Dear Parent/Carer,
Re: End of Term II 2016 Circular
We wish to congratulate you all upon successful completion of Term II 2016 which ends today. We
thank you for your continued relentless support and cooperation. Above all our sincere thanks go to
the Almighty God for the graces and blessings given that enabled us through. As we go for the
holidays, we wish to communicate the following issues to you;
1. Childrens End of Term Reports and Holiday Work:
All children have been given their end of term II reports. Please spare some time to study your
childs report carefully and if you have any concerns, kindly approach the Class Teacher or Head
Teacher for clarification. A holiday work package has been given to help the child to revise the
taught concepts. Please, encourage your child to do the work under the supervision of a
responsible person and return it at the beginning of term III for marking.
2. Childrens Files:
Childrens paper-work has been filed in their respective files. Files can be used for revision
purposes. However, for proper follow up, parents are reminded to return the files for more
loading at the beginning of Term III
3. School Fees:
The school fees have remained unchanged: Half day (up to 12:30) 300,000/=, Full day (up to
4:00pm) 400,000/=. All school dues are paid in cash or Mobile money number (0781482258)
before the beginning of the term. Remember to include withdraw charges when using mobile
money. Parents with children on the transport van are requested to pay the terms transport

charges before the service is delivered. No child will be transported or allowed in class before
payment is made.

Term Activities:
a. Fun Trips:
During the term, the school organized fun trips to Uganda Wildlife Education Centre and
Freedom City to expose the children to different aspects. We have reason to believe the
children benefited much from the trips. Thank once again for making it yet another
success.
b. Parent/teacher conference:
The day was arranged to enable you check on your childs progress. The day was a huge
success with only two no shows. Parents who did not turn up are advised to create some
time and have a physical interaction with the teachers to establish the progress of their
children.

5. End of year production:

Next term, we are organizing an end of year production that will also see off our top class
children in style. Every child is expected to participate. We kindly request our dear parents to
make a voluntary contribution of fifty thousand shillings (50,000/=). This money will go
towards purchasing of costumes (children take the costumes), trainers, other logistics and
printing of school magazine which will be given at no extra cost. Articles from parents and
children are welcome.
6. Admissions for 2017:
Parents who wish to enroll their children for the year 2017 are called upon to pick, fill and
return the application forms at school.
Next term will begin on Tuesday September 13, 2016. We wish you happy holidays.
