4. Have you implemented any new practices, techniques, or policies that you learned from
the training program? Please give examples when possible.
"6 pillars of personal inventory" has become my moto and I tried to include it in all
training that I have held.
5. How would you rate the Cochran Fellowship program one out of 10? 10 being then best
and 1 being the worst. Please give your reason and explain why you chose your rate.
I rate it 10 because it was successfull at showing us organization of advisory service in
North Dakota from bottom up on all levels (state, county...). Organization of program was
flawless, hosts were knowledgeable and inspiring and our guide was always right on spot, never
tired, always smiling. We had a chance to meet very important people in North Dakota. Also, we
had opportunity to see and learn some very interesting facts regarding great American history.
Overall impressions are truly positive and I keep recommending this fellowship to all my
colleagues.
6. After the training program, did you start purchasing or expand your imports of U.S.
products? Yes.
7. Do you feel that the Cochran Fellowship program effected your business in a positive
way or negative way, if so why? Yes, because I have opportunity to use gained
knowledge in my personal work and also attendance at this fellowship is a good reference
for my work and it helped me to get some contracts.
8. Do you feel that the Cochran Fellowship Program has improved your skills and
knowledge as well as the corporation you work with?
Yes, it helped me to see "bottom up" of organization of modern and successful extension service.
9. Do you have any recommendations for improving the Cochran Fellowship Program or
suggestions for future training topics?
Everything was perfect, so I don't have any recommendation except to keep up with good
work.
