Surprises
Looking at my results, group three had surprised me. I knew that I was to either
receive creator or organizer as my top choice in a career path. This is because I am
good with details that require me to be precise and I am pretty good at creative
writing but, helper seemed to have been an interesting choice for my third group. I
usually dont follow my emotions like others or have the capability to help people
succeed in life. I find it easier to follow my brain, making good and accurate
decisions. Also helping people with the littlest of things like homework but, after
comparing myself to the other categories, (doer, thinker, and persuader) being a
helper wasnt surprising anymore. Thinkers are scientific and lad-oriented. Doers are
social and prefer physical activity. Persuaders are enterprising and self-confident. I
believe those three traits dont fit my personality or the correct career path I want.

Observations About Myself

I have learned as a helper, I value friendship and making the world a better
place. I do this by teaching or counselling my friends on what they need help with.
Also I always think about our community and ecosystem so, I dont make the
mistake of throwing the wrong thing into either the recycling or garbage bin. I have
learned as an organizer, I am dependable, sensible, and persistent. I am always
determined to complete whatever I have started and trusted by others to guide
them when guidance is need. Finally, I have learned as a creator, my strengths
include: creative writing, think of new ideas, and creating new ways of doing things.
This allows me to use my imagination productively and creatively.

Personal Assessment Tool

I believe the personal assessment tool allows students, like myself, to figure out
who they truly are. This survey helps students choose a career path that best
resembles them as well as, learning to understand themselves in depth. This
personal assessment tool allowed me to understand how I am an organizer, creator,
and helper. It also helped me recognize the correct career I am to be looking for.

Career Connections

I have learned being an organizer, creator, and helper allows me to understand

why I want to become a writer. Due to being a creator, I like to use my imagination.
This characteristic helps me get in touch with my emotional side and avoid rules.
Due to being an organizer, I like to work in detail as well as, keeping things neat and
organized. This helps me get in touch with my self-controlling side, allowing things

to happen the way I please. Due to being a helper, I like to be deeply devoted and
committed to my work. This allows me to complete work fast and precisely.
