software, application software system, operating system, software manual, communication tools, back-up media, software patches, software
patch update instruction, customer services guidelines, survey form/questionnaire, complaint logs, communication device and report so that
work order instructions obtained, power supply units located, internal computer power supply units, computer external power supply device,
