ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
NATIONAL CLEAN-UP DRIVE
I. INTRODUCTION:
2.
The cleanup team worked from 8:00 to 12:00 PM last September 16, 2016,
picking up everything from used water bottles, plastics to sweeping dried
leaves in the masses. Clean-up drive activities also includes pruning of some
plants and trees.
3.
Also, to make the school free from dengue diseases and other mosquito bites ailments,
the school clean-up drive volunteers discarded stagnant waters from bottles and other
suspected water containers where mosquitos can lay eggs.
III. CONCLUSION:
Thumbs up for the school volunteers who gave their effort and time heartedly for indulging
themselves and giving their time in supporting the annual clean-up drive of the school, the Mapuroc
Elementary School.
It is also essential for the learners to realize the importance of having a clean and safe
environment for them to live freely away from harm and away from diseases. Through this, pupils
acquire the habits of making their home, their school and the community where they live in clean.
At the end of the day, we come to realize that cleanliness really matters and having a clean and
safe environment means keeping ourselves away from harm and making ourselves healthier leading
towards a better learning outcome for the learners.
