"Check-in staff were very helpful, courteous, accommodating, and went the extra mile.
They even offered to pack our breakfast to take away as our flight was before hotel's
breakfast hours. They were efficient in the check-in and check-out and we didn't wait

"I think the management should decide whether they would focus their hotel as a short
stay hotel or for extended accommodations. Because when I checked in for my 6 days
stay the reception seemed to be surprised. They looked clueless as to how to handle the
