Synechron Corporate Apartments Guidelines

Dear Friends,
We have provided you with Guest House Facility to facilitate and ease your relocation. We want
you to enjoy this facility and maintain the same for fellow Synechronites. This is your home for the
period you are in deputed Onsite and do not get your own accommodation, which ever policy is
applicable to you we sincerely urge you to maintain this facility as your home.

Moving In the Apartment:

Occupants are responsible for each & every item provided at the apartment such as,
Furniture
Kitchen Set
Telephone
TV & Cable
Internet
Cleanliness of the apartment
Do let us know if any of the above items are missing or damaged / non-working condition.

Suitcases & unpacked clothes, shoes must be kept in wardrobe (Closet) this helps
cleaners to clean the apartment properly.
Ensure to keep all the valuables are kept under lock & key.
All the other personal items need to be kept neatly in the cabinet or wardrobe.
Food items to be kept neatly in the kitchen cabinets/refrigerator in closed boxes or plastic
bags.
Please intimate Global Accommodation Team if apartment is not clean when you move in
the apartment.

Please note:

Apartment to be kept in neat & tidy at all times : we will charge occupants $ 75 150 or
more for the room cleaning

Property damage : same will be recovered from the occupants

We request you to adhere to the following:

Restrain from Smoking or drinking alcohol in the rooms

Apartment should be maintained well & kept clean at all times (we have this in our
contract with leasing company). If Cleaning/Leasing Company informs us that apartment
is not in good condition, we will call for extra cleaning & bill charges to the occupants.

Keep the carpet clean, in case there is any spot due to food or any other source (oil, dye,
color of any such sort) please inform Housekeeping to clean the carpet immediately.

Refrain from using your roommates belongings without their consent.

Refrigerators to be kept clean and spoilt items to be removed regularly.

Ensure that all packing items and any form of trash to go to the garbage, nothing to be
left back in the rooms.

All electronic and electrical items to be maintained and handled with care.

Please do not stick any posters on the wall or doors. Nailing on walls is not allowed.

Ensure that utensils are washed immediately after the use.

Maintain and handle the furniture carefully.

Mattress and pillows to be kept in place and refrain from eating food in the bed.

Rest room to be kept clean and stain free.

Switch of power when not in use and ensure the same when you leave the rooms.

TV and music should be played at lower volume.

Ventilation blinds/Curtains to be handled with care.

Shoes and slippers to be kept in the respective places.

Clean the dining table after use.

Friends and relatives are not allowed to stay.

Door must be locked before leaving the apartment.

Please inform us immediately if you receive any correspondence or mail from the leasing
office.

Utilities (Toilet Papers, Kitchen Towels, Trash Bags, Cleaning supplies etc.) & Groceries
to be purchased and paid for by respective occupants.

Trash to be collected in Trash Bags and to be disposed off on a daily basis. Recycling is
a must.

Let us know the condition of your room, or issues you have at least by 3 days before you
leave.
Before checking out, ensure that the comforters, bed sheets & pillow covers are washed,
dried and ready to be used for the next occupant.
Please make sure if you have all the furnished equipments are in the room
(Provided
in the list). Please note that you will be charged the fee for missing equipments on actual
basis.
Before you leave the room, please keep your room clean and dispose unwanted items
Key must be returned if not returned charges may be applicable

Fines and Penalty


In case of any loss of keys, or damage to items in the guest house, individuals responsible for
that will be charged. Any charge to company from the leasing office will be divided among the
employees who stayed during the entire period.
We hope and believe that you will adhere to the above mentioned guidelines and maintain the
Guest House as your home so that you and colleagues can enjoy this facility.
