building schedule via a webbased portal. The enduse

The tables to the right were established by this commercial

complex based on their needs. These schedules can be
modified at any time to reflect the normal operating changes
of the building, seasonal changes, or other customer needs.
Any utility loadshed events are requested against the actual
operating state of the building at the time of the event. The
existence of a building schedule is combined with Innovaris
advanced algorithms that can actually learn the
characteristics of buildings. This provides Innovaris serving
utility company the unique ability to access forecasts of load

Participation in demand response events is based on a unique contract with
each customer who defines their own operating parameters. Innovari then
manages the incremental capacity of each site in realtime, delivering an
aggregatedsolutiontotheutilitydispatcherforanydesireddemand,location,
or length of time. The customer site may see various levels and length of
events for which their building would participate. For low level events,

The illustrations to the left are examples of different lighting levels. In this
case, existing electrical circuits were wired so that they could be split into
groups,andthecustomerelectedtorewiresomelightingcircuitstotakefull

Innovari for incremental contribution to a loadshed event and also can be
scheduledbythecustomerthroughthebuildingportal.

Innovari is able to accommodate diverse loads, extract

incremental capacity from each, and then aggregate them into
the larger utility portfolio. When deploying loadshed
capabilities in areas of constrained feeders or substations, it is
important to maximize the saturation of your solution. This

which the customer can retrieve information, view and modify
building schedules, and participate in the next generation of
smart grid technologies. It represents the new relationship
between the customer, the serving utility company, and the
community. Working together, each customer contributing
