Influence Group. 98.4 has established itself as a leading retail chemist chain in Delhi &
Gurgaon and is in the process of rolling out more stores in the NCR and other cities.
Responsibilities:

Understanding functional manpower requirements from Head of Departments &


formulating sourcing strategies.

Administering recruitment & selection process & onboarding of new joinees for
ensuring timely completion.

Conducting HR Induction program for New Joinees in line with company policies and
guidelines.

Monitoring leave & attendance management of all the employees.

Handling payroll processing of more than 350 employees across Delhi & NCR.

Serving as the main contact for all payroll related issues.

Calculation & Preparation of returns of ESI, PF, Bonus & Labour Welfare Fund.

Performance Management System coordinating for completion of performance


appraisals for all employees.

Handling the non-compliance issues by taking disciplinary actions through verbal and
written warning on one-on- one basis.

Assist in employee communication through running the HR Forums & providing inputs
to facilitate the development of robust, transparent HR processes to meet accuracy.

Handling employee grievances and

queries through HR Helpdesk and resolving

the same or if required escalating the same to the senior management for resolution.

Coordinating with Vendors for different requirements.

Preparing daily and other periodical reports for the management.

Calculating full & final settlement of all outgoing employees.

Ensuring that all exit formalities are complete & coordinating the same with respective
