2. Invert the bottle and visually check for any leakage.
3. Leave the bottle for 24 hrs in inverted condition.
4. After 24 hours, check bottle for any leakage.
5. Open the closure and check for any trace of water on the threads of bottle or closure.
6. If no leakage is observed in the testing, the bottles are certified leak proof.

Test Procedure:
1. Fill the bottles with water upto 80% of its brim volume and secure tightly with closure by hand.
2. Invert the bottle and visually check for any leakage. Keep the inverted bottles in a Vacuum Desiccator and
evacuate to 25 or 635 mm Hg pressure.
3. Keep the Bottle for 3 - 5 mins in Vacuum Desiccator at 25 or 635 mm for Hg.
4. Release vacuum, and check the bottles for any leakage.
5. Open the closure and check for any trace of water on the threads of bottle or closure.
6. If no leakage is observed in the testing, the bottles are certified leak proof.
