QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Control Norms we follow before, during and after FW
Field Briefing General briefing to entire team regarding product category followed by
questionnaire/DG briefing done by field manager. We encourage our clients to be part of
project briefing session (TC or Face to Face)
Mock Session Entire interviewer team participate in mock interviews by role playing
while supervisor observe, share feedback and clarify doubts
Pilot Interviews It helps to check the flow of the questionnaire, length of interview and
identify any difficulties to understand the questions by respondent. Pilot interviews are done
in the presence of field supervisor
Accompaniment Minimum 2 interviews of each interviewer are accompanied by
Supervisor/Field Manager during initial phase of fieldwork
De-briefing Post accompaniment, de-briefing session is arranged for all interviews to
share feedback observed during field work
Scrutiny/Logic check 100% logic check is done before submitting the questionnaires to
DP team
Back Check 30% sample is back checked telephonically by Supervisor during and post
field work for all interviewers
