She is extremely reflective, however, and has already shown growth in this area! 5. Final Comments/Suggestions for Candidate:
The scholars truly enjoyed getting to know Ms. Rake and she them. This is so important in middle school! As mentioned above, she is developing in several key areas, but continues to reflect, accept feedback, and work to improve. These are important traits for even the most experienced teacher!
