documents by a 3rd party or contact by Defendant' s lawyers with the protected person. Furthermore,
the Defendant is prohibited from harassing, threatening, or stalking the victim in this matter. Any
violation of the above agreed upon terms may be grounds for termination of this Defendant's
participation in the Hinds County Pre-Trial Program.
