1. Production System Laboratory

This laboratory is focused on practicum of sytem production for odd
semester. Courses which are related to this practicum is planning and
production controling and production system. Planning and production
controling was given in the even semester before the practicum, while
production system was given in the odd semester, concurrently with the
practicum.
The equipment facilities in production system laboratory include :

2. Work Measurement Analysis and Ergonomics Laboratory
This laboratry is focused on practicum of work measurement analysis and
ergonomics for even semester. Courses which are related to this practicum
is work measurement analysis and design of work system and ergonomics.
Work measurement analysis was given in the odd semester, while design
of work system and ergonomics was given in the even semester.

This laboratory is focused on practicum of computer programming for
even semester. Courses which are related to this practicum is computer

programming basics. Computer programming basics was given

concurrently with practicum of computer programming. This practicum
uses PC with DELPHI 7 and Ms. Office.
Production Process Laboratory
This laboratory is focused on practicum of production process for odd
semester. Courses which are related to this practicum is manufacturing
process. Manfacturing process was given concurrently with practicum of of
production process.
The equipment facilities in this lab include :
1. Mini CNC
2. Computer/PC
3. Wood particles/Plastic
Product Design Laboratory
This laboratory is focused on practicum of product design and
development for even semester. Courses which are related to this
practicum is product design and development. The practicum is conducted
in two laboratories, Computer Laboratory and Production System
Laboratory.
This practicum is also conducted concurrently with practicum of Industrial
Engineering Design in even semester. Due to material from practicum of
product design and development is needed for practicum of Industrial
Engineering Design, so we conducted for practicum of product design and
development first, then practicum of Industrial Engineering Design after.
Practicum of product design and development uses computer/PC with
SOLIDWORKS and Ms. Office.
Simulation Laboratory
This laboratory is focused on practicum of industrial system simulation for
odd semester. Courses which are related to this practicum is system
modeling and computer simulation. System modeling was given in the
even semester before the practicum, while computer simulation was given
concurrently with the practicum. This practicum uses computer/PC with
Arena v 10, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Office.
Statistical Laboratory
This laboratory is focused on statistical practice for odd semester in year
3. Courses which are related to this practicum is probability theory and
industrial statistics. Probability theory was given in the odd semester in
year 2, while industrial statistics was givn in the even semester in year 2
before the practicum. This practicum uses computer/PC with SPSS 14 and
Ms. Office.
Optimization Laboratory
This laboratory is focused on optimization practice for even semester.
Courses which are related to this practicum is Optimization/Operational
Research 1 and Stochastic Modeling/Operational Research 2. Optimization
was given in the odd semester, while stochastic modeling was given in the
even semester. This practicum uses computer/PC with WinQSB and Ms.
POM for Windows.

This internship is a part of implementasi for job training in Industrial
Engineering. Industrial engineering internship program needs acceptance
letter from organization or company in various sector. The procedure of

program
Entrepreneurship program is a part of implementation for internship program in Industrial
Engineering. Entrepreneurship program is hold by submit entrepreneurship proposal to study
program. Study program will provide funding for business groups by analize the feasibility of
proposed business. Flowchart of entrepreneurship program could be seen below :

Final project is an independent research paper to complete requirements for

obtaining bachelor degree in Industrial Technology Faculty, Ahmad Dahlan
University. Students must have completed the research proposal before. Then
after research proposal is accepted, students must finished the research and the
results is arranged to be Final Project. The guidance and register procedure for research
